28/07/2026: Had a delicious meal in the shade on the terrace. Friendly, helpful service. Large bottle of table water that was constantly refilled, with a bowl of ice cubes. The food was of good quality and the portions were just right.

05/08/2026: It's not an experience, it's an enchantment. With all due respect to Michelin-starred restaurants, between Michelin stars and going to Jeannette's, there's no question. It's not good, excellent, extraordinary...no, it's incredibly miraculous. The Mimosa Eggs, the duck confit with baby vegetables, the macaroni and cheese with truffle ham, the Amarena Cake, the rum baba... They say "To love to the point of death," but at Jeannette's it's "To savor until you die." As for the service and the atmosphere, you're not in a restaurant, you're with family, plus friends who have come to join you. If you're ever in the Corbières region, go to Jeannette's; you mustn't miss this enchanting experience.

28/07/2026: A divine setting, but the service and dishes were rather ordinary. Disappointment with the "cheese trolleys" advertised on the menu, which turned out to be a plate of three pieces of cheese.

The confit pork almost brought a tear to my eye, both for its texture and the sauce, not to mention the melt-in-your-mouth potatoes... Simply excellent... 05/08/2026: A pleasant surprise in the city of Carcassonne, where we were expecting to find fast, bland, mass-produced food. We ate very well, the service was quick, and the waitress was friendly and welcoming! Excellent value for money! We highly recommend it!

05/08/2026: Great café, great food. Having grown up here, finally a real restaurant in Limoux! A very extensive and well-thought-out menu. I had the best grilled octopus I've ever had, my daughter loved the sea bream on pea purée, and the pulled lamb burger was excellent. All this with delicious desserts and good cocktails at reasonable prices. Definitely recommended and worth a return visit ;-)

04/08/2026: Despite a packed terrace, the service was top-notch and the food divine. I regret only discovering this place at the end of my vacation, as I think I would have eaten there every night. A true restaurant, the kind you rarely see in the summer, with a varied menu, quality ingredients, and reasonable prices.

15/05/2026: We ordered via Uber Eats last Sunday, and the pizzas we received (a Reine, a Margherita, and a sort of flamkueche) looked nothing like the pizzas pictured in the other reviews. They tasted like bad frozen pizza. The crust was very thin and seemed undercooked/unrisen. The toppings were skimpy. Surprising and disappointing considering the other glowing reviews.

08/04/2026: The calzone is amazing! One of the best I've ever had, it's definitely in my top 3. It's generously filled, and I love the pastry. If I have the chance to go back when they're open, I'll stop by immediately for another one. The service is very friendly and welcoming 😁 It's a shame I live so far away (Nantes)! 😉
