26/02/2026: A very pleasant surprise to discover this restaurant. Pierre Jean, our host at our room in Peyriac, raved about it. A masterful menu with excellent value for money. The owner, whom I'll call "Octopus Man" 😅, because he's always on the go ☝️, even takes the time to greet the customers. He's a machine. Just a small suggestion, and this is just my opinion: some background music and placemats would be even better. Best of luck and thank you for the lemon verbena sake 😜

15/02/2026: Fantastic experience at Au Cœur de l'Asie in Lézignan-Corbières! 🍜✨ We ordered takeout and it was absolutely delicious; we enjoyed every bite from start to finish. The dishes were flavorful, perfectly prepared, and still piping hot when we got home. Plus, they added a lovely touch: they gave us lychee fritters for dessert—a real treat! I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back! 😊

It offers a varied menu, ranging from pizzas and a children's menu to traditional French dishes and desserts. You can sit inside or on the terrace, overlooking the street. We chose to sit at one of the many tables in the large dining room and ordered two grilled rib-eye steaks with green peppercorn sauce and potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious and generous. The staff was welcoming, smiling, competent, and helpful. The service was attentive and quick. The prices were high, but justified by the excellent quality of the meat. My wife and I had dinner at this centrally located, traditional French pizzeria and restaurant, situated on one of the many narrow streets of Carcassonne, France. Offers a variety of dishes, from pizza to children's menus, from traditional French dishes to traditional dishes. Hay mesas dentro y fuera con vistas a la calle estrecha. Our feelings are in one of the many dishes inside an amplio comedor and pedimos dos filetes de costilla a la parrilla con salsa de pimienta verde y patatas. All this is riquisimo and abundant. The personal is friendly, friendly, competent, friendly and helpful. The service should be attentive and rapid. The prices we have are caros, but just for the excellent quality of the meat.

Not cool, especially since everything is already more expensive during that time. You're just making it even worse. Do you think families have more money than others?

We went there to ask for eat( without previous reservation), and the manager with some low and disrespectful attitude was kicking us out, because he was complete, and looking in the web page they allowed to book a table. After all of his bad maniers we decided to not go back there. Later as a surprise we see him in another restaurant (chez Christine ).

22/02/2026: Was there a few years ago. One of the best experiences we had on the trip. We went on a tidal wave and went up to this restaurant which was absolutely fantastic.

07/10/2025: Beautifully located on the Canal du Midi, it offers views of the countryside and shady seating. The interior ambiance is harmonious and inviting. The dishes are innovative and highly recommended. We'll be back!
