06/05/2026: I ordered, they said 9:40 PM, it's 10:44 PM and still nothing. The delivery driver told me he has an order before mine, and since then I've only spoken to him twice on the phone. Once he was next door, the other time he was stopped by the police. He arrived with a soaking wet bag even though it wasn't raining, and half the order was missing. Never again! It's become a complete mess!

26/04/2026: Family dinner last night at Le Puccini restaurant in Istres, and as always, a real treat! The prices are reasonable, the pasta is excellent, and the tiramisu… to die for 😍 Special mention for the homemade bread! We had a wonderful time as a family. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A sure bet in Istres, with certainly the best value for money in the area!

12/04/2026: The food was fantastic. We ordered the daily special, a steak with a unique sauce containing mushrooms and wood ear fungus. Special praise goes to their kids' meal; it was very thoughtful, featuring a special combination of meat, fries, and ice cream. The server even gave the kids lollipops afterwards – the service was warm and attentive.

26/05/2026: We spent three days in Marseille, and Chez Zé restaurant was recommended to us by our Airbnb host. We weren't disappointed at all: the welcome was fantastic, all the servers were friendly, the food was delicious, and a special mention goes to the pizzas. We felt so welcome that we ate there every night of our stay. And if we go back to Marseille, we'll definitely go back to Chez Zé!

03/06/2026: Always a great time at Le Turf! The place is lovely, and Alain's welcome is very warm. The waiters are attentive, and the dishes are simple yet excellent, featuring traditional French cuisine with a few international options. My mother loves to gather us there with her grandchildren on Wednesdays. Remember to book ahead.

17/05/2026: The food was decent, nothing special, but the portions were really small… it's best not to arrive too hungry. As for the service, it was a rather disappointing experience overall: apart from the young Italian waiter who was friendly and welcoming, the rest of the staff wasn't very welcoming. We simply asked to change tables to avoid being right next to the entrance. We were told the restaurant was full. Yet, a few minutes later, people who had arrived without a reservation were offered several available seats… In short, this reflects their attitude and approach to service quite well. In the end, a rather average experience.

16/05/2026: You HAVE to eat at La Cantinetta!! The ambience was incredible. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. When it got colder, they even had blankets, so it got even more cozy! We had Scallopine sauce cantinella and Vesuvio creme el parmesan. It was both beyond delicious. For desert we had tiramisu, wich was perfect at the end. The whole experience was so nice, that we came back the next evening!! Thanks to all the people working there. Keep going, you’re all amazing!

21/05/2026: Disappointment A beautiful, very Instagrammable interior, but the restaurant gives a false impression of luxury. Before discussing the food, which is certainly good but not what's advertised on social media (to each their own, of course), the service was mediocre. A waiter spilled a bottle of Coke on me while bringing the drinks, staining the napkin and emptying part of the bottle without replacing the Coke or the (soaked) napkin. As for the food, while not exceptional or very generous, we ate well. A slight disappointment was the sea urchin tarama, which resembled a classic tarama without the intense flavor of the sea urchin. In conclusion, based on this experience, it's a restaurant where the food is good, but the image is quite exaggerated and distorted on social media. I might not go back, but everyone should form their own opinion.
