But this Saturday lunchtime, the fries served with the filet mignon were not up to par: _ The frozen fries had a fishy taste... Eatable... But this detail spoils the dish and gives a bad rating to the whole rather very good meal... _ Consider changing your oil cooking and making homemade fries using real potatoes cut and cooked by you even if it takes time and is expensive... this will save you from bad comments. 07/09/2024: Restaurant to be banned. We arrive and order aperitifs for 2 people, the wine arrives at the same time. We then order our dishes which arrive cold, we call the waitress who sends them back to the kitchen to reheat in the microwave, the so-called homemade fries in the microwave are not great. The worst is yet to come: While my dish is being heated I find myself on the front line with a 180 degree view of the kitchen and there I see the cook taking my plate out of the microwave and sticking her finger right into my chicken to check the temperature, he There are probes to check if the dish is hot, I don't know what she did before, nor what she touched. The waitresses smoke in front of the customers and then touch the dishes, the toilets have no paper or soap, a bit limited in these times of covid. After the meal was over, I reported all this to the boss and explained my disappointment to him, but he had nothing to do with it. So definitely don't go there even if the setting is very beautiful.

17/09/2024: A warm and very kind welcome from the boss who is a ray of sunshine. This gentleman took great care of us and his other customers. And I, who don't like cassoulet, really enjoyed my meal. The taste and aromas of the dishes and drinks were there. Thank you for this little meal, I will definitely return.

15/09/2024: Bonne cuisine avec des produits frais, et du fait maison. Accueil vraiment sympathique. Prix très corrects. La seule petite réserve, c’est que les intitulés sur la carte ne sont pas assez précis. Un exemple: le macaron framboise, était fourré à la mousse au chocolat alors que je m’attendais plutôt à une crème pâtissière. Et je n’aime pas le chocolat mêlé avec des fruits rouges. Donc j’ai mangé séparément l’un et l’autre en démontant le macaron. Cela dit le restaurant est à recommander.

15/09/2024: Nous avons passé un chouette moment dans cet endroit atypique à la décoration vintage. On a commandé une planche mixte à partager, charcuterie et fromages. Beaucoup de choix, très bons produits. Ensuite un burger classique qui était réussi. Très bon accueil. On recommande !

07/09/2024: Looking for a place to eat on the way to Carcassonne. It is not worth stopping at motorway service areas. They are usually very expensive and it is almost always junk food. We were also looking for something quiet and good food. This place is everything we were looking for. It may have been a little difficult to park but it doesn't matter, the town is small. The place is the typical small winery-bar with a terrace that was where we ate. Without knowing French, the staff made an effort to speak a little Spanish to understand us and they treated us very well at all times. The food was very good, a very tender entrecote and I was surprised by the flavor with vineyard embers. I definitely recommend it and if we ever return to the area we will return to this place.

Very close to the Aude, very beautiful terrace when the sun shines and inside when the weather is uncertain...Refined cuisine and an equally refined presentation. Menu formula and diverse menu without being exaggerated. Democratic prices and generous plates. Added to this is a warm welcome from the owner in the dining room and the owner in the kitchen... Definitely worth a detour during your visit to Quillan...

05/09/2024: Une valeur sûre en centre ville! Les plats sont bien présentés, il y a de la recherche,le résultat est délicieux. A noter que le poisson est cuit à la perfection. Le plus,il est possible de choisir un vin au verre sur toutes les propositions de la carte.

25/08/2024: Restaurant type, brasserie, mais qui a du charme. Ce n'est pas à proprement dit un gastronomique mais au regard du monde qu'il important qu'il peut y avoir sur la terrasse le service est plutôt efficace et le contenu dans les assiettes très correct. De plus, le rapport qualité prix reste relativement attractif.

31/08/2024: I highly recommend this establishment in Corbières. We had mimosa eggs (3 eggs and salad) and truffled foie gras as starters, then truffled shells and ham as main course, confit lamb shoulder and confit ratatouille. The dishes are very generous, very tasteful and very well presented. For the truffle shells (excellent and are really truffled and not just a little, the sauce is excellent combining crème fraîche, parmesan and grated truffle in abundance) for 15th the dish is more than perfect. Note that the dish is very hearty but truly delicious and well balanced. For the shoulder of lamb, nothing to complain about, the meat is tender and the ratatouille accompanies it perfectly. Although we had good feedback from dessert, we were stuck and we couldn't have any because our stomachs wouldn't allow it. At 2 in content 2 starters including the truffled foie gras and 2 dishes and 2 drinks we had for 30 euros each. If we take a dish and a drink counted approximately 20th. There is also the daily special at 9.5e and also a starter, main course and dessert menu at 26e. Every Friday it's mussels and fries. Warm atmosphere, good service. 1 very very good point for the shells which were a treat.
