09/04/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about! The portions are generous and of very high quality! For burger fans, go for it! The meat is super tasty, and they have a real thick, fresh tournedos—nothing like fast food… The whole team is always smiling. I come here regularly, and it's always a pleasure. Plus, the view from the terrace overlooking the port… Absolutely fantastic!

22/11/2025: This is the first time this has happened to me, but I wanted to share. I bought 200g of loose-leaf BB DETOX tea today. When I got home, I transferred the tea to its container. Seeing how little there was, I checked the weight and realized that instead of the 200g I bought and paid for, I only had 100g! That's expensive!! Very disappointed...

The rooms have access to a terrace, but it's poorly maintained; the bar also has a terrace, but it was in poor condition at the end of March. The premises are large but lack a welcoming atmosphere.

05/04/2026: ⸻ Frankly, I absolutely don't understand how this establishment can be rated four stars. In my opinion, it barely deserves two. The only positive point I can mention concerns the staff, who remain friendly and do their best under clearly difficult circumstances. Special mention goes to the young man at breakfast, who seems to be the only real bright spot in this hotel. On the other hand, everything else is very worrying. The hotel gives an overall impression of neglect and a complete lack of maintenance. The so-called children's playroom is simply unacceptable: it's surrounded by construction equipment, with visible paint and plaster, making it unusable and even potentially dangerous. In the rooms, it's impossible to adjust the air conditioning: the thermostat is broken, the screen doesn't work, and nothing is being done to fix the problem. On the terrace, an ashtray clearly hasn't been emptied in a long time, which further reinforces this feeling of neglect. Breakfast is very average, uninteresting, and in no way meets the expected standard of a hotel in this category. Overall, this hotel is clearly poorly maintained, outdated, and does not live up to its advertised standards. It's a major disappointment.

Everything is made with love and passion, and you can taste it in every dish. The food is 100% homemade, generous, and bursting with flavor. The cocktails are incredible, perfectly balanced, and carefully crafted. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. You can really see that behind this place, there's a genuine desire to please. I highly recommend it! 👌🔥

Upon delivery, the food had a strong, unpleasant odor, to the point that it seemed unfit for consumption. As a precaution, I decided to throw everything away. It's truly disappointing, especially when you expect a decent meal after ordering. I hope measures will be taken to improve hygiene and food quality, because this kind of situation is unacceptable.

04/04/2026: Good buffet, well laid out as it's quite small and everything is grouped together, avoiding unnecessary trips back and forth. Very good, very fresh seafood with a wide selection. The steamed Chinese dumplings are excellent, but the grilled dishes take a long time to cook and the waitstaff isn't very friendly. Very good value for money.

The machine was so easy to use (even though I'm usually not very tech-savvy 😂), the pizza was excellent, piping hot (with melted cheese), generously sized, very reasonably priced, and all ready in 5 minutes!!! In short, absolutely fantastic. This place is a little gem in Marseille 👌👌🙏. Thank you for this experience and see you very soon…
