25/05/2026: The best churros and panisse. I come all the way from the Ardèche region, and I stop here whenever I can. This weekend, between the Corsu Mezu Mezu concert and ending up with the churros and panisse, it was the best.

30/07/2026: I apologize in advance, but I'm forced to give this review one star. Google Maps says it opens at 11:30 AM, but when I arrived and waited until 12:00 PM, the restaurant was still closed. I called repeatedly and received no answer. Please provide accurate opening hours to avoid inconvenience to customers who have traveled all this way. Thank you.

31/07/2026: My partner and I had lunch here yesterday and it was wonderful. We both ordered the 3 course lunch special and it was delicious, great value for money and highly recommended. The service was great, lovely decor and nice and cool, great bathroom too. We also had a lovely glass of wine white and rose and they were tasty. This is definitely a place you should put on the list to visit for lunch when in Aix-en-Provence.

10/07/2026: A concise yet delightful menu (sea bass and zucchini blossoms as a starter, lamb and sea bass as a main course – exquisite!…), a very interesting wine selection. And a last-minute team this evening (Eric was exceptionally absent). William told us the history of the restaurant, explained the dishes, and recounted how his wife taught him the art of pastry-making (with verbena-infused peach and chocolate dessert to prove it). Try the bread too – it's homemade! 😉 A truly heartwarming, almost familial experience (to which his daughter and young employee also contributed). In short: the kind of restaurateurs that lovers of good taste absolutely need! Thank you for this wonderful evening…

We immediately felt at ease, especially since we received such a warm welcome. Everything was absolutely delicious. Special mention goes to the salads, generous and bursting with flavor, and especially to the lamb—the best I've ever tasted! This piece of meat was so tender and perfectly cooked! We finished on a high note with a perfectly gooey chocolate fondant, exactly as we had requested. It was an absolute delight. We left completely won over! A huge thank you for this wonderful evening!

13/08/2026: Had the pesto linguine and really enjoyed all the mixed vegetables as well as the adorable presentation! Vibe of the restaurant is very cozy (reminded me of a wine cellar but more romantic and with bossa nova music). The service is great as well. Would recommend the experience!

12/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Marseille's 7th arrondissement! At La Fabriquerie, we loved the concept: you can create your own plate according to your preferences, or choose the daily special. The ingredients are fresh, well-prepared, and bursting with flavor. A place I highly recommend.

23/08/2026: I spent the day at the pool with the sun loungers and had lunch at the restaurant; everything was very good. However, my relaxation time was short-lived because families are allowed to come with their children, dive into the pool, and talk loudly, as if they own the place. Apparently, no one knows the staff. So, they act as if they own the place, as if no one else exists, and I didn't appreciate that at all. That's why I won't be going back to use the pool.

16/08/2026: The food is incredible, amazingly tasty. The staff was very attentive, they patiently explained the menu to us in english and the recommendations were on point and they were so nice they gave us a discount. 10/10.
