14/07/2026: A WONDERFUL DISCOVERY A beautiful spot nestled in the heart of Sainte Marie de Ré. Only ten rooms in a verdant setting, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Superb room and generous breakfast. What a joy to take a dip in the pool after a day of cycling! The owner is friendly and attentive to her guests' comfort. 14/06/2026: Very beautiful hotel with a good location. Friendly hostess and staff. Nice heated pool, everything was perfect. Breakfast starting at 8:30 was sometimes a bit late for us, but excellent nonetheless, with fresh local products.

30/09/2026: Excellent location facing the ocean, perfect aperitif, good selection, reasonable price, and generous portions. The black cod with a parmesan crust was a real treat, not to be missed!

28/09/2026: A truly excellent meal, absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The ravioli appetizer was to die for. The main courses were also superb, and I finished with the profiteroles: impressive and far from bad! I highly recommend it.

03/06/2026: We got married this weekend at Domaine du St Moritz with Florian. A huge thank you to the entire St Moritz team, especially Kevin and Fred who took such wonderful care of us. They were always responsive and very professional, reassuring, and attentive. They are truly dedicated and kind-hearted people. The venue is beautiful, with lovely spaces and is very well maintained. We were able to enjoy the pool and fountain areas. The catering was of very high quality, both visually and in terms of taste. They were able to accommodate the allergies and other dietary requirements of our guests. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend this venue.

26/10/2026: Excellent traditional Italian restaurant. Whether we've come in the summer or off-season, we've always received a very warm welcome, even with children. The service is very pleasant and friendly, and the terrace is exceptional. The dishes are generous and very tasty, as are the desserts. Our favorite place in Ars!

25/10/2026: Just so you know, this restaurant, which Google describes as a pizzeria, doesn't actually make pizzas. The waitress greeted us on the pretext that we couldn't read. A very "friendly" welcome indeed…

15/10/2026: A warm but very noisy place. The dining room was packed for the calf's head on Thursday. Perhaps the layout of the room could be reconsidered to reduce the noise. We came for the calf's head and weren't disappointed. The meal was generous. Be prepared for a long wait, as the owner was alone when we arrived for the second seating at 1 p.m. to greet customers, take orders, serve, and process payments! 🤔🤔 Why don't you respond to the negative reviews? Because over the past year, we've seen your establishment evolve and the exterior renovations that have been carried out. It's now very pleasant to come for a drink on the terrace. We feel a positive energy when we come for lunch, and the welcome is warm. Spread the word on social media, it's important to you! 👍👍🤩 We look forward to coming back to enjoy a good time with friends and to see how your business develops! 🤩🤩

09/07/2026: I just bought some barely edible spring rolls... they didn't look very fresh and had very little filling besides rice noodles... The shrimp were cut into extremely thin slices and had no taste. Plus, the staff's friendliness must be optional.
