12/08/2026: I wanted to share my experience. We had dinner there as a family last night for the very first time, and it was a wonderful experience. The welcome, the service, and the meal were a real pleasure. The atmosphere is very warm and the staff is fantastic! I highly recommend this establishment; you won't be disappointed. But without a doubt, the best part was the restaurant. A delicious menu that surprised you with every dish. To finish, a truffle crunch cookie that was more than a dessert—it was a work of art. Furthermore, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. Congratulations to the chef and the owner. They provided us with an unforgettable experience. :)

31/07/2026: This restaurant was such a wonderful find in Norbonne. The service was great, the food delicious and the whole experience just wonderful. Their rum baba is just from a different play book. I loved every single dish. Make sure you book your experience there too.

24/07/2026: The best Moroccan couscous I've ever eaten at, out of all the restaurants I've been to. For me, this one is the best, no question about it, go for it without hesitation.

22/06/2026: Middle Eastern restaurant with a selection of Cous cous dishes and a similar selection of tagines. A big bowl of buttery cous cous, a bowl of delicous sauce, pots of chick peas and sultanas, a tagine of chicken, lamb shank, merguez sausages, spiced meat on a skewer. Sweet mint tea. We sat outside on the pavement on a hot sunny June day with a bottle of rich Moroccan red wine. The tastes and aromas suiting the weather, the price a ridiculous bargain for unusually huge portions. They clearly know and trade on their portion size as boxes or "doggy bags" are freely pushed.

08/05/2026: A good experience at this restaurant located in a tiny village not far from Fondfroide Abbey. The chef is, in fact, the former cook of the abbey's restaurant. The cuisine is creative and well-executed, but there are a few drawbacks: the portions are really small, especially the side dish with the main course, which is a shame because you end up eating the bread... which is mass-produced (why serve bread that looks like it belongs in a motorway service station cafeteria?). I think the €21 set menu (starter/main/dessert) during the week offers much better value for money.

01/05/2026: Excellent food and reasonably priced wines. Friendly service. The restaurant isn't very large and all the tables were occupied. Consequently, it was quite lively and noisy.

09/01/2026: The sign says it's open all day, but at 2:30 PM they told us the kitchen was closed. We had to walk quite a distance because of the incorrect information. It's disappointing.

20/06/2026: A truly pleasant surprise. Passing through the area for a few days, I had the opportunity to discover this restaurant as well as the second one owned by the same person. Excellent. Two slightly different menus to cater to different tastes depending on the day. Thank you Julien and Solange, who was so kind. I highly recommend stopping here; the rooftop terrace is just perfect for a breath of fresh air...

20/05/2026: Noisy place (it must be said that there was a group of 20 retirees so it was somewhat normal), excellent starter foie gras and smoked salmon a delight, matured sirloin steak a first for us, certainly the meat is tastier but too grilled for our taste, classic but very good dessert.
