The octopus was magnificent, beautifully cooked, generous, nothing to complain about, and the Corsican platter was fantastic! 15/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Bistrot Des Bonnes Femmes. The dishes were refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented, featuring high-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover the small inner courtyard, hidden from view from the outside—a quiet and charming spot that made the meal even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to our waitress, who was truly friendly, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. Her professional and welcoming service made the experience even better. We will gladly return!

14/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in La Rochelle, deserving of a higher rating than its current one ⭐️ The lunch menu offers excellent value for money (€20 for a starter/main or main/dessert, €26 for all three). The cuisine is original, flavorful, and exceptionally well-executed, with lovely touches of creativity (such as the subtle vanilla incorporated into a cauliflower mousseline). The service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is calmer than some other restaurants in the city center, which is much appreciated.

11/05/2026: I came to eat at this restaurant with a friend, and we had a wonderful time from beginning to end. The welcome was absolutely perfect: warm, friendly, and very professional. We immediately felt at ease in a pleasant and convivial atmosphere. The service was impeccable, attentive, and what you'd expect from a truly excellent restaurant. As for the food, it was a real treat. Everything was succulent, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each dish. A fantastic discovery that I recommend without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

11/05/2026: Local products that honor the region's heritage. It was absolutely delicious! The prices are very reasonable for the food on offer, with a special mention for the oysters ;) The charming little street, not far from the hustle and bustle of the port, still offers a splendid view of the architecture! Two terraces, perfect for sunny days. The service is top-notch, I highly recommend it!

There was a good selection of seafood, and for those who weren't interested, an Asian and international fusion menu. The service was extremely fast, perhaps too fast for some, but excellent. The dishes were well-executed. I had a salmon tartare on crispy rice with peanuts as a starter (from the daily specials board), which was a delight, and for my main course, a beef wok in coconut milk with red curry was excellent. As someone who regularly eats Asian cuisine, I loved it. The seafood platter was also high quality. Flawless.
