03/03/2026: Excellent cuisine at truly affordable prices considering the quality and service. As for the setting, I was going to say it's magnificent, but in reality, I realize it's beyond that. This establishment is, for me, a true hidden gem in the heart of the Corbières region, and I hope that everyone who appreciates the finer things in life will discover it one day. Bravo!

23/05/2026: We absolutely loved it! We only spent one night at the Hôtel de la Plage, but that was enough to win us over. The owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is immaculate, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and ideally located. Thanks to the owner's invaluable advice, we also discovered an amazing restaurant nearby, which perfectly complemented our stay. We immediately felt at home in the warm and friendly atmosphere, to the point where we were sorry to have to leave so soon. This hotel may only have two stars, but for the welcome, the quality of the service, and the friendliness of its owners, it deserves far more! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will gladly return.

21/05/2026: Great reopening, the service was impeccable and so kind! It was a real pleasure to be back at the beach hotel, not forgetting our predecessors Laurence and Jacques who gave us wonderful stays full of smiles 😃 😹 😅 and the welcome was just as wonderful, with great attention to comfort. And oh, my room 8!

20/07/2026: We stopped for breakfast before heading to the beach. The welcome was fantastic, the pastries were excellent, and it was very clean. I highly recommend it.

08/07/2026: My favorite bakery in Castelnaudary! ❤️ The selection of breads is excellent, with high-quality and truly delicious products. As a naturopath, I often recommend this bakery to my clients when we're discussing choosing good bread, because I know they'll find quality products there. The welcome is always warm, the selection is varied, and everything looks tempting. Special mention for the cinnamon buns… they are simply incredible! An address I recommend without hesitation.

08/07/2026: We stumbled upon this little bistro while looking for a family meal, and it was fantastic! The dishes were delicious (that seared tuna was amazing! 😍), even the kids loved it, and the service was warm and friendly! Thank you for this lovely time, perfect for a family outing!!

09/08/2026: A 'quick' lunch... No... we took our time in a magnificent setting... a terrace under the trees... the servers were all smiling. Thank you, Sarah. The Caesar salad with the added touch of dry-cured ham... very dry, yet crispy. A very pleasant experience. THANK YOU

06/04/2026: A warm welcome. The waiter was excellent. I had a Caesar salad. Generous portion and delicious. I also ordered a "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts with coffee) which included a rum baba, but since I didn't like it, the waiter kindly offered me something else. A very pleasant little stop with a lovely terrace. I recommend this place for a meal.

13/07/2026: We had a very good meal. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the dishes, while simple, were well-prepared. The local wines served by the glass were also excellent. The prices are a bit high, but still reasonable considering the restaurant is located in one of Carcassonne's most touristy areas.

05/07/2026: POOOOOOR customer service. We attempted to come to this restaurant. They weren’t open yet. They said return 19:00. We waste two hours in this rinky dinky town and when we return were sent away stating that they were fully booked for the evening. This hole in the wall was more than half empty! You can’t serve two people pizza when your restaurant was more than HALF empty? I have never believed that French ppl are rude but this behavior is just despicable et tres déclassé. Do better!

11/07/2026: A really nice restaurant, the decor is very well thought out, it's like being somewhere else. A varied menu, affordable prices, and delicious dishes. We'll be back!

06/08/2026: A lovely, pleasant terrace. The food is quite good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cabecou profiterole. It's original! But I don't understand why they used so much ready-made sauce. It's not much work, but for me, the difference is enormous!

01/05/2026: A wonderful hotel right next to the Cité and in the heart of Carcassonne. The rooms are fantastic and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The small but excellent continental breakfast is prepared with great care and is very reasonably priced at €18. Thank you for everything!

26/04/2026: Everything is brand new. Nice rooms but very small. Cramped facilities.

14/08/2026: After seeing the response—which only made things worse—they didn't explain anything they said. There was little enthusiasm; we were with children and they didn't even try. I hope the next family I go there has a better experience. They seemed reluctant to serve us. There were four of us, and one table was empty while another was almost finished... poor attitude!
