23/07/2026: We stumbled upon this lovely restaurant quite by chance, as other nearby restaurants were closed, and guided by Google reviews. We decided to try it on Wednesday evening. What a delightful surprise! From starters and main courses to desserts, everything was exquisite and exceptional. The waitresses were very pleasant, kind, and attentive. We ate outside, but the interior was still beautifully presented. The cleanliness was remarkable, even down to the restrooms, despite the building being quite old. We opted for the €39 set menu. We made a point of thanking all the staff, including the chef, who apparently trained in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I highly recommend it. Furthermore, the proximity of the Canal du Midi and the Seuil de Naurouze makes for a pleasant stroll afterward. I also suggest visiting the nearby village of Montferrand, with its aeronautical semaphore station that guided Saint-Exupéry and his fellow airmail pilots. It's fantastic! Visiting it will make you understand... 😊

16/07/2026: We had a wonderful time together during our vacation. The cuisine was exquisite, the service impeccable, and the setting lovely (sunset and sunflower fields). This restaurant is well worth a visit and highly recommended!

24/05/2026: The welcome was fantastic! We went without a reservation, even with our large dog, and they found us a quiet spot… The cassoulet was hearty and delicious, and the crème brûlée was perfect! I highly recommend it! Thank you ☺️ 🐾

12/06/2026: It's a charmingly old-fashioned hotel, but you feel very comfortable there. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. We stayed for five days on a half-board basis. The breakfasts are generous. As for dinner... Chef Didier spoiled us! Yes, he's a chef! Healthy, locally sourced ingredients, cooked with artistry. Go there; you won't be disappointed. The owner and his staff are welcoming and warm.

10/08/2026: I was a little disappointed with my pizza; it was very good, but not as generous as usual. I ordered a Nordic pizza (salmon and shrimp) based on the menu, but there were no shrimp on mine. It's a shame, it would have been better with them.

09/08/2026: It was absolutely incredible; I've never eaten such a delicious pizza and I'm already looking forward to going back to this restaurant. The service and professionalism of the staff are impeccable; there's absolutely nothing to criticize about any aspect of the place or the food served.

09/06/2026: Great hotel with super friendly staff!

08/06/2026: The hotel has well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds, as well as a pleasant little pool for relaxing. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that the curtains aren't blackout enough for our liking. We requested a room facing the hotel entrance because the sun rises on the other side and we could hear a lot of road noise (the windows could be improved), and our request was accepted by the friendly receptionist.

19/07/2026: This is the third time we've eaten at La Regalada. It was excellent, but this time it wasn't like usual. We no longer get to choose our starter; it's the same for everyone. But it wasn't to our taste, and apparently we weren't the only ones that day. I saw that one table refused the scallop carpaccio, which wasn't very good—it was hard to digest. There was also an egg and a confit tomato with feta cheese. Last year it was fantastic, but it wasn't this year, and I mentioned it. But the gentleman told me he wouldn't be there next year, that he was selling the restaurant. So my comment wasn't important, but for €198 for three people, we could have opted for a different starter, as not everyone likes raw fish.

03/06/2026: Passing through for a business trip for one night. From the outside, the hotel doesn't look like much. Once you step inside, everything changes. Refined cuisine, efficient service. Pleasant, clean, bright, and quiet room. I'm adding it to my list of recommended places. You can stay here without hesitation.

You are very well organized, and in France, that's so rare! The food is well prepared; the gizzard salad and the cassoulet were very good, and right down to the homemade desserts, there wasn't a single flaw. Well done! We'll be back.
