16/12/2024: We came last night to share a meal with friends. We were put at a table in the corner and left to wait a long time each time. Order taken after 40 minutes, drinks were brought to us at the same time as the dishes. Need to go and ask for water and bread when it is something that must be provided systematically. The manager was very responsive but the waitress who took care of us was really average. I'm sorry but the excuse of telling us that there is a lot of work and seeing this same waitress sitting with her arms crossed behind the bar is a little limiting in my opinion. So yes there were two of them in the room, I can hear that there was a significant workload, but it would be better to warn the customers in these cases and not let them wait more than 30 minutes to come and take their orders and get rid of. We are made to pay without giving us the summary ticket with the overall price, this is also not normal. In addition, the desserts ordered were always missing topping ingredients (which were written on the menu) or if there were any it was almost nothing. For example, I ordered a creamy caramel with granola on top, there was almost nothing, the same for the caramel, a thin layer but the dose of natural yogurt was no problem…. €5.90 for something like that I’m sorry but I call it theft!

The servers were absolutely fantastic: smiling, attentive, and with such positive energy that it made the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was flawless: the dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and flavorful. You can tell they paid attention to every detail. It's a place where you feel comfortable, both for the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and I will gladly return.

11/04/2026: The main courses and appetizers were good, but the quality of the desserts has declined, including a sundae with two scoops of ice cream that were already half melted. The service was very slow, about two hours, even though there were only three of us and it wasn't busy. A smile from one of the waitresses seemed to be optional. Overall, disappointed, especially considering the high prices.

14/04/2026: A must-try! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The meat was succulent; at our table we had duck breast, andouillette sausage, and ribeye steak, and everyone enjoyed it. The meat was cooked perfectly to our liking, the dishes were piping hot, and the plates were generously filled with homemade fries and salad. The dessert was perfect; their whipped cream was to die for! In short, everything was perfect, and we'll definitely be back.

09/03/2026: Update to the first comment. I just returned from a trip to Korea and to continue my vacation, I went back to S BBQ. The team has changed, but they are just as pleasant as before, offering great advice. I also noticed some changes to the menu, which is much clearer than before. The food is still excellent, and the new sauces and marinades are just as exquisite. Keep up the good work! It's always a pleasure. Your Regular Customer! 27/02/2026: A fantastic spot in Saint-Jean-d'Aulps! A warm welcome, a cheerful atmosphere, and delicious food. Special mention for the spicy pizza and the local IBEX beer. A superb family experience; we'll gladly return next winter!

22/04/2026: The biggest rip-off of the century! Last night we were served by a nonchalant waitress. If she had somewhere to throw the plates in our faces, she would have… We expressed our dissatisfaction, and she replied with an ironic, "Nothing to worry about." Unacceptable!!! The charcuterie platter consisted of two pieces of ham with toast (no butter), the meat with three fries, and to top it off, it was Tuesday, so they should have restocked after the weekend. We couldn't order a bottle of champagne, so we settled for Jack Daniels… bad luck, it was cheap whiskey. We asked to exchange the glasses immediately… all for an outrageous price… The Buffalo Grill in Thiers has decided to follow the mediocre trend of ripping off the French… as if the price of gas wasn't enough!!! I'm not thanking you at all. If I had to choose, I'd eat on a beggar's head next time…
