13/06/2026: I ordered a pan bagnat, what a disappointment! I don't know if they bake the bread themselves, but it was incredibly dry and not very good. I understand why it's hidden in its box. It was almost suffocating, which is a shame considering the recipe's origins. The only good point was that it had anchovies. The cheesecake was also heavy and dense, nothing like the cheesecake I know. I didn't even finish it. I'm really disappointed.

06/05/2026: ABSOLUTELY AVOID!! We were very disappointed with this restaurant. Based on the reviews and the menu, which advertised "homemade" cuisine, we thought we were in for a treat. We ordered the "homemade" burger with a salad and fries, but the burger was very mediocre. The bun was industrial; even McDonald's burgers are more substantial. The fries were also industrial, and the salad consisted of just a single leaf. It's hard to believe it was homemade. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food, and the same goes for the paella (the fish and meat were overcooked). To make matters worse, the mayonnaise was three months past its expiration date. The waitress had no solution. This is a tourist trap; I really don't recommend it. We are very disappointed that the owner doesn't make more of an effort to satisfy customers.

03/05/2026: Nice restaurant. However, the Bolognese pasta wasn't good. The sauce was too runny… and the beef burger was quite greasy. Perhaps we made the wrong choice?!

14/05/2026: I signed up a month ago and was warmly welcomed by Zizou; he's super friendly. I also highly recommend Nicolas' group classes—they're amazing! The atmosphere is always fantastic, he's incredibly kind, attentive, and very motivating. You make progress while having a great time. I highly recommend his classes!

06/05/2026: Unfortunately, many of the squash court doors have appeared to be out of order for several weeks. If you ask the staff (especially the old man with gray hair and thick glasses) to move you to another court, they'll laugh in your face and tell you to go somewhere else.

11/12/2025: The transfer of ownership was handled perfectly, by both the new and former owners. Go without hesitation. A loyal customer for years. It's a great, relaxed bistro, not to be confused with a restaurant. Given inflation, the prices remain competitive.

05/05/2026: A consistently excellent meal! The service is exemplary, the waitresses are lovely and energetic, you really feel welcome. And the fennel salad... a real treat, I order it every single meal without fail, I never get tired of it! I wholeheartedly recommend La Cave à Jambon. 🙌

24/05/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this small restaurant on the port of Marseille. We ate on the terrace, and the tables were sticky and dirty. The inside of the restaurant didn't seem very clean either. The food was barely appetizing. I ordered a warm goat cheese salad, which was nothing special. It was completely indigestible. I ended up vomiting everything into a bin on the port. I was somewhat ashamed, but I couldn't hold it any longer. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant, which in my opinion has a serious lack of hygiene in its kitchen.

20/05/2026: Fantastic welcome, efficient and super friendly staff. This restaurant offers homemade food at a very reasonable price, with a view of the old port. I highly recommend this little gem.
