07/09/2024: Precious. ♿ It has wide cobblestone streets and ramps. Except for the paid area (within the walls) where there are stairs, the rest can be enjoyed in a chair or with other disabilities. There are bathrooms before entering the castle on the left hand side for free but with stairs, and inside without stairs. Inside the fortress there are many souvenir shops, places to eat a crepe, ice cream or a menu or have a drink. The atmosphere is very calm, the castle is truly beautiful and very well preserved and you have parking 5 minutes away for €1/h the most expensive, or you can leave it in the surrounding area for free. We paid €3.5 to spend the entire afternoon watching it. Take photos from the bridge, the panoramic view is brutal. Highly recommended for couples, families, or alone. Amazing place!

10/08/2024: Very satisfied with our visit to this restaurant during a stroll in the area. A hearty meal, cooked with quality products. From the aperitif cocktail to the dessert, we enjoyed everything. It was perfect.

06/08/2024: An excellent surprise found while walking in this beautiful region. Dishes cooked with a desire to use fresh and local products, the service was very good and lunch on the terrace under the trees was very pleasant. And the fries are homemade ❤️❤️❤️

01/10/2024: Ce restaurant a été découvert lors d'une balade à vélo. Excellent repas, super ambiance. J'ai choisi des raviolis car on n'en voit pas souvent sur la carte française, c'était incroyable. Les crevettes à l'ail sont les meilleures que j'ai mangées. Mon mari a pris le porc 10 sur 10, nous reviendrons.

10/09/2024: Excellent welcome, the bosses are simply adorable. Homemade cassoulet for me, roasted camembert for my lady, more than generous portions, impeccable quality and taste, without forgetting that everything is homemade. This is clearly the address not to be missed when you are passing through Catelnaudary. A quality/price ratio that the competition cannot fight against. We will definitely return on future visits to your magnificent city.

09/09/2024: We arrived by bike on Wednesday September 4 at 2:30 p.m. and were very well received. The hearty meal was excellent, homemade with fresh produce and a very very reasonable price. Marie France and Jean, the boss, are adorable and extremely kind. We left at 4:30 p.m. Marie France and Jean gave us plenty of time. 29/08/2024: La cuisine est vraiment exceptionnelle avec un plat très copieux. Très bon accueil, nous avons passé un très bon moment avec des desserts excellente. Nous recommandons vivement

27/08/2024: Lors d’un après-midi chaud à Carcassonne, on est tenté par la spécialité : le cassoulet! Tout d’abord, on est bien accueilli par un service pro et détendu, et quand on est face à ce fameux cassoulet, on en meurt d’envie ! Il est savoureux, la viande est parfaite et les quantités sont généreuses, peut-être un peu trop… La crème caramel est efficace mais reste simple, et le rapport qualité-prix est très correct. On recommande de vive voix "Au lard et au cochon".

19/06/2024: Expérience parfaite pour compléter la visite du village médiéval et du château. Laissez-vous prendre au jeu, on vous guidera avec bienveillance : 3 menus différents qui comprennent les boissons, la possibilité de se déguiser le temps d’une photo ou du repas, et une salle magnifique qui vous emmène hors du temps. Tout est très bon, mais cela peut surprendre les personnes un peu compliquées ou fermées à de nouvelles expériences.

26/05/2024: Repas avec les produits existants à cette époque médiévale, servi en costumes et coiffes et avec les arts de la table d'alors. Celà surprend mais nous avons passé un moment très sympathique et agréable. Certes ce n'est pas de la cuisine étoilée mais nous en gardons un bon souvenir et merci à la gente dame Audrey pour ses explications.

02/09/2024: Very good roadside restaurant, with a good atmosphere. The food is good and in sufficient quantity. The setting is pleasant, but be careful to remember to book. The service can be a bit slow due to increasing attendance, a sign of good quality of service. Without being a “must see” in Carcassonne, it is certainly an excellent address, and we can only invite you to try it.
