21/07/2026: I was served the starter and then the main course immediately, without even having time to finish the starter. Before the main course arrived, I had to ask for salt, then pepper, and on top of that, I hadn't even finished my meal when they came to ask me to pay, four times insistently. The service is terrible! I took the time to spend 10 minutes filling out the loyalty card to please the waiter, and he was ungrateful and pushy. I wanted a dessert and a coffee, but nothing. It's awful. To say the least.

21/07/2026: The decor now looks quite dated, and the entire restaurant gives an impression of neglect. The carpeting on some walls and the floor visibly retains odors accumulated over the years, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly but clearly lacks professional training. The tapas served as appetizers arrived at the same time as the main courses. The waiter couldn't open the bottle of wine, and we ended up having to do it ourselves. The plates were very hot, so they were brought on a tray, and then the waiter asked us to take them ourselves to avoid getting burned. The overall quality of the food was acceptable, but many details were overlooked. The baked potato was served without sour cream and was therefore particularly dry. The sauce was brought after we asked for it. The tapas seem to be essentially fried, mass-produced items, served without any real presentation in a simple basket. The dishes also lacked care, decoration, and presentation. The overall impression is rather impersonal and lacks ambition. This is a shame, because it's a well-known and proven concept, but one that now seems to be gradually declining. With better maintenance of the restaurant, more staff training, and greater attention to detail, the establishment could regain a significantly higher level of quality.

15/06/2026: We had a fantastic weekend at the resort. The welcome was excellent, the pitch was spacious and shaded. The restaurant was great and the staff were super friendly. The only downside was the lack of sun loungers by the pool, but that's a minor detail. We'll gladly come back to unwind again.

12/06/2026: A delightful campsite nestled in the midst of nature, quiet and well-equipped for those who want to relax. We stayed in a well-equipped chalet that worked perfectly. The service was also excellent and attentive. Two suggestions regarding the chalet: a lick of paint inside and more maintenance under the outdoor veranda. We'll definitely be back!

19/04/2026: As always, a top-notch experience. It goes without saying that everything is homemade. You can see and taste it. The updated menu has some real gems. The slow-cooked pork confit with tagine-style vegetables, followed by the light pavlova for dessert, is a true delight. The icing on the cake is a new offering of sharing plates, which we tried with our aperitifs. Worthy successors to Venetian chiccetti, but in a generous portion, they are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We'll be back!

18/04/2026: When you arrive in Lagrasse, look for the Hostellerie des Corbières! You'll eat such delicious and refined dishes that you'll feel like you're traveling again! The best in the village!!

19/05/2026: A 500 year old chateau/castle, with spiral stairs up the towers, stone walls in your room, and other fantastic ancient charm. Staff goes above and beyond to help everyone with requests. Fine dining restaurant on site and kudos to the chef for great meals every meal. Chateau is alongside a rapid stream and across from a petonque court, where locals gather. The sleepy village is charming with nice hill views.

18/05/2026: A fantastic renovation of a wonderful building. Food excellent and rooms also. An extremely relaxing place.

19/04/2026: A great place to stop if you're passing through Capendu. The welcome was professional, and we were seated on a lovely shaded terrace. The €27 set menu for a starter, main course, and dessert is reasonable, especially considering it was a Sunday. The quality is excellent, and the service is prompt and efficient. We had a great time. Worth discovering.

02/07/2026: We came to enjoy half a dozen oysters as a family. A very warm welcome, oysters of exceptional quality, and for those who don't like oysters, there are mussels and shrimp. You can also buy and take away. Perfect, and we'll definitely be back! 😉 And thank you for the carafe of fresh water.

30/06/2026: BEWARE!!! We ordered 12 oysters and one was dead with a very unpleasant smell. We told the waitress, who very politely went to tell the manager/owner... to our surprise, she looked at her and made a face and gestures that suggested... they're tourists.... I will never go back to that place. There are other restaurants to choose from. I didn't complain to ask for anything in return, just so they would know, because it's my money and I decide how I spend it.... And I won't be going back to that place.

15/08/2026: We had a very good lunch with our children today. The service was pleasant, although the waitresses made a few inadvertent oversights – nothing serious, but we arrived at the end of service. We appreciated their interaction and the variety offered on the children's menu. The tagliatelle with chicken and mushrooms was delicious, as was the ribeye steak. We recommend it! 😁

11/08/2026: The experience at this establishment could be improved, particularly in terms of customer relations. The welcome lacks warmth and deserves a more professional approach to make visitors feel truly welcome. Furthermore, communication with the staff is very formal: it's best to stick to purely formal exchanges, as humor is frowned upon.

06/08/2026: We went through the drive-thru 10 minutes before closing time (I'm mentioning this because it's becoming exceptional). The welcome was fantastic, the staff were attentive, and our order was taken with a smile. Everything was great. Thank you for your smile despite the late hour.

19/04/2026: Take your time for a break by the sea. Pleasant setting! Lovely terrace! The owner is friendly and accommodating, but the service staff are inexperienced and disorganized... the food is minimal. Ideal for a light snack. Enjoy the view, it's vacation time!

07/07/2026: The pizza was great, but my wife's meal (creamy chicken) was greasy and the potatoes were burnt. The service was incredibly slow, and when we asked for the bill and my wife inquired at the restaurant, someone else (a familiar customer) came after her. My wife was left standing there while the other waiter served her first.

21/06/2026: L'Odalisque is a great little restaurant in the heart of Limoux. The restaurant serves delicious and beautifully presented food, which together with the friendly staff makes a visit here a good experience. The various menus give you absolutely value for money.
