05/09/2024: We called on Philippe Rome for our wedding on August 31, 2024. Great follow-up from the salesperson, Maun. We see that he enjoys his work and is very professional. Reception organized outdoors, the team adapted perfectly to the location, to our needs and those of the guests. Dinner in the evening, coordination with the DJ to send the dishes. Meal enjoyed by us and our loved ones. Nicolas and Lucie

22/04/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at Buffalo Grill in Vernouillet. The manager's welcome was not warm. The meat, although ordered medium-rare, was impossible to cut because it was not tender at all (contrary to what was written on the menu). When we pointed this out, she remade our plate, but her attitude clearly suggested that she was annoyed. She even indicated that she didn't understand our request, showing no real listening or consideration. We had booked through the website, requesting, if possible, a round table in a quiet location. This request was clearly ignored, as a round table near us remained unoccupied all evening. Finally, we had requested birthday music during dessert: it was only started after the desserts had been finished, and was barely audible. Fortunately, the two young servers were pleasant and polite. This was, in fact, the only positive aspect of the evening. A lot of nonchalance and little interest in customers. We're not usually ones to leave negative reviews, but this time the disappointment is real.

19/04/2026: Very mediocre in terms of taste, Presentation was more than disappointing! Luckily, the young waitress was nice! Don't forget to put some love into your cooking; it shows in the dishes you serve! This was our last time at Hippopotamus Aéroville.

The dishes were beautifully presented. What more can I say? Everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

The meat was excellent quality, the complimentary digestif at the end of the meal was great, and the waiter was super friendly—not only him, but the owner and chef were too!
