08/04/2026: This is the second time my husband and I have visited this beautiful place... and we were very disappointed. There were two groups of 15 and 18 people! So we waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food... which was barely warm, and no one explained the reason for the wait! And we weren't the only ones. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice... we enjoyed the previous dancer! Limiting tables to 8 people would be more reasonable.

20/03/2026: Discovering this restaurant by chance was a real delight; everything is homemade, and at very reasonable prices. We received a wonderfully warm welcome, despite arriving late for lunch, from this truly charming couple who own the restaurant. We will gladly return on our next visit to our daughter in Marseille. 23/04/2026: Having been a regular since the restaurant opened, this is the first time I've left feeling a little disappointed: the price has gone up (which is understandable given general inflation) BUT the portion sizes have decreased (the unagyumaki and haramaki are much thinner, the sashimi slices are too, and the wakame appetizer is tiny...). The price goes up, but the portions get smaller. It's a bit of a shame because the restaurant itself remains excellent, and the service is still top-notch.

05/03/2026: Fantastic welcome and the pizzas are delicious, with an unparalleled taste thanks to the addition of semolina 🤤 For my uncle and my family, it's the best pizzeria for miles around 🤩 The food brought us the comfort we needed after a morning of mourning. Thank you 🙏

22/02/2026: The pizza was uninteresting, acceptable but nothing special, and the gourmet coffee was of very poor quality.

25/04/2026: So-so, neither good nor bad. We ordered the mussels with Roquefort sauce. The mussels were small and tasteless. Only the Roquefort sauce was good. The gardianne (a type of beef stew) was okay.

10/04/2026: I received a very warm welcome and the decor is beautiful. I had an excellent duo of red mullet and sea bream. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce was superb. The decor is fantastic, and there's a nice little nod to the painter Farouk who created a mural in the restaurant.

26/03/2026: A small neighborhood restaurant, frequented by locals (regulars) and nearby workers, highly recommended. Every day there's a daily special, homemade with generous portions. The price is unbeatable (daily special + dessert for €12.60). The owner is very friendly, always has a kind word, and his employee at the outside counter is very helpful and always smiling.

04/01/2026: The manager knows his stuff. Varied and delicious daily specials. The prices are very reasonable. I used to eat lunch there for a long time when I worked nearby; it was always a pleasure. We need more places like Mangia.

06/04/2026: Every time we order, there's always a mistake! They even managed to mess up an order that only had one cheeseburger, and they gave me fish mayo even though I don't like it! Offers are advertised in the fast food restaurant, but by the time you get to the register, they're gone!

04/04/2026: Thomas the waiter (with the mullet and beautiful chestnut eyes) is lovely. It's a great McDonald's, you feel right at home.

05/04/2026: I am VERY disappointed. The manager was on, very on. Then two scenarios come to mind, either it is a good restaurant that has a positive atmosphere and they have food they are proud of or it is absolutely terrible and they are just trying to get customers who are willing to have a "good" dinner. We ate burgers that were dry and not tasty, and when we were going to pay they said they did not take cards, only cash. "Luckily" there was an ATM that you could withdraw cash 1 meter from the restaurant. The minimum was 20 euros with a fee of just under 5 euros. As I could see in my receipt from my card, it looks like the restaurant owns the ATM. It is one of the wildest things I have ever experienced. We were there in early April.

01/03/2026: The best couscous I've had in Marseille. The portion is more than enough for one person. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Fast service.

05/03/2026: We ordered a prawn platter and a grilled outdoor platter on Sunday evening, March 1st, with my husband and a friend, and all three of us suffered from severe indigestion on Monday. We were sick all day! We will not be returning and advise against this restaurant, which, although it had a good waitress, is not clean and must have served us refrozen or not-so-fresh fish.
