02/04/2024: We have been going there once a month for a year. The welcome is sincerely pleasant, the chef's recipes are always super fresh and delicately composed. The desserts are the height of indulgence. We are happy to have discovered them.

30/03/2024: A restaurant that deserves a star! The cuisine is exceptional, a big thank you to the chef. The welcome with a smile, the service is perfect, thank you very much to the waitresses. Don't go to Carcassonne without stopping at this restaurant. We will gladly come back !

24/03/2024: What a desappointment ! I had lunch at this restaurant two years ago and it was great. Now it's a disaster! The cassoulet is very fatty and without any flavor. The restaurant has become soulless. The service is cold and fast. And prices have skyrocketed!!! And a special mention for the toilets, ridiculously small and with a very low ceiling. One might wonder how this restaurant got a star... In short, a very bad experience, I won't come back.

02/04/2024: Good choice! It was during our visit to the medieval city, we were looking for a quiet place and boy did it surprise us. Small place with little capacity, but very well prepared dishes and beautiful presentations, delicious flavors! It has a menu for 20 euros, with 2 choices for a starter, main course and dessert, water and bread, it does not include drinks. Highlight the attention on the part of the chef/waitress, since she alone remained in charge of the restaurant at all times and her good service is surprising. Highly recommended!

05/04/2024: The food is quite delicious (especially the magret de canard). The somewhat high price, especially if we talk about beer, like in the entire neighboring country, which seems crazy to me. We had to ask for water three times for them to give it to us, almost as soon as we got to the desserts.

29/03/2024: Reportable. Unpresentable. They offer themselves as a gluten-free and vegan restaurant and they put gluten-free bread on our table. Although as a precaution we asked them for the second time if the bread was gluten-free, the waitress confirmed it and once we had eaten it we found out that it was not. In our case, the entire family is celiac and that "mistake" is going to make us pay a very expensive price. Honestly, people like that shouldn't be working in a restaurant, or even having anything to do with them. They have barely apologized; again, unpresentable.

10/05/2024: Nice setting in the city center, but unfortunately I do not recommend the homemade cassoulet "menu" which serves a ridiculous little salad with 5 gizzards (yes I was able to count them, there were so many), and not a cassolette but a bowl of supposedly homemade cassoulet but I terribly doubt it because of the color of the sausage: Pink! Not very Toulouse... And there were 8 pieces of fake bacon, pork rind which was not very appetizing almost as much as beans, and the dessert two poor scoops of ice cream as puny as they tasted like nothing... Disappointed... All at 30€ per menu... For the land of cassoulet, walk past this bistro....

23/03/2024: Chance did things well. An incredible discovery of this establishment. Meals and service at the top. Very professional and welcoming staff. A wide choice on the “homemade” menu. I recommend the duchess galette and the salted butter caramel crepe for dessert. Really ! Thanks again to the whole team.

29/09/2023: We had a magnificent time at Le petit Baigneur! The formula of sitting at big wooden tables and benches where you get to share fresh and delicious Mediterranean seafood with your company reflects an atmosphere of summer pleasure and happiness. Our 11 yrs old son is now in love with the mussels “á la planche” , they were incredibly tasty indeed! As were the sardines, little fried fish, …. Super friendly staff that works very hard to serve you quickly and with a smile . If you feel like a dessert , they have some surprising things to finish your visit with. We had amazing coconut ice cream 🥰 Go have some lunch or dinner there when you visit Leucate (Franqui Plage) and it’s always good to make a reservation as the place is very popular.

22/09/2023: Top notch welcome and service. Special mention to Madame, most friendly and smiling. A very pleasant stopover for us. And what's more, we enjoyed ourselves: both with the mussels (with original flavors, not to be missed!), as well as with the razor clams, but also the cuttlefish. Even the sangria is excellent (and the ti-punch too!) THANKS!

24/03/2024: Very nice discovery that this restaurant, from the telephone reception for the reservation to our departure everything was perfect! The dishes are well crafted, the menu is researched and created with quality products! The entire team is welcoming and smiling and makes you want to come back! We did not regret having booked because the success of this establishment meant that it was full that evening! Thank you again for this evening

14/11/2023: Needed something to eat after a long day and this place was perfect. Nice outdoor seating. Meat, frites, salad, wine. Simple but everything tasty.
