07/09/2024: A week spent in this incredible hotel, what can I say….. A dream stay, which begins every morning with Farida’s wonderful breakfast!!!!! Unmissable! All kinds of pastries, donuts, muffins, apple pies and so on. Savory salmon, ham, cheese, egg, bacon! A pleasure! The hotel is managed by a caring and caring team. And the lagoon!! Absolutely worth discovering. I recommend with my eyes closed to have a more than qualitative stay! ✨

16/08/2024: Interesting menu, very friendly welcome, original cellar setting...but this is a cellar, it's very noisy... And the original menu doesn't taste good...it lacked a lot of flavor...the tuna like the beef had no taste...the saltiness is in the bill.

15/08/2024: Expected more given the stellar reviews and the price point, but the flavours were mostly plain and the portion sizes for the entrée and dessert were a bit too big. If eating as 2, I'd recommend sharing an entrée and dessert. Zucchini fritter - yummy starter, well seasoned House bread - Quite sad, not soft, not textured, little flavour. Felt like grocery store bread Foie gras crème brûlée (entrée) - honestly big enough for two. Flavour was nice, though it got a bit boring after a while. Also served with too few toasts for its size. Dos de cabillaud (plat) - cod was nice and delicate but overall the dish had too simple of a flavour. Also not very visually appealing as everything is just buried in sauce Sphère chocolat lactée, ananas, noix de coco et citron (dessert) - house special dessert that day. Probably my favourite course, lots of interesting complementary flavours. But again, so much food, could've been split between two people (the ball is filled entirely with the citron cream)

29/09/2024: I find that it is not worth the price for certain products, we made an order for almost 60 euros, and half of the products were mediocre, the shrimp bites have a much too thick paste, the Cantonese rice was very very dry fortunately that we had sauces, the shrimp fritters ZERO flavors, no taste whatsoever, on the other hand for the caramel chicken and the chicken spring rolls it was delicious.

14/07/2024: We enjoyed this little restaurant so much that we dined there four evenings in a row during our stay in Saint-Victoret with our daughter. The dishes are excellent and very tasty, especially the spring rolls, Cantonese rice and pork with sweet and sour sauce, which were our favorites. All for really reasonable prices. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, which adds a warm touch to the experience. In summary, a real treat! If you are passing through and like Asian cuisine, this restaurant is a must stop.

30/08/2024: An extraordinary moment! The staff is wonderful, smiling, kind, an accent that transports us ❤️ really there was nothing missing 🫶 Thank you because serving like that is becoming so rare. We ate like kings, the brick was terribly good! Our couscous and tagines are a treat. The meat is very well cooked and tender. Our 2 and a half year old daughter ate very well and she was very comfortable, she was able to eat what she wanted between meat, vegetables and semolina. Really thank you for everything and I hope to see you soon!

09/08/2024: Je voulais essayer un restaurant africain avec ma fille et c’est la première fois que je rentre dans un restaurant sénégalais Waw la surprise totale accueil très chaleureux très simple par contre la surprise totale à l’arrivée des plats qui sont fait maison frais et bien chaud le goût excellent leurs spécialités et les plats bien présentés dans des plats typiques très beaux et le goût est tellement bon je ne trouve pas les mots je retournerais avec plaisir et je vais faire la pub de se restaurant à mon entourage je comprend mieux pourquoi le restaurant est bien remplis de clients et beaucoup d’autres qui récupère leurs sacs avec des plats emportés et surtout leurs téléphones qui n’arrêtent pas de sonner dommage pour le dessert que je n’est pas u l’occasion de le goûter victime de son succès il n’y avait plus trop de demandes je retournerais et je goûterai à d’autres choses c’est promis !!!

05/09/2024: when I pointed out that there were 5 hairs in my dish, the waiter explained to me that it was bamboo residue?!! ...I pointed out to him that the bamboo did not have black hair and that, moreover, the dish was frog legs (without bamboo but with a little salad). He left without a word of apology and without saying anything at all…. Customer satisfaction is not the goal here, I will not return.
