05/12/2025: A real gem! We come regularly, and each visit is a renewed pleasure. The welcome is always exceptional: the owners are lovely, smiling, attentive, and passionate about their work. You can really feel that they love their customers, and that makes all the difference. A huge plus: dogs are welcome! Our four-legged friend is welcomed like a member of the family, which is so rare and precious. The quality of the food, the friendly atmosphere, and the impeccable service have made us loyal customers. It has become our go-to spot. Well done to the whole team, don't change a thing!

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!

28/10/2025: We had booked a lunch table and received confirmation from the manager. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited for over 15 minutes beyond our reservation time, but there was no sign that it would open. I do not recommend it.

08/12/2025: A very enjoyable meal; the ingredients were fresh and very well prepared by the kitchen. The service was also excellent! The mimosa served as an aperitif was exceptional!

06/12/2025: The children's menu was disgusting: frozen steak that was also undercooked, the rice was the same, and the chocolate fondant dessert was also undercooked. The welcome was cold, the staff unpleasant, especially the woman. I asked for a place to change my child and was told, "You have a work surface." I had to change my child directly on the wood. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The menu, created by chef Bastien Croiset, is sure to impress (the monkfish was my personal favorite). 03/02/2026: A disgrace! After paying the €40 deposit, I confirmed my reservation 24 hours too late, and it was simply cancelled. It was impossible to contact anyone in charge of reservations by email or phone to resolve the situation (everything is designed to avoid communication with the customer and to facilitate automatic payments). Since this invitation was a Christmas gift from my parents, I had to pay a second time. I will never set foot in this establishment where human interaction has been replaced by a mafia-like system where taking €40 seems more important than customer satisfaction.
