I'm just saying, don't use the name burrata in vain! Can you explain to me what you put on that hypothetical pizza? A lumpy, tasteless, and insipid little ball that has nothing to do with burrata!!! Don't damage what Italian products and specialty names are! If you're not capable of making or supplying Italian products, then keep selling your products, but don't call those things pizza, burrata, parmesan, etc., etc. Never again! Are we talking about the price??? 15 euros is the average price for a hypothetical pizza, starting from mediocre and below? I'd prefer the one at Carrefour 100 times, at least I know it's not worthy of the name pizza, but at least I paid 5 times less for what you sell! So, keep selling those products, but don't use names that are similar to ITALIAN products and specialty products!!! Don't take Italy's name in vain!

19/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome and excellent service at Mas de l'Échanson. We preferred to eat inside because of the air conditioning, but there is also a lovely terrace. We had a very good meal. We highly recommend this establishment; it's well worth a visit. Thank you to the whole team!

02/08/2026: We got married yesterday at Mas de l'Echanson, and we have absolutely no regrets! We had a secular ceremony under the trees, and we were ALL in the shade, a real bonus in this heat. Everything was perfect! Everyone ate very well (the appetizers, the meal, and especially the cake). The staff is so kind and attentive. And the real bonus was being able to leave the decorations the day before; Stéphanie set everything up. Being a very anxious person, this took a huge weight off my shoulders! Thanks to that, I slept soundly the night before the wedding! And we were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest. Thank you again for everything; you can book with complete confidence!!!

02/09/2026: Conveniently located next to the Olympic Stadium. Warm atmosphere. Top-notch staff, including the friendly waitresses, not forgetting Pablo and Jeremie for their warm welcome and attentive service. A good selection of delicious dishes and a reasonable set menu. For dessert, I had the Paris-Brest. Absolutely divine. We enjoyed an aperitif in the late afternoon.

05/05/2026: Good intentions don't always translate into good execution. I could write a long paragraph about this, starting with the language barrier, then the "advanced tour" with 30 seconds of canter and zero trot, which didn't even last two hours instead of the booked three and a half, and finally the fact that we didn't even get the right address because the one in the email, as well as the one online, was wrong. But to put it simply: for locals, it's probably a great experience, but for tourists or anyone who doesn't speak French, it's not. Friendly people and beautiful grounds, but that's about it. All in all, very disappointing and not worth the money.

19/08/2026: I've been coming to this bubble tea shop for several months now, and usually, I have absolutely no complaints. I generally get the brown sugar or taro, and I've always been satisfied: the drinks are good, and I've always received a warm welcome and good service. However, on my last visit, the experience was a little different. That day, a different server was preparing the bubble tea. I ordered my usual taro, but I noticed that the taro cream was much harder and more compact than usual, to the point that it didn't have the same texture at all as on my previous visits. So I mentioned this to the server, who told me it was normal because the cream had just come out of the refrigerator. I can understand that there might be a difference in texture, but having had this bubble tea here regularly, I know it's not normally like that. What I disliked most was the way my comment was received, which I found rather unpleasant and unhelpful. He eventually offered to change my drink, which I did, and I ordered a brown sugar coffee, which was decent. So I'm giving it 4/5 because, overall, I've always had good experiences at this café and I'll probably continue to go. But this last experience, particularly the waiter's attitude that day, was a bit disappointing. I just hope it remains an isolated incident, because until now I've always been very satisfied.
