22/09/2024: Quelle belle surprise ! Un accueil simple mais attentionné. Une cuisine "maison" généreuse sur la base de produits frais. Qu'est ce que çà change ! Des découvertes : la tarte aux figues à la chantilly maison aromatisée avec une pointe de rhum (!). Des vins au verre servis via une bouteille ouverte devant vous par la charmante patronne qui connait les vins de sa carte et fait de belles recommandations. Bref, on est devenus fans et nous y sommes allés trois fois en une semaine avec notre chienne golden retriever tant nous nous y sommes sentis bien. Svp, ne changez rien. Et si on repasse dans la région, nous y retournerons. Les prix sont raisonnables alors que les portions sont énormes. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.

17/09/2024: Excellent accueil, serveuse très sympathique ! Plats goûteux et copieux, l'entrée tapas convient pour 4 personnes ! Tout est fait maison. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons🙂

18/08/2024: Nous sommes allés en famille à 4 ce jour dans ce super restaurant . Un accueil parfait, un service au top. Pour le repas menu à 32, 42, enfant et à la carte . Sur ces 4 prestations rien à redire . Les assiettes sont copieuses, de qualité et vraiment très bonnes . Je vous recommande ce restaurant où nous avons passé un agréable moment, ressorti le ventre bien rempli et les papilles en folies . Merci à vous pour votre accueil, sourire, votre service .

20/09/2024: Troisième fois que nous revenons avec des amis. Nous sommes à chaque fois conquis et les amis ravis de leur découverte. Tout d'abord (et c'est vraiment à souligner tant le modèle d'hospitalité à la française laisse souvent à désirer), l'accueil et le professionnalisme de Raj, le chef de rang est un modèle du genre et un exemple à suivre. J'ai travaillé plusieurs années comme serveur et je peux garantir qu'il a tout compris. Le compliment concernant l'accueil et la qualité du service vaut aussi pour son collègue, Dylen (navré si je me trompe dans l'orthographe). Le cadre est très agréable et soigné. La carte est claire et bien équilibré, le choix des vins est bon. Nous ne savions pas si nous serions 6 ou 8 jusqu'au dernier moment, aucun souci, le personnel a été arrangeant et compréhensif. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous conseillerons sans réserve cette adresse. Petit coup de cœur pour l’aubergine confite en entrée, c'est divin. Une adresse sûre, foncez sans réserve !

13/09/2024: An experience to have at least in your life, an unforgettable meal full of surprises, friendly staff, attentive without being omnipresent in a warm setting. And Gilles Gougeon who comes to greet you and chat with you before the service. I highly recommend it.

09/09/2024: The food was excellent, great flavors and sequence. The wine list outstanding with with many great producers and years from all over France. The prices decent for a 3 star restaurant and such a list. The only things I would criticize is the fact that with the tables so close to each other, you hear and see every dish that is coming and loose a bit of the excitement, which you recover with the mouthfuls. Also that the last few dishes took too long to get to the table, we had a long wait for the splendid cheese chariot and service lost some of the timing. All an all excellent!! Worth the trip the beautiful hills of southern france

01/09/2024: August 2019. Family and friendly. Home cooking is perfect. August 2020. Here we are again a year later. Still as good, still as kind. I adore. Above all, remember to make a reservation. Well deserves 5/5. August 2024 after forgetting to post previous years oops. At the top despite the passing years, Anna delights us in the kitchen, while Sylvain explains Madame's dishes to us, with his anecy and his good humor. It still feels good there, still 5/5.

20/08/2024: For a friendly moment around a good plate and a good drink I recommend at fourmi at the halles of Narbonne service with a smile and good humor, be careful no payment by credit card but that does not take away from the friendly moment that we spent 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

13/09/2024: Habitués des restaurants à Carcassonne, nous cherchions du changement et de l'originalité et nous avons trouvé ! Cadre magnifique, élégant, belle et bonne cuisine, service rapide et sympathique. Menu en fonction des saisons, ce qui explique qu'il y a moins de choix que sur celle présentée sur internet. Très bons cocktails avec ou sans alcool, avec des mélanges surprenants. Nous y retournerons

14/09/2024: Well a little confused and totally unimpressed; I was really looking forward to visiting this restaurant on my trip to Carcassonne. We walked in at 19.30 on a Saturday night and asked for a table for three. The guy asked if I had a reservation and I said no; he then said reservations only and the restaurant was empty apart from one table of four….. So I’m totally confused and rather upset as it made no sense; the only thing I good think of is that they obviously don’t want tourists and it’s a place for the locals - shame on you Le Cathare it’s put a sour taste in my mouth now for the rest of my trip
