09/08/2024: Arrive very quickly and install the service is fast but for the rest not great no water to put at the table no bread a foie gras sauce just bland industrial taste they will say bags for half a fried duck breast it is extremely. Dear duck breast already cut into pieces my small yes big ones. When reconstituted the duck breast it appears to be pieces cut maybe it cuts all their breast after these very possible are available the pieces mix in cold room my good to say that these not great... on the other hand the other dishes well composed salad... shame for forgetting them, it's a sauce that is not homemade for me

17/09/2024: A slightly outdated style inn lost in the countryside a few minutes from Castelnaudary. The welcome is friendly and warm. We chose the menu option. The starters were excellent but I will especially focus on the cassoulet. A very present crust which covers the meltingly tender beans, a silky confit and an almost syrupy broth with a spicy aroma.
A real treat for very good value for money. No regrets about the detour.

06/09/2024: Arrived here 3/9/24 and it's closed, no notice to say when you are open or closed at the restaurant and Google is not correct .UPDATE...we managed to eat here 5/9/24 and it was great service and pizza was one of the best I have had,great taste & good base.would return again if passing.
We had a good chat with the owner about quillan .

05/09/2024: Man must at 18:30 Uhr da sein um nicht in einer ewig langen Schlange zu stehen. Tisch bekommt man dann und wir mussten 1 Stunde warten bis sere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Essen kam dann und es hat uns leider nicht geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war nicht gut. Mit Kindern ganz nett aber nichts besonders weil viel zu überfüllt.
You must arrive before 6:30 p.m. to avoid waiting in endless queues. We were then given a table and had to wait an hour before our order was taken. The meal arrived and we unfortunately did not enjoy it. The meat was not good. With children, it's nice but nothing special because there are too many people.
