We were served promptly in a friendly atmosphere with local accents and colors, which immediately immersed us in the region's ambiance. The bull stew was excellent, full of flavor and very authentic. A real treat. A small detail that made all the difference: with our coffee, the waiter brought us a small slice of raisin flan. A thoughtful and much-appreciated touch that demonstrates the restaurant's hospitality.

There was a time when this establishment was truly a place of vibrant, unpretentious life; now, unfortunately, it's descending into utter flinkéfitchism. Indeed, paying a hefty sum to sip a glass of spirits from a plastic container seems highly excessive and terribly lacking in any real "barjack" vibe. You're charging nightclub prices. Speaking of which, when are you going to ban drinking on the low wall in front of your establishment?

28/02/2026: We've been to Brasserie du Parc twice recently. The food is good, with excellent value for money. The welcome is pleasant and polite, which is worth mentioning. The only downside concerns the service. On our first visit, we pointed out to the manager a rather long wait time and a few hiccups: coffee spilled in our dessert and coffee ordered but ultimately not served. It was very busy that day, which is understandable, and we remain lenient on this point. This week, on our second visit, the same thing happened: a 30-minute wait after ordering before we had to ask again. The dishes then arrived quickly. However, once we'd finished our meal, it was impossible to get their attention to order coffee or dessert. So we decided to leave it at that. Far from being gratuitous criticism, as the establishment has real qualities, it would simply be appreciated if an effort were made on the follow-up in the dining room in order to achieve a flawless experience.

25/04/2026: So long… for everything, the appetizers, the starters, the main courses. The pizzas were a joke. At the end of the meal, they asked us if we liked them, and we pointed out that they weren't. They came back and told us it must be us because the pizza maker had only received positive feedback. Avoid this place, especially considering the price.

07/04/2026: I called earlier in the day to inquire about prices, clearly explaining when I would be coming and how many people were in our party. The man on the phone assured me of a certain price for the evening. When I arrived, the woman at the register doubled the price, assuring me that the price the man had given me was for lunch. For a restaurant displaying images of the Virgin Mary and paintings of Christ, ripping off its customers is really poor. I'm very disappointed; being so stingy won't get you anywhere. Also, I asked the wok cook for the chef's sauce, and he gave me a spicy sauce, which wasn't great either, especially considering they charge for waste.

28/03/2026: A truly unacceptable experience. The waiter was extremely unpleasant and rude, addressing customers informally and making inappropriate remarks (completely unacceptable behavior). There was absolutely no professionalism in the service: depending on the waiter's mood, you're left to fend for yourself. We were seated on the terrace without cutlery or any assistance... unheard of. As for the meal, it was served at the counter half-cold/lukewarm, which perfectly sums up the overall quality. It's all the more frustrating because when the manager and the cooks are present, everything runs smoothly. But in their absence, it's utter chaos. Avoid this place until this staffing issue is resolved. Run away!
