25/09/2026: We discovered this restaurant during our recent visit to Carcassonne. It was a delightful surprise; from the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. We chose local dishes: a delicious and perfectly prepared cassoulet, and my wife ordered a duck confit that was cooked to perfection. We paired it with the house wine and a sundae for dessert. It was truly an amazing dinner, and I highly recommend this place.

09/08/2026: Very Nice B&B with a most charming host who knows a lot about (local) wine and ancient, original food. It was a pleasure to have diner which includes lovely explanation on the food and the wine. A recommendation for sure.
30/06/2026: A perfect welcome, a warm atmosphere, you feel right at home. Exceptional food and wine (birthday celebration with 20 people). A wonderful time in a peaceful setting that transports you to another era! Highly recommended.

17/06/2026: A pleasant surprise! We came in for a quick sandwich and a panini, and left feeling delighted. The sandwich was fresh, the bread was good, and the filling was generous with real raw vegetables. It's so rare to find a sandwich that's so delicious. My wife's panini was also very good. Finally, the warm welcome and friendly service will make you a regular. A place to share! 🥰
16/04/2026: Excellent. Simple but well-prepared and tasty dishes + very affordable prices = you have to go! Plus, it's very close to the city center.

21/06/2026: We were very well received despite the late hour. The breakfast option was generous, however, the room was cramped because what you'd expect to be a room with one bed actually had two large ones, plus the furniture was too small, so there wasn't much room to move around. The electrical outlets weren't easily accessible, and there was no parking.

15/09/2026: The welcome was very cold; the owners behind the bar weren't particularly friendly. Luckily, the waitress did her job, but it didn't make up for the rest.
It's a shame, we used to love this restaurant, but it's getting worse and worse. Whether it's making a reservation after 8 pm or lingering at the table, you get the feeling you're bothering them.
Disappointing.

The service was friendly and pleasant
And don't even get me started on the desserts (I always order 100g)
The gentle murmur of the waterfall and the silence of the many koi carp

24/09/2026: The food was exquisite – beautifully prepared and incredibly delicious. But the wait for it was absurd. When we arrived at the restaurant, ours was one of only four or five occupied tables, but we still didn’t get our dinner for a solid hour. We waited 20 minutes for a refill on our carafe of water. Several other tables who came after us were served before us. (And one table who came before us got up and left, because they had waited so long to order.)
21/09/2026: A pleasant place. The food, however, was quite disappointing, especially considering the prices. The cassoulet tasted burnt and the roasted Camembert was off-putting, which necessitated a late-night trip to the restroom to return everything. We informed the restaurant staff at the end of our meal.

15/09/2026: Pleasant welcome, nice location, good pizza. But! My tuna steak with virgin sauce looked very appetizing; I thought I was in for a treat!
The tuna was extremely salty, even the inside was extremely salty!
I asked why so much salt?
The answer was that they don't add the salt themselves. They receive the tuna vacuum-packed and already salted! So it's cured tuna! It would be advisable to warn customers about this and, above all, to taste what they serve!
01/09/2026: A very nice spot by the water. The restaurant is welcoming, and the menu is varied with something for everyone.
The pizzas are delicious; I highly recommend them. The portions are generous, judging by the plates next to mine.
I highly recommend this place.
