12/08/2024: Lunch during a visit to Aubagne and it’s a great discovery. Good “family” cuisine at Borsalino and ultimately good value for money. It’s simple and it’s good, it’s a shame we had to wait a bit… Alain L

06/08/2024: Today's visit to Aubagne which started with lunch at Borsalino. Excellent! Perfect! If you pass through Aubagne go there with your eyes closed in addition to the cuisine which is Excellent the welcome and the atmosphere everything was perfect we were really in the Marcel Pagnol atmosphere. Thanks again for this great meal

26/08/2024: Excellent pizzas, same thing for desserts, and very pleasant and welcoming owners. What more ? Over the months and years, I am still just as satisfied. I highly recommend.

14/09/2024: An excellent lunchtime canteen in Aix! Everything is fresh, good and colorful! A charming restaurant where you feel good, like at home. We tasted the chicken koftas plate and the briouates as a starter and three pastries to take away (because we were full!), it was fragrant, fine and very well cooked. Special mention for organic and short circuit products, with the list of producers written on the menu. This changes every 2 weeks. An essential address for a guaranteed change of scenery at lunchtime! Well done Marie!

13/09/2024: What can I say, what can I say... simple cuisine that does not fail to transport you, sophisticated with a myriad of different flavors, a delight for the taste buds and the eyes! I can only recommend it, it was absolutely divine and the chef is very welcoming 😉 Be careful, definitely take the gourmet coffee to try all the desserts... (I still think of the excellent figs that accompanied my plate, where do they come from is my question...)

04/08/2024: Small streetside restaurant. Arrived at the end of service so there was not much choice but what we ate was good and plentiful.

20/07/2024: At the bend of an alley, we came across this small restaurant with a facade decorated with beautiful stones. It was late but the cook accepted. The menu was excellent from start to finish. The server always had a smile and was happy to be there. A real pleasure.

15/08/2024: Honestly, I stopped by chance to get takeout, and Wow, what a nice surprise when it was time to eat! Everything was fresh, homemade... the humus had a little extra twist (powdered coriander?), the vine leaves from another world, impeccable eggplant caviar. Fan of Lebanese cuisine, you are in my top 3 in Marseille! (and I had to try almost everything…) In addition, 15th for 6 mezzes is very honest, excellent value for money. Special mention to the super nice server. Honestly, nothing to complain about, just see you soon, glad to have found you!

17/08/2024: Visited the Cabannais restaurant today a bit by chance, we were told that it was a change of ownership and that it was their first day of taking over the restaurant. The welcome was very friendly, quality homemade cuisine with fresh regional products and reasonable prices, what more could you ask for?! The whole team was extremely kind and pleasant and made sure we had a great time with them and honestly it was really great. We were immediately put at ease with an aperitif offered by the house (delicious lemony mackerel spread and green olives as well as an aniseed melon smoothie) and by the warm welcome from the boss as well as the waitress. The dishes offered are nice, few in number (a guarantee of quality in my opinion) and varied (meat and fish), the cooking is perfectly successful and the presentation of the plates is very pretty. The desserts are simple and very well executed, enough to end on a good sweet note. I reiterate my compliments to the chef. An address not to be missed if you are in the area and are looking for a pleasant experience and cuisine made with the heart. I wish you all the success you deserve and see you soon! 17/12/2024: Horrible expérience dans cette pizzeria !!!! Je commande une indienne la pizza arrive chrono en main 3 minutes plus tard ... Alors que je m'attendais à une bonne dose de crème fraîche( comme toutes les pizzas indiennes ) et bien relevée au curry, je vois une espèce de mélange d'eau claire sous les lamelles de poulet ....franchement pas appétissant..... mais bon je tente quand même ...(mon compagnon avait l'air d'apprécier sa royale ),mais en fait la mienne n'avait aucun goût, j'ai beaucoup hésité à appeler quelqu'un ,quand je vois un énorme cheveux en plein milieu! alors là ,je les ai appelé, on m'a proposé une autre ,mais très franchement je n'osais même plus tenter autre chose..... Ayant tout de même faim, je finis par commander une royale, et là encore ,plutôt que de la sauce tomate, je trouve un espèce de liquide rougeâtre.... Et le jambon était avarié , au bout de deux portions avalées sans aucun plaisir gustatif , (et sans jambon),je trouve encore un cheveu !!!!!!! là je me suis dit c'est pas possible!!! La serveuse s'est excusée ( c'est la moindre des choses) . ça m'a tellement coupé l'appétit qu'on est parti sans prendre de dessert évidemment . Plus jamais je ne remettrai les pieds dans cette horrible endroit. C'est une honte, et un irrespect total des clients !
