16/06/2026: If you’re in Carcassonne and vegan I would definitely recommend the vegan options here. They do serve other stuff too but the vegan gazpacho, cassoulet and crumble were delicious. Friendly staff, good music, can sit inside or out. Note evening meals don’t start till 7pm

It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary.
Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away!
The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child.
The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm.
And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors!
A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet.
I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!
28/10/2025: We had booked a lunch table and received confirmation from the manager. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited for over 15 minutes beyond our reservation time, but there was no sign that it would open.
I do not recommend it.

29/06/2026: THANK YOU! I was happy, even though I was next to the villa I could see the beach, it was great! Except for the toilet which ran all night, I didn't dare call you as it was a bit late; the air conditioning wasn't working the way I wanted to adjust it, which is a shame, otherwise overall it was good. Sincerely,
28/06/2026: The room was a bit dated but very clean! It did have air conditioning, which was a real plus, and the bed was very comfortable. The welcome was pleasant, and the manager was friendly!

26/05/2026: A small, shaded terrace overlooking a wheat field, with generous and excellent cuisine made with top-quality ingredients. The pepper and Roquefort sauces and the homemade burgers are to die for! 👌 Gluten-free option available with potato pancakes instead of bread 😍!! We'll gladly return, either to eat in or take away!

A set menu, but with a choice of dishes for each course.
The waitress did her best to accommodate everyone. There was a slight delay in service for the person who didn't have the same menu as the others, and the wines had time to warm up while their food was being served.
That said, the dishes were very good, well-prepared with quality ingredients.

03/06/2026: Tried 3 dishes. Only the chicken with ginger was decent. The rest was quite tasteless and contained tough beef. Not recognizable as Thai food, no distinct lime or lemongrass notes, and not spicy at all. We eat this often and I learned to cook in Thailand myself, so I know what I'm talking about.
15/05/2026: A true delight. Rediscovering all the flavors of Thailand. Samosas, spring rolls, pad thai, soup... We wanted more!

Everything is perfect, from the warm welcome to the quality of the food. The professionalism is truly delightful, with servers and managers who take excellent care of their customers.

27/05/2026: I stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised to discover simple yet delicious home-style cooking. I started with baked cheese with ham and toast, followed by a beautifully presented pork knuckle with fries and salad, and a quick bite. I highly recommend this restaurant, which also serves pizzas! It's right in the city center and parking is easy. I was on a scooter, so no problem at all. The gentleman at the counter was very professional!
11/04/2026: We didn't come for a funeral, but for a romantic weekend getaway. We arrived late, at 9:00 PM, and were greeted by very friendly hosts who offered excellent hospitality and a delicious meal 🥘. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the quality of service.
