20/12/2025: A lovely and cozy restaurant, though very small with only a few tables. The service was very good. The food was excellent; the lasagna and tiramisu are highly recommended!

15/12/2025: What a surprise! We found this little "épicerie" which is basically a grocery store but the owner is also a chef, who is Italian by the way just saying, and serves a couple of Italian dishes so we sat down for a wonderful lunch, turns out, with great ingredients and a bottle of Sardinian red wine which was also quite a surprise, fresh and fruity! The Lasagna Della nonna was shoveled into my mouth it was so good! Also the antipasti and the cheeses were simply great and just everything was cleaned up and all plated went back licked clean. Small parties only as the place can't handle more than 8 people outside.

03/01/2026: While passing through, we spotted a somewhat hidden door that intrigued us, and the menu really appealed to us. We bought some souvenirs and asked for a restaurant recommendation, and this was it. We were convinced it was a good choice. It was bitterly cold outside, and the warm welcome alone made us feel right at home. The food was excellent: oysters, onion soup, cassoulet... with generous portions! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Thank you to the owner for this wonderful experience. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again!

04/03/2026: What a wonderful discovery! Typical, authentic, and above all, gourmet! Homemade food, no question about it. I stopped there during a business trip, and from the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. The aroma of the cooking already filled the place and whetted my appetite... I ordered a ribeye steak, served quickly. The waitress brought me a plate, I think for two... exceptional quality, homemade fries, and an excellent side salad... in short, Les 3 Fontaines is definitely worth a visit, it's delicious! 26/02/2026: I have hesitated writing this review for a few years (we ate here August 7th 2019)...eating here was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. My partner ordered a pork dish and shortly into the meal she bit into a piece of bone within the meat and fractured a tooth. Really, mistakes can happen, and this was forgivable. But the horror is what happened next. The server took the plate away after we identified the bone on the plate. She spoke to the chef, and then came back without the plate and told us crossly that there was not a bone in the meat. Essentially acusing us of making the whole thing up. The plate was gone along with the evidence, and with just a few mouthfuls eaten and we were told she could order something else and pay for it in addition to the now disappeared original order. A simple apology and an offer of a second main course free of charge would have be just fine...but either the chef or server took an inexplicably belligerent approach. To sum up, the service was insulting, discourteous, coukd not take legitimate criticism, and worst of all engaged in untruthful antics to cover up a mistake.

20/09/2025: A last-minute dinner reservation and a wonderful evening. It all begins with a sincere and honest welcome, unlike the tourist touts on the seaside. A rich, varied menu that piques the taste buds' curiosity. A fresh Muscat, a sangria with fruits that have been marinating for a while (not a sangria blessed with water and its minute fruits), a foie gras that melts like butter, perfectly seasoned and generously served (thank you). A beautiful slow-cooked lamb shank, meltingly tender, that falls off the skin on its own (superb). A pork cheek x4 with licorice sauce (a wonderful discovery, yum, thank you). Delicious little vegetables. A juicy pineapple caramelized just then and its lemon ball included in the dessert, a delight. And in addition to the very good fresh bread, the plas follow one after the other. In short, a great address that embodies the values ​​of the Ovalie: generosity, sharing, imagination, and rigor in its execution. Beachfront restaurants are severely relegated to the sidelines. Le XV is a magnificent attempt that transforms itself between the bars of generosity both for the welcome and the quality of the products.
