27/05/2026: We came on Monday at lunchtime and were charged extra for a beer on the bill, even though it wasn't cold and therefore hadn't been consumed. They offered us an alternative, but the extra beer was still charged. Disappointing.

10/06/2026: The meal was excellent, especially the flank steak and the tiramisu, which were delicious. The waitress was also very pleasant, smiling, and professional. No complaints about the quality of the food. However, I was disappointed with the loyalty program: I created my account as instructed, but the promised 15% discount wasn't applied at the register. A shame, otherwise it was perfect.

08/06/2026: We've been traveling in Provence for almost four weeks and have never eaten so badly. After we complained about the service, the owner verbally abused us and almost threw us out of the restaurant. I can only say never again.

We were greeted by warm and energetic waitresses, eager to introduce us to a wide range of local and artisanal products, from pastis and beers to panisses and St Rémy tomatoes, plus new special editions: Summer burger, truffle burger, Brazil burger (a little gem for chili lovers and gourmets), and the meat!! Let's talk about the meat!!! What a joy to treat yourself knowing you're eating good things 🥰 Black Angus steaks, matured ribeye, homemade fish and chips—everyone at the table loved it! 10/03/2026: The food was good and we enjoyed our meal. However, the wait was really long for a Sunday; we arrived before 1 p.m. and didn't leave until 3:30 p.m.! It's a shame because it somewhat spoiled the experience. Perhaps with a little more staff or fewer covers to serve at once, the service would be smoother. We hope this can be improved.

Indeed, just as we were about to enjoy a delicious meal, around 10 p.m., on two separate occasions, we found not a closed door, but an empty dining room with an elderly woman slumped on a chair at the entrance, the owner at the back of the room, and the owner's wife politely informing us that we were finished. It should be noted that the advertised closing time is 10:30 p.m., and it is unusual for service to end so early on a warm Toulouse evening (for Toulouse). Under these circumstances, please change the closing time. Furthermore, to avoid these disappointments, it would be appreciated and appropriate if you answered the phone. In short, these days it's not enough to be a good chef; you must also respect your customers. Otherwise, a grim fate awaits those who engage in this practice. Additional comment following your response: I have taken note of your response, which demonstrates a denial of reality that bodes ill. That an establishment of this nature closes its doors an hour before the end of service in a city like Toulouse raises serious questions about its long-term viability. Furthermore, I maintain that I called the establishment while staff were present but received no answer, and that this attitude reflects a lack of respect for customers. I therefore stand by all my statements and urge you to take the necessary corrective measures as a matter of urgency.

18/05/2026: My wife and I have eaten here twice in the last month or two. Our first trip we ate at the restaurant, was an excellent experience with service and with the quality of food. We did carry out a week or two later, same experience great service , from Joe , and quality was very good. We will be carrying out again today, thought I'd already reviewed this restaurant. Highly recommend! Great quality and the value, their prices are very reasonable.

26/06/2026: We had a delicious dinner and cocktails. We sat at the bar and Max was fantastic. Not only did he make us refreshing cocktails, he was attentive and made celebrating my financees birthday so memorable.

24/06/2026: We came for a team lunch and had a lovely time on the terrace. The savory floating island dessert was particularly good and truly innovative. The chicken tenders were decent, but nothing to write home about. In short, an affordable lunch menu with a good selection and dynamic, very efficient service. I'll be back to try the pizzas, which looked very tempting! 🤗

27/06/2026: Very good meal, good atmosphere. Unfortunately, the waitress that evening was "absent," made a mistake with our order (it happens), but on top of that, didn't say a word to us while serving the meal. She handed us the plates, which we were supposed to receive without a word, and there was no presentation of the different types of brick pastries for the sharing platter (were we supposed to take a bite of them as a group of four to guess what they were?). In short, her behavior was not very professional. Luckily, the other two waiters were very friendly and jovial!
