24/03/2026: Excellent restaurant! Congratulations to the kitchen staff 🧑‍🍳 Homemade smoked salmon and Gran Smith tuna tartare were excellent!! Monkfish medallions with baby vegetables and a slightly spicy lobster sauce… absolutely divine!! 👏 And to finish, rum baba and homemade profiteroles… including choux pastry and chocolate… highly recommended!! 👍 All perfectly complemented by a 2023 Menetou-Salon white from Isabelle and Pierre Clément's Domaine de Chatenoy… very, very good!! The manager is very knowledgeable about wines, judging by the extensive wine list!! 🍾🍷

23/04/2026: Hello, well, this is a good place for the price, specializing in oysters, mussels, and shellfish, with a terrace overlooking the island's typical channels. There are some lovely pictures, but also some less-than-perfect artisanal products. To get back to Mamelou, in addition to what they offer around the end of May, they also serve éclades, a must-try dish from the Charente coast. I recommend it and it's worth discovering. 22/04/2026: It was our first time eating oysters. We had a mixed platter that also included cockles and langoustines, and as a recommendation, a white wine from the "Mage Family." Everything was delicious. We'd gladly come again.

The seaweed purée served with beef tataki was a revelation: brilliant! All this in a stylish interior setting or on the peaceful terrace overlooking a charming little square. In short, a must-try!

However, half the mussels were overcooked. The quality of the red wine served by the carafe was truly mediocre, especially considering the €9.50 price tag.
