17/09/2024: 1 star because we can't give 0. Uninteresting cuisine. No taste. Terrible service. We ask the server to change our cutlery between the starter and the main course. He refuses. 2nd request, he places the cutlery in a pile on the table. Error in the addition. We don't understand how this restaurant can be recommended by the smart guy or how it could one day be in Gault et Millau.

17/09/2024: Very good restaurant in the medieval city, very varied menu and very good dishes, you have the possibility of making half menus because the dishes are very generous, I recommend the incredible cassoulet!! There was also an inexpensive entrecote option.

29/08/2024: Very good restaurant, the waiter, alone that evening, was very welcoming and efficient. The trout is delicious, I really recommend it.

05/09/2024: A beautiful oasis in the very busy tourist city of Carcassonne, the garden at the back is such a beautiful place to sit away from the huddle. Great food and service and good value.

15/09/2024: Excellent address: the dishes are very well presented and the flavors exceptional. The atypical atmosphere of the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise and the staff was very welcoming. A special mention for the chef who came at the end of the meal to greet all the customers and who knows how to explain his job with passion. Looking forward to the new menu so that we can come back and taste the new dishes.

14/09/2024: Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. Tous les plats que nous avons pris été très bons, bien présentés, et à la bonne température. Nous n'avons pas trop attendu entre les plats grâce à la serveuse qui était seule mais très efficace et agréable. Elle est au top ! Merci pour ce moment, continuez comme ça !

12/01/2025: Exceptional meal, originality of dishes and wines. Fresh and sought-after products. Excellent taste from starter to dessert. You can go there with your eyes closed.

26/11/2024: We ate there during our last vacation and it was a pleasant discovery. The owner is super nice, the food is very good and homemade and the quantities are more than copious! We are returning to the region in April and will certainly come back to eat at your place!

22/01/2025: A very pleasant moment, a delicious meal: Veal sweetbreads and grilled octopus followed by scallops and prawns and to finish in style tatin flambé with calvados, in front of us. An impeccable welcome and service. A discreet presence of the chef who is concerned about the satisfaction of his customers An address that we recommend and we will return to taste other dishes.

18/01/2025: We ate Casoulette (€27), which is a typical Carcassonne dish and was delicious. It is a hearty dish of white beans with duck and sausage but the type cannot be identified. He was very well prepared. They serve it fresh out of the oven. My partner ordered the weekend menu that included dessert (I think €34?) A delicious cheesecake of a perfect size. We share it. The friendly treatment. I think a thousand improvements could be made to make the place visually more welcoming and combine perfectly with the delicious food. By the way, now looking at the photos I remember that they gave us a complimentary starter. I recommend this site!

01/12/2024: Hello we rented 2 rooms at tournedos very very disappointed with the room Bad smell, very poorly made bed The bathroom door scraping the floor very noisy and unbearable heat. Only regrets we would have slept better in the cars. The only advice we can give is to avoid the tournedos restaurant.
