03/02/2026: Yesterday, we ate at this restaurant, which I hadn't been to before. I was pleasantly surprised to find it in a very bucolic setting. The staff was incredibly attentive. The meal was perfect, with a raspberry meringue tartlet that was absolutely delicious. On my way out, I walked through the dining room, which was magnificent. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the entrance even had antique barber chairs. The decor was truly unique; I loved it. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

01/11/2025: A very nice, quiet place. Welcoming staff, a lovely room with a stone wall, and clean. Aperitifs on the terrace were very pleasant, and breakfast offered a wide selection.

The staff and owner take excellent care of their customers, making this an ideal place for drinks with friends. Thank you for your hospitality!

20/02/2026: Coming from Cassis, we crossed all of Marseille for Easter eggs this Monday, April 1st, which is also Easter Monday... and both shops are closed!! Unbelievable, we won't forget this! Google says the shop is open on February 19th, 2026... Well, no, it's closed and doesn't open until February 23rd!! Honestly, you're taking us for fools! It's FEBRUARY, not August!

01/03/2026: We had a fantastic time at lunch today. The team was incredibly energetic; it was the first time I'd ever seen servers so active, running around to serve their customers as quickly as possible. The food was delicious, and I'd definitely be back!

01/03/2026: I ordered two 300-gram rare ribeye steaks, but I received two 200-gram sirloin steaks cooked medium. The meat was firm, sinewy, and not at all fatty. The bone marrow served with it was truly awful, but the pepper sauce was rather good (at least there's that). I shouldn't have ordered the most expensive dish, just to treat myself (I was extremely disappointed and mentioned it to the waitress and the manager). The manager's response to my complaint: "We'll tell the chef. Thank you, goodbye." So, Mr. Manager, as a cook for 25 years, I know that cost-cutting measures and rip-offs always come from the managers, not the employees.

30/09/2025: When we were told we could use the UP lunch card at the entrance, I was supposed to be able to pay with it. However, when the bill arrived, it was impossible to pay with the lunch card, neither with my card nor my wife's. To claim they were accepting the card but then not actually accept it upon arrival seems dishonest to me. (The card hadn't been used before, so a €25 charge was possible, and it was a Thursday!) It made for a poor customer experience.

12/01/2026: I ordered pizzas for the third time and mentioned it was my birthday 👍 I was surprised to find very kind birthday messages on the pizza boxes and a free bottle of Coke 👍 Besides the delicious pizzas, I really appreciated the thoughtful touch 👍 Thank you so much 🤗

30/11/2025: Very friendly staff and generously topped pizzas made with quality ingredients. There's more mozzarella than regular grated cheese, which is a plus. Although we'd prefer just mozzarella. Pizzas and Emmental cheese don't mix well. But it's becoming increasingly rare to find! Unfortunately. Good value for money. My only complaint is the taste of the dough. Is it made with olive oil? It has a bland sunflower oil flavor. It really needs to be changed! It lacks the usual aroma and taste, which is inconsistent with the quality they advertise. Otherwise, it would be 4 stars. Keep up the good work! Perfection is within reach.

13/10/2025: The hotel's setting is magnificent, peaceful, and offers a superb view of the marsh. The pool and jacuzzi are very pleasant. A guaranteed change of scenery! The staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs. We dined at the restaurant; the meal was delicious, and breakfast was adequate. However, considering the establishment's star rating, we were disappointed with the room and bathroom, which we found dated and not up to par with a 5-star hotel. A refresh is needed. Finally, we found the price excessive considering the services offered, hence the rating.

15/02/2026: A real disappointment! I invited my girlfriend for Valentine's Day weekend, and unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the standards of a 5-star establishment (having stayed in several 5-star hotels). - Spa: The jacuzzi had cushions that were coming loose, with exposed nails that could cause injury. The sauna, meanwhile, wasn't working... - Service: The constant coming and going of staff running in the corridors between the kitchen and the various adjoining rooms made it impossible to enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, we waited almost 20 long minutes to return the keys at check-out. There was only one person at reception even though the hotel was full... - Breakfast: You have to flag down an employee just to get your order taken. - Room: The view was of electrical wires, which definitely lacks charm for a romantic getaway. The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but the service falls short of the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. At this price point, impeccable service is essential (although we must commend the professionalism of the restaurant manager, who was excellent). I do not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was truly a pleasure: great variety, high-quality ingredients, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere across the hotel feels warm yet elegant, and the service deserves special mention. The team is attentive without being intrusive — friendly, professional, and naturally welcoming. One of the highlights of the stay is the restaurant led by Mathias Dandine. The cuisine is exceptional, and knowing that many ingredients come directly from the hotel’s own vegetable garden makes the experience feel even more authentic and special. Overall, this is a place with real character — beautiful surroundings, outstanding food, and a team that makes you feel genuinely cared for. We would gladly come back.
