01/07/2026: Quite disappointed compared to the restaurant's website, which really sells a dream... At aperitif time, there was no Pastis (or anything like it) on a Tuesday because they'd sold out over the weekend: not great for early July in the south. 😕 The set menu, whatever you choose, isn't customizable: it's always starter + main course + dessert. I opted for the "Ardoise" menu because the "Héritage" menu seemed a bit too much. The starter (the perfect egg with peppers) was good. Then came the swordfish steak with saffron rice, which was okay but nothing special (too greasy, and not enough saffron). Dessert was pistachio ice cream and an apricot tart, which were rather bland. The staff were friendly, but I still got the feeling I was in a tourist trap. The price of €34.90 is reasonable, but you get what you pay for, nothing more. In short, apart from the superb location, if you can eat elsewhere you won't be missing much. 😉

22/06/2026: For lunch we chose the Heritage Menu. The dishes were refined and beautifully presented, with one small drawback: the cod loin lacked sauce, which was a shame because it was otherwise delicious. The service was impeccable: very professional. The setting is magnificent.

09/06/2026: Fantastic experience! The service was truly excellent, the staff friendly and attentive. The dishes are homemade, and it shows. The daily menu offered a good selection of quality ingredients. Everything was delicious from start to finish. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!

10/07/2025: Great grill restaurant, very generous on the tapenade portions but not so much on the grilled dishes. It lacks a little grilling tutorial for people who don't know how to cook, like photos of how long you should let certain shellfish cook, etc.

09/07/2025: A restaurant that passes when you're hungry, but honestly, the mussels marinière... very disappointed, you can tell they're not fresh, 3 tons of dehydrated parsley, not to mention the frozen garlic... the mussels are crispy... in short, a tourist restaurant.

19/05/2026: Our room was very clean and equipped with a terrace overlooking a small garden. It was a shame it was cold, but we found Richard and Patrick, the hotel owners, to be very welcoming and attentive to our entire group. They changed our towels upon request, and the breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We have very fond memories of our week-long stay. A big thank you to Richard and Patrick! 09/05/2026: Quietly situated, lovely and relaxing accommodation. The service and friendliness of the owners are unparalleled. Nothing is too much trouble and a real holiday feeling overwhelms you. Beautiful rooms, neat pool, a cozy and plentiful breakfast. We will keep coming back. Thank you.

10/05/2026: Jeannette's is paradise. You eat under the plane trees, the air is filled with wonderful aromas, Villeseque is a charming little village, and the welcome is warm, just like the food. The chicken with morels and fries is a delight, and the pear and chocolate crumble is simply enchanting. This is such a wonderful place, it's a secret to keep!

29/04/2026: A spontaneous stop at Jeannette's and what a pleasant surprise!! The service was always with a smile, and above all, the food was impeccable! We thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend it!!!

12/06/2026: The calm of June allowed me to find a great spot to read... a peaceful atmosphere with bohemian and natural decor, and friendly, welcoming servers. I didn't have the chance to eat a full meal there, but the menu looked good and the prices weren't too high for such a lovely place. Yum, the tiramisu (a bit pricey, but hey, you're paying for the ambiance too...) 😋 Absolutely fantastic 😊

12/06/2026: Excellent!!! I enjoyed it so much that I went back two days later ^^ The servers were very attentive and the food was served quite quickly (and not 45 minutes as I saw in some reviews, that's wrong). The atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend the seafood platter as a starter, it was absolutely delicious, as well as the very fresh oysters :) The cocktails were beautiful and very tasty too. Thank you again, and a special mention to the very pretty and kind waitress with glasses who was the only one serving that evening, and always so attentive :) I will definitely go back when I return to the south.

19/06/2026: We came shortly before lunchbreak, but the chef did his absolute best to make us lunch. We sat in a corner in the back with beautiful plants smelling wonderful and the food was delicious. The burger and the Caesars salad- just great! Thanks again for the nice experience!!!
