17/03/2026: Quick coffee break on March 15, 2026, back from Andorra. It was truly fantastic! Excellent welcome, smiles and friendliness were a pleasure. If we travel that route again, we'll definitely stop there! P.S.: Give the dog a cuddle! 🥰

01/01/2026: A beautiful restaurant located right in the heart of the city. One of the few to offer vegetarian options. We had a magnificent platter with cosmos flowers and a vegetarian galette. Everything was delicious. The welcome was warm. And the setting is lovely, in a small courtyard with beautiful plants. Good value for money; I highly recommend this place.

28/02/2026: Passing through Limoux, we had dinner there. Two ordinary burgers accompanied by a local wine made for a mixed experience. The welcome wasn't very warm. The price was excessive. Disappointing.

20/02/2026: Honestly, the pizzas are very good, but there's always a problem with the vending machine. Either it's closed, or it's broken, or even worse, you order your pizza and during preparation it displays a breakdown message, so in the end, no pizza. It's always the same, so it's getting annoying.

15/02/2026: We had a lovely weekend together. We booked a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast. The hostess was very pleasant and welcoming. The food was excellent: we had cassoulet for lunch and the set menu for dinner. The foie gras came with a thyme sorbet: surprising and delicious. We slept very well. The breakfast was plentiful. Thank you.

18/11/2025: Incredible restaurant. High-quality dishes, exceptional local cuisine. Excellent ingredients, warm welcome. Plenty of choice, several price points, set menus, and very good quality wines for connoisseurs! The decor respects traditional methods. Magnificent setting, indoors for winter, outdoors when the weather is nice. Handmade crafts are available for purchase. I highly recommend it!

25/11/2025: A lovely little restaurant. I've been several times and I've also tried their €10 "anti-crisis" menu. It's good, generous portions, and the service is impeccable. Honestly, a place I highly recommend!

10/03/2026: Very, very disappointing, from the food to the service. We had a reservation for about sixty people following a conference. We had a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts (planned months in advance). Once there, the tables were indeed reserved in a private room and scattered throughout the bistro. I didn't like the food. I ordered the warm goat cheese salad as a starter, and it was neither good nor bad. The goat cheese tart, which was actually a small tart, seemed frozen and reheated. The other dishes included poultry and salmon with pasta. There was a severe lack of vegetables. Finally, the caramel flan was quite good. As for the service, it was very quick, both when taking our order and when bringing the dishes to us. However, it was even too quick; I hadn't finished chewing before my seat was taken away, even though I hadn't finished eating... The walls could use a little freshening up. In short, it's okay for a large group like this, but I wouldn't recommend it.
