03/01/2026: I discovered this bakery/pastry shop quite by chance during my recent stay in Carcassonne, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Freshness, quality, price, service—everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.

31/01/2026: The savory crepes were very good. You have to be patient and take your time as the kitchen doesn't cook very fast. However, the wait is worth it. It was a pity that the heating wasn't on or higher, as it was quite cool inside the restaurant.

16/12/2025: It's not up to date. We came because it's gluten-free, but it's closed for vacation even though it says it's open.

28/01/2026: I'm leaving a review mainly because of the hygiene. The toilets are dirty, the tables are dirty, and the floor is greasy and sticky. While it's true that users should be careful, it makes you wonder if the cleaning is done every day (it should be done several times a day).

18/11/2025: Incredible restaurant. High-quality dishes, exceptional local cuisine. Excellent ingredients, warm welcome. Plenty of choice, several price points, set menus, and very good quality wines for connoisseurs! The decor respects traditional methods. Magnificent setting, indoors for winter, outdoors when the weather is nice. Handmade crafts are available for purchase. I highly recommend it!

14/11/2025: A delightful hotel where we stopped on our way back from vacation. Our room had charming, old-fashioned decor. And the icing on the cake was the restaurant where we savored delicious foie gras and cassoulet. It's a little off the beaten track, but well worth the detour.

Never enough thanks for the exceptional Simon, the most reserved but no less charming Samantha, the very kind and very gifted Nelly who delighted us with her cooking, the kind technicians of formidable efficiency, without forgetting of course Dominique Trinquel for the trust he placed in us. 28/10/2024: We left the bungalow on Sunday, last day the camping was opened for the season. We forgot a JBL in the bungalow. We call on Monday to ask for the JBL. They didn't find the JBL.Strange because we were last guests in that bungalow. So don't forget anything because it will disappear

04/02/2026: My partner was disappointed with the cassoulet; the beans weren't very good. The service was far too fast; we didn't even have time to finish our aperitif before our main course arrived.

02/02/2026: The service was excellent, the waiter and waitress were fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed a delicious cassoulet before heading to a match at the Stadium in Toulouse. I highly recommend it and will definitely tell everyone I know. Thank you!

12/12/2025: The first server was really nice and the drink arrived quickly. However, when we wanted to sit down inside, we were first seated at one table and then at another because the first one was already set (no one sat there except the server behind the bar). The server behind the bar was extremely unfriendly, and since she thought we didn't speak French, she started gossiping about us loudly. An extremely unpleasant experience!
