25/09/2024: My experience at this establishment was extremely unpleasant. The staff was rude and discourteous. I placed a small order consisting of Fanta, potatoes and a cheeseburger, and was made to wait for half an hour, despite the fact that there were only 5-10 people in the room. When I contacted the cashier about the slow service, I was told that my order was not in the database, although I showed the receipt. After a long wait, I finally received my order, but the food was cold and tasteless. When I asked for a complaint book, I was refused and insulted. I was also denied access to the toilet, claiming that I did not have a receipt, which I was forced to hand over at the checkout. After long negotiations with the cleaner, I was able to get into the restroom, where two German teenagers with dilated pupils emerged from one stall, and after them there was an unpleasant chemical smell in the toilet. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and do not recommend visiting it.

17/08/2024: Un service parfait avec David , très gentil et professionnel .Le service est rapide , sans erreur pour 2 menu sheriff .Bonne qualitée des plats , vrai crème chantilly ( ce qui est de plus en plus rare dans les restaurants ) ,les ribs toujours aussi bon mais vraiment une très petite portion .Nous reviendrons ..

14/09/2024: Completely not tourist friendly. There's no signal if your order is in the making or not. Fries were cold and the hamburger came glued to the paper. Terrible.

16/09/2024: Unpleasant experience, My partner and I decided to stop and eat at their fast food restaurant last night. The restaurant's trash cans were overflowing, trays lying on the tables, waste on the floor (it seems to me that a sweep takes no time) When ordering we received a royal cheese without cheese, all on a dirty tray with the fries even on the tray, a preparation error can happen but when I ask for an exchange they half laugh in my face and after having it finally change. Not even an excuse, it's limited if if it was thrown in my face it would have been the same. I won't go back and I don't recommend it at all. I hope the franchisee will shake things up... 15/09/2024: The girl who takes the orders has to relax, especially when there are no customers behind us rushing to take the order. 3 menus 2 sauces that I am charged for although usually it is included in the menu and when I allow myself to say it nicely the girl laughs disrespectfully and tells me it is with the nuggets that we do not pay for the sauces. The quality of the sandwiches let's not talk about it. I would only go to Burger King, much faster service even with people, the sauces are free and the sandwiches are well made.
