12/07/2026: It's a very nice establishment, the terrace is lovely...yes, there are a few bugs (flies, mosquitoes), but what else can you expect? It didn't stop us from having a wonderful evening! The main street isn't a problem at all, the setting is so beautiful. Upon entering the restaurant, we knew it was right in the center, so naturally, there are cars in the center. The dishes are high quality, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. I was surprised by the note on the menu: "Cheese is to be enjoyed on the premises." Indeed, when it arrived on a platter, very generously portioned, I immediately understood that this platter, which was so large that the two of us couldn't finish it, couldn't possibly take me home either... This platter is a symbol of generosity and sharing, and the total price is over 40 euros! I much prefer that to three cheeses on my plate with two salad leaves! They're beautiful, they're young... They're doing their best to make sure we have a good time! So keep it up! 💪🏼 The couple from Montpellier.

11/07/2026: The staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. However, the food was honestly quite mediocre. Nothing special. The set menu was €59, with drinks extra. Since I don't eat cheese or dessert, and I don't drink coffee in the evening, I only had the starter and main course. I had a cocktail as an aperitif and four glasses of white wine—nothing exceptional. In total, I paid €123 for one person. It's frankly far too expensive for what this establishment offers. In my opinion, it's not good value for money.

03/07/2026: This is a really nice and surprising place, especially if you love aviation. Located at the Aix-les-Miles airfield, you can park very easily, even in the shade. Then you can choose to be served on the very pleasant and unique terrace, where you can enjoy watching the aircraft take off and fly, or inside in a dining room with a very original and stylish decor... a vintage aviation vibe. Personally, I love it. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The service is high-quality, quick, and friendly. I had a really enjoyable time. I highly recommend it.

13/07/2026: Excellent traditional restaurant with a lively, authentic atmosphere. The grilled lamb was perfectly cooked and paired beautifully with the gratin dauphinois and pepper sauce. The café gourmand was a fantastic way to sample several delicious homemade desserts, all with a great espresso. Friendly, efficient service and great value. A place I’d happily return to on my next visit to Marseille.

31/12/2025: A serene and magnificent place where nature is fully expressed. The abbey itself is remarkable: its walls are painted and the stained-glass windows are magnificent. The order produces spirits that you can buy to fund their work. I highly recommend it.

So here I am, back after all these years, and the ingredients are still there: a magnificent setting, impeccable service, and sumptuous cuisine. The welcome was exactly what we love: patience and excellent advice. Patience was key because we were supposed to order together, which we unfortunately didn't manage…😬 The wines were just how I like them (both white and red). And the empanadas were high-quality and delicious; I didn't want them to end. It's a good thing I live 45 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, because this would definitely become my go-to spot. 13/06/2026: Disappointed! The food was good but not exceptional, and a bit pricey for what it was. The service left much to be desired; we felt like we were bothering them, right from the moment we made the reservation (I called to mention I'd have a dog, but it seemed to be a problem, for a vegan restaurant...). An ingredient was missing from our dishes, even though it was listed on the menu. When we asked for it, we received no apology. We even saw raised eyebrows when other tables asked. It's a shame, because the food alone could make us come back, but this service really spoiled the experience. I'm hesitant to leave a negative review for a vegetarian restaurant, but that doesn't excuse everything...

02/06/2026: The advantage is that they're open on Mondays...friendly service, good food, however the entertainment (the entertainer) was very average...I won't say more. I've been there several times, hoping it would be better, but oh well...and I only go for a drink. I eat there and so on, but now, I'm not likely to go back, and neither are some of my friends...
