27/04/2026: A lovely spot that retains its authentic charm despite the touristy nature of the area. We had a great meal, and the terrace is well laid out so everyone has plenty of space, some in the sun and some in the shade. Perhaps a little more attention to the decor is in order?

22/04/2026: We had chosen this restaurant for lunch during our stay in Marseille. Apparently, they weren't happy about having a child with us; they let several people go ahead of us even though we had arrived earlier. Then, they said "no more room" without a word of apology, even though there were still tables available on the terrace! Extremely disappointed, we had to look for another restaurant.

12/04/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile by a team of exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional servers. Their kindness truly made the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is simply magnificent: the decor is refined and elegant, creating a warm atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. Whether for a romantic dinner or a get-together with friends, the ambiance is perfect. A truly wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend!

This was my second visit to Jardin Mazarin, a place I first discovered quite by chance, simply by passing by, and where I decided to treat myself to a delightful family meal. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable, and the cuisine refined. The desire to please at every level is evident in the smallest details, starting with the hushed and elegant setting. The food is remarkable and beautifully presented. Among other things: a welcome amuse-bouche, high-quality antipasti, John Dory with its delicate sauce, a fully shelled lobster, a wonderfully light rum baba... and the sauces are extraordinarily delicate (mea culpa, I tasted everything, their delicious bread tempting me to dip my guests in it, but what a treat!). A truly special experience that is well worth the price. Please don't change a thing, and I'll be back next time I'm in Aix.

This small restaurant nestled in the historic center of Aix-en-Provence offers a truly authentic and warm welcome. The menu features a small selection of comforting, typically French flavors. Each dish is carefully presented and prepared with love. The owner clearly enhances the experience with his sense of humor and helpful advice on the menu and wine selection. I wholeheartedly recommend this little gem and will gladly return!

31/03/2026: Without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in Aix-en-Provence! The service is discreet, attentive, and always smiling. The dishes are sophisticated, always featuring a surprising ingredient, perfectly balanced flavors, and beautiful presentation. And all at very reasonable prices considering the quality (55 euros for a three-course meal). Don't hesitate, go in! I should mention that I don't know the owners personally. I'm just a fan!
