17/09/2024: La qualité est en baisse...le personnel aussi qui tache des vêtements et propose même pas une serviette ou autre...fish and chips très léger en quantité....une remise en question s'impose sinon les clients vont fuire....

16/09/2024: Nous avons choisi des tacos avec pulled pork des beignets de poulet.....tout était froid les beignets de poulets n étaient pas du jour car secs .....les tacos sont repartis en cuisine et comme on s en doutait passes au micro-ondes pour être réchauffés... La salade était cuite et c était vraiment dégueulasse...dommage je comptais prendre un dessert , nous en sommes restés là ?!

10/08/2024: Open the door of this small restaurant and receive a warm welcome from the owner. We came following the reviews, I can confirm that the meal is delicious. Pizza for my husband and prawns flambéed with cream for me, delicious. A crepe for dessert and all this for a very reasonable amount.

22/08/2024: Very friendly service. The menu is simple and without extravagance but everything is very good. The pizzas are good and the entrecôte is also very tender, served with good homemade fries. For a casual meal or a lunch between two trains, this is certainly the best address. Special mention to the delicious homemade pavlova. I would go back without hesitation 👍

28/07/2024: I usually publish very positive reviews (positive comment on this restaurant already published several months ago) again on vacation we have a first pleasure on site you refuse us the stamps on the loyalty card and refuse the loyalty card from the previous owner. Second pleasure of the vacation to take away, this time a billing error of €14.50 means going back to get a refund and you refunding me €14 is shameful! Attention ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ to billing Madam please be honest with your customers 😡😡😡😡

22/09/2024: Hotel as we like to have in the provinces. Almost family-friendly and with a certain personality which is not the case with hotels belonging to large groups. The price completely corresponds to the service.

16/09/2024: Autour de Siran, l'offre de restaurants est extrèmement pauvre, avec - au cours de notre séjour de sept jours - une bonne découverte à Caunes-Minervois (La Marbrerie) et une découverte nettement plus moyenne à La Livinière (Les Meulières). Caunes-Minervois est à environ un quart d'heure, par une route facile, du château-hôtel de Siran où nous résidions. Situé dans une ancienne marbrerie, le décor du restaurant de ce logis de France est très réussi, le patron est un vrai professionnel, très présent pour satisfaire sa clientèle. Il propose un choix de plats de qualité (notamment cassoulet vraiment maison et croustillants de langoustines, ..) et de planches de charcuteries et/ou fromages sympathiques. Les vins sont de qualité. Du coup, nous y avons dîné par deux fois et déjeuné par deux fois. C'est la table la plus recommandable dans le coin, sauf à vouloir faire un repas gastronomique au château de Siran. Enfin, notons que le réservation peut être faite via "the fork".

15/09/2024: Room not to be taken! Bathroom not clean and in its original style from the 1800s. 80 euros per night which is expensive for horrible bedding and a room tilted to ground level! I do not recommend
