31/08/2024: Passed through Alet yesterday, lunch with friends. Charming place, unpretentious but very good and healthy cuisine and impeccable service. Too bad, too far from Perpignan to spend an evening there

The pool with the fish, the sound of the water, the greenery.... We find calm and tranquility there. The tables are spaced apart to preserve everyone's privacy and this is very appreciated.
The cuisine is simple and excellent, the products and wines are local. Everything is cooked in front of you on the braziers.
The staff is warm
Every time I have a great time there. Whether as a couple, with family or friends, it's very friendly.
I highly recommend this place 😉

13/08/2024: Very friendly welcome. Affordable menus. Or salads that aren't too expensive either. It was very good. My coke hadn't gone sour when I opened it, the waitress warned me and told me to let her know if it was more carbonated.
The artisanal sausage was very good. And forest pasta too. Also the vegetable pie of the day.
A little less on the desserts but still good. Panacota a little too sweet for my taste but it's a question of taste. Waitress attentive and friendly.

06/09/2024: Excellent address, an Italian boss from Rome who wants to change his life, settles in the region and makes a contemporary building out of old stones where the cozy atmosphere immediately puts us perfectly at ease. The cuisine is unadorned but fresh and delicious. We take the house corbière, a mixed Carignan Grenache, excellent value for money, elegant, fine texture, like a pretty Spanish priorat served at perfect temperature (16 degrees), I buy it at the counter

The welcome was also very pleasant.
The final price is certainly high, and it seemed to me to be in line with this truly atypical place.
Pay attention perhaps to the service and to one of the people who may possibly seem in a hurry to take your order….
Restaurant to try without hesitation!

24/09/2024: So this is an excellent discovery. Impeccable service, top-notch welcome, a festive atmosphere, located by the sea, the place is made to relax in a beautiful atmosphere. For me I just have one small downside, the fries!!😂😂
We should review the way of cooking them... in fat and at the right temperature. Regarding the mussels with braised flavors, they are delicious, even if they were a little too small. Then it's not the Zeeland mussels, I suppose.
Everything else is absolutely perfect. I greet the young man who makes the cocktails and tends the bar, often alone. He manages like a great professional.
I will go back soon.

08/09/2024: We have often been disappointed in Gruissan and elsewhere. I knew that the owner of this pizzeria was Italian and I suspected that the pizzas must be as good as in Sicily. Excellent hand-made dough and very good filling. We are delighted to have gone to this place and we highly recommend it. We will return soon.

Pour résumer, repas servis en décalé avec environ 20 minutes de retard, copinage avec certaines tables qui permet à certains clients d'être servis avant tout le monde, la seiche servie est en réalité du calamar....
La partie commerciale reste également à revoir...

06/09/2024: Nous avons découvert ce restaurant par hasard à l occasion d une balade à vélo sur le canal du midi(à 1km environ ) . Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré une heure un peu tardive vers 13 heures. Échange très sympathique avec la patronne qui nous a proposé un menu à 16€ avec pas mal de choix. Restaurant très propre et accueillant qui vaut le détour .
07/08/2024: Very friendly and practical for a culinary stopover on a journey (at midday because in the evening, only takeaways are possible with reservation).
The owner is very nice and the food is excellent! I highly recommend 😊
