04/10/2026: After choosing the veggie option, I was surprised to find, upon returning to my car, that my nuggets were actually made of chicken. There was also no scoop for my ice cream.

28/09/2026: First time for us at the new DLP McDonald's. This one is so much better laid out than the old one. The old one was always manic. This one felt quite chilled. The counter staff call the number in French and English. The counter staff even hold up a screen with the number to collect if you can't hear the number called. I really like this mcdonald's. The old one was a nightmare.

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

10/08/2026: Excellent pizza! I ordered it on the website 20 minutes later at midnight and went to pick it up. They were absolutely delicious. Thanks to the gentleman who works alone at night; no complaints whatsoever. We'll be back!

05/07/2026: Good evening, I don't know if it was the store manager I dealt with (the one with the cap and sticker), but the service was absolutely terrible. I said hello, and the guy barely acknowledged me. I asked how long the wait would be, and he told me 10 minutes in an annoyed tone. They really need to review their staffing levels.

29/09/2026: Terrible service. The manager is completely unconcerned with customers. The food was cold. Avoid at all costs.

27/09/2026: It was a real pleasure; the food was perfectly cooked, crispy, and hot, and the wait to be served at the table was very short. Cédric was fantastic!

10/10/2026: I come here every week and honestly, I've never had a problem until now. But the way an employee spoke to me really disappointed me. A girl with very long, dark red hair and a rather deep voice spoke to me in an unpleasant tone, as if I were stupid and incapable of understanding anything. She was sighing in exasperation and rolling her eyes, even though I had done absolutely nothing to deserve this behavior. I don't understand why anyone would adopt such an attitude towards a customer who comes regularly and who, until now, has never had a problem. There's a way to speak to people, even when you're tired or in a bad mood. Her behavior really made me uncomfortable, and I find it unacceptable in a business. Being a loyal customer doesn't mean you have to accept being disrespected. I'm very disappointed by this experience, and I hope the manager takes this feedback seriously. I'm usually greeted by smiling staff, including the Asian gentleman. Today I was very disappointed.

21/09/2026: A warm and welcoming place with attentive service, quality products, five stars, without hesitation. A lovely spot to spend some time alone or with friends and enjoy a good coffee.

03/10/2026: Avoid this McDonald's; the wait is far too long, no matter what time I went. I only go if the kids insist. A minimum 15-45 minute wait for fast food is catastrophic... If you're in a hurry, definitely avoid it. And don't think the drive-thru will be faster... It's even worse! Always double-check your order. They're clearly understaffed. But luckily, they're friendly!

03/10/2026: They could do better; it's outrageous to charge for a cup of tap water instead of a bottle. And at €1.75, that's a rip-off, not an environmental concern!

10/10/2026: Once again, we can't connect to the terminals. And they're brand new. It's like they're blocking the loyalty program... I've had this problem five times here. I come often; I work nearby. This isn't right.

10/10/2026: Disappointed by someone who was cooking fries, maybe a manager. Since there was no mayo or ketchup, I got up and went to the first person in front of me. They gave me mayonnaise but no ketchup. I said, "I'll take some ketchup," and this person told me, "This isn't a self-service area." She really annoyed me. I told her I wouldn't come back. Personally, she doesn't care! Thanks, McDonald's.

21/09/2026: È un grande punto di ristoro del genere fast-food, con offerta molto varia nell’ambito della standardizzazione praticata per i locali del parco. È dedicato ad un utopistico dirigibile ormeggiato sulla copertura e l’arredo è ricco di elementi e dettagli che richiamano la fantascienza. Dai tavoli, allestiti nella conformazione di un grande teatro, è possibile guardare filmati dei cartoni, proiettati in continuità.

26/02/2026: I gave it one star because zero isn't an option. The hamburger was made with bread that crumbled, the pepper sauce came in a tube from the supermarket, and the wine was vinegary. The waiter told me that was all they had, like he didn't care. Luckily, a manager came to change it for me. Seriously, avoid this place; I won't be going back.

25/02/2026: February edit: Burger'n'Co is closed at this location to my greatest sadness. They only do deliveries for two other restaurants as a dark kitchen; you can't eat inside anymore. Haven't found any other spot that does melted cheddar on fries... Original: Great spot! The burgers are really good; juicy meat, fresh produce and great sauce. I highly recommend the loaded fries: the cheese is nicer than most other burger joints I tried downtown. You can add a red pepper to your burger, which is put on top of the bun. It's sweet to mild if you're used to texmex, probably mild to hot for French people who are not used to spicy food. Overall great experience!

13/06/2026: Back to McDonald's after 15 years of effortless abstinence to see if things have changed. My criticism isn't so much about the almost flawless service (you just need to remember to put the fries horizontally in your bag, not vertically, because the melted cheddar didn't spread onto the fries when I got home, but onto the cardboard lining of the box, which is unfortunately inedible and doesn't go well with cheddar anyway). No, my criticism concerns the quantity/price and quality/price ratio, and it is indeed a bit expensive considering these two criteria. The Big Mac was great in every way except for the patty, which resembled a kind of bland, lean, overcooked, and cold "meat" patty, the same as in the hamburger. The meat at McDonald's is truly awful, and for that price, I think we deserve not just a rare, organic Charolais from the butcher, but at least some decent-looking meat (less cooked, more substantial, and actually tasting like meat). Since they don't even meet the bare minimum with this thing they call beef, the bread and the chemically enhanced sauces, packed with additives and sugars, always manage to please, although that's a matter of personal taste. Obviously, avoid it if you're diabetic or weigh a ton, but if you're not overweight or don't mind a little indulgence, McDonald's always does the job when you need a quick and easy meal.

20/09/2026: Not a single order was honored. Mistakes happen, especially when it's busy. The problem is, we come when it's less crowded, and many of the mistakes seem to be deliberate. So, in almost every order we placed, there were several errors, like forgetting to put the topping in a McFlurry, putting in fewer nuggets or McPops than we paid for, forgetting to give us a Spiderman toy (which was quite large, by the way), and so on. But the employees also decide on their own to disrespect customers. For example, last time, I ordered apple juice, went to tell them they'd forgotten it, and the employee curtly replied, "Well, they were out." So, when he realized they were out of apple juice, he gave us the order without warning, without offering an exchange or refund, and without any apology when we pointed it out. In our order today (besides missing some veggie nuggets), the employees replaced the regular nuggets with chunkz without telling us. We kept coming anyway because it was the closest McDonald's, and after complaining repeatedly, we were hoping the situation would improve. But I think we'll have to go a bit further for better service and, above all, more RESPECTFUL treatment.
