27/08/2024: We had lunch this afternoon on the terrace with my family of 13 people. We were able to enjoy the setting of the place. The very friendly and professional waiters serve us with a smile. For 13 people served at midday the service was fast. We can recommend the croque monsieur taken by half of us, but the other dishes were also very good and we all enjoyed it. We recommend!

06/12/2025: definitely believe everyone when they say they got food poisoning here…. ordered two servings of butter chicken, felt VERY sick the next day…. avoid.
also weird interaction when attempting to pay for the meal… could be because of the language barrier but it’s hard to say.
16/11/2025: I just ordered from Uber Eats. It's disgusting to sully Pakistani cuisine like that.

12/12/2024: Picolo saxo is a very good place for a gourmet and tasty lunch break. Note the waiter (I think it's the manager) who welcomes customers with a smile and knows how to make a little joke that goes well every time!
The prices are a little high but once in a while it's an address to visit!

A huge thank you to Loïc for his absolutely impeccable service! Honestly, it's a pleasure to encounter such a kind, smiling, and incredibly helpful employee. He was attentive from beginning to end, always with a touch of humor and a genuinely positive energy that immediately puts you at ease.
He even offered me piping hot fries, just the way I like them, and when I asked for unlimited ketchup, he responded with exemplary generosity and understanding. It's clear that he loves his job and strives to please his customers. A truly versatile and top-notch employee, professional and personable.
Thank you, Loïc, for this pleasant experience. We wish every restaurant in the world had employees like you! 🌍
09/12/2025: The toilets are filthy, and the iced coffees are served with ice cubes??? Ice cubes are supposed to be blended. We tried to explain this to the manager, but she insulted us. I think the place needs an inspection by the health department. Furthermore, I later learned that a customer saw cockroaches.

06/08/2024: Location of the campsite is great, with direct access to the beach. The city is also close and easy to reach on foot.
The pool area is nice and also suitable for small children.
Mengel is the medical facilities, these should be renewed.
The parking space we got without a reservation was right near the beach, great, but unfortunately without electricity.
The campsite is ok for a short trip, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer one.
06/08/2024: Good campsite!! but the dilapidated sanitary facilities are a lack of cleanliness it is not worth more than 2 stars and even then it is more of a camper van area it plays on their swimming pool which is too small for the people who have

03/09/2024: L'endroit est plutôt sympathique et l'accueil a été très agréable. La serveuse est aux petits soins avec toutes les tables dont elle s'occupe.
L'attente a été raisonnable pour un diner aux alentours de 19h30.
Les plats étaient plutôt bien servis et bon. surtout le Poulpe était parfaitement cuit, toutefois la sauce persillé servie avec laissait un petit goût de rance. Heureusement le poulpe n'avait pas été arrosé par celle-ci. Salade de chèvre chaud très bien servi et bonne. Le café gourmand était correct.
La note moyenne est justifié par le fait d'avoir vu des rats circulés pendant notre diner entre le comptoir extérieur et les tables. Un grand ménage à la de la saison va être impératif. Ce fait laisse planer un doute sur l'hygiène générale de l'établissement.

08/09/2024: Very good for both breakfast and bagels for lunch! There is a book on each table, which allows you to discover new books. The servers were really very friendly. All for a more than reasonable price. I recommend.

An Italian salad as a main course for 16 euros with 3 slices of tomatoes with two pieces of mozzarella on a single salad leaf, a quarter of burratta, a few small pieces of raw ham, two thin slices of zucchini and two small pieces of eggplant. Fortunately there was bread. Nothing to say about the service, the waitress is great.
