19/12/2024: When we present a video of the cassoulet recipe on the site, and we display the cassoulet brotherhood on the facade of the restaurant, we expect excellence, not a botched recipe with ungrilled sausage, only 4 small squares of pork rind for decoration, insufficient for the taste, peppery and tasteless dish due to lack of simmering to the point of making a black crust of burnt beans I think with a blowtorch... Positive points, the portion is copious and the beans are well cooked on the chew side. Maybe 50 people is too many, at that point we won't accept the deal...

11/11/2024: Pretty little restaurant in the countryside. A cassoulet worthy of its name. Fast and efficient service. I recommend.

31/12/2024: We had our wedding reception in Chateau du Puits es Pratx August 2024 and had the most amazing weekend. The venue itself is like something from a fairytale. Its grounds and building are beautiful in a tradition yet modern way. There are so many beautiful nooks and crannies that lend wonderfully to photos and exploring. The surrounding vineyards and roads arched with trees means Gibestas is the perfect place for a wedding. We loved the chateau so much we visited twice for holidays before the wedding even happened. However, the most spectacular thing about the venue has to be Lily, Luke their family and staff. They were simply excellent. Their knowledge on weddings, organisation and care made our day. We didn’t have to worry about a thing as they took the time to ask is everything in advance, even things we haven’t thought of ourselves. We absolutely love Chateau du Puits es Pratx and couldn’t recommend it enough!!

05/09/2024: Man must at 18:30 Uhr da sein um nicht in einer ewig langen Schlange zu stehen. Tisch bekommt man dann und wir mussten 1 Stunde warten bis sere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Essen kam dann und es hat uns leider nicht geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war nicht gut. Mit Kindern ganz nett aber nichts besonders weil viel zu überfüllt. You must arrive before 6:30 p.m. to avoid waiting in endless queues. We were then given a table and had to wait an hour before our order was taken. The meal arrived and we unfortunately did not enjoy it. The meat was not good. With children, it's nice but nothing special because there are too many people.

06/09/2024: Venue par hasard dans ce restaurant malgré qu'on n'est pas réservé, on nous a accepté (penser à réserver). Joli restaurant, accueil souriant, service rapide, je conseille le pulpe , la riellette de poisson ainsi que le mi cuit de thon , bon rapport qualité prix Très bonne adresse

06/09/2024: Excellent address, an Italian boss from Rome who wants to change his life, settles in the region and makes a contemporary building out of old stones where the cozy atmosphere immediately puts us perfectly at ease. The cuisine is unadorned but fresh and delicious. We take the house corbière, a mixed Carignan Grenache, excellent value for money, elegant, fine texture, like a pretty Spanish priorat served at perfect temperature (16 degrees), I buy it at the counter

01/09/2024: Charming decor, both inside and out. A truly high-quality culinary experience, and a very varied choice of dishes. The welcome was also very pleasant. The final price is certainly high, and it seemed to me to be in line with this truly atypical place. Pay attention perhaps to the service and to one of the people who may possibly seem in a hurry to take your order…. Restaurant to try without hesitation!

18/09/2024: Found this restaurant by chance ,which looks nothing special from the street but inside it opens into a beautiful restaurant and lovely courtyard with quirky decor and undercover seating. Two very courteous and kind young gentlemen assisted with our order and lack of french language. They made our evening special as well as the excellent food and wine . I am quite critical of eating out but this food was really fabulous. Flavours in every mouthful, cooked to perfection. I wish our food at home could be this good for the price . Many thanks for a wonderful evening. The food will stay in my memory for a long time chef x

23/09/2024: Very nice discovery!! meal with friends, the opinion is unanimous: SUCCULENT!! the empty plates bore witness to this!!! The quality/price ratio is unbeatable!! The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and in the kitchen: the VERY competent staff!! well done to them!! I highly recommend it!!
