One of the three servers prepared it directly with his hands, without washing them beforehand, which is questionable. The other two servers used salad tongs, which seems more appropriate.

So I had to leave it with them. Frankly, I think it's outrageous and quite shameful for a business not to be able to give proper change. It's a shame, because the experience could have been much better without this problem.
