A genuine and pleasant welcome, fresh and delicious cuisine, a blend of traditional recipes and a modern approach, original organic wines – in short, an address where you can spend an excellent moment relaxing and sharing!

28/10/2025: A very disappointing experience on a human level. I'm not questioning the quality of the coffee, but the attitude of the staff, particularly one woman present, was simply unacceptable. She started raising her voice and speaking very rudely because my dog ​​had simply sniffed a flowerpot on the terrace—without barking, making a mess, or disturbing anyone in any way. What's most incomprehensible is that there were no other customers present at the time. Nothing justified such a reaction. A simple word spoken calmly, with a modicum of politeness, would have been more than enough: we would have understood without any problem. Instead, the woman flew into a rage, forgetting all forms of respect and courtesy. It's a shame, because a business is also judged on the quality of its service and the human touch it demonstrates.

30/06/2025: Comfortable room, but lacking in charm, extremely noisy because of the avenues that pass on either side of the hotel. Bathroom smells very damp, curtains that are absolutely not blackout are annoying when it gets dark only from 10/10:30 p.m. This hotel lacks refreshment, it is far too old considering the price of the room

04/12/2025: I regularly get takeout; it's always very good with a good selection. The containers are generously filled, so it's good value for money. A container costs €6.90. It's clean, with a friendly welcome and a nice atmosphere. I recommend it 100%.

01/12/2025: Menu advertised at €16.90 but charged at €17.59… Canteen-style food, no finesse, battery-farmed chicken, two stale spring rolls. Large selection… but… So, a meal and a beer for €23, too expensive for what it is.

27/09/2024: For several years, my father and I have regularly had lunch or dinner at Procopio, and each time we come away completely satisfied. The food is delicious, with generous portions for each dish. The service is impeccable and the staff are both professional and friendly. This helps create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant!

27/08/2024: Pleasant 3-night stay in the Primavéra hotel, ideally located a few steps from the Flyin Club festival; discovery of Saint Palais and the Primavera hotel thanks to this event which for the second year delivered incredible concerts (big names, such as Etienne de Crecy or Kavinsky (see Photo), notably present during the ceremony closing of the 2024 Olympics!) and a great atmosphere. What a joy to enjoy such a setting, coupled with a festival that brings youth and dynamism to the city! Regarding the room, sublime view but somewhat outdated equipment for the price. The elevator could do with a little overhaul, we could hear the door creaking/slamming every time someone used the elevator. Very kind staff, who listened to our requests. I also strongly recommend the rooms with a sea view, however it seems to me that without this argument I would not return to the Primavera hotel given the dilapidation of the building. To conclude, magnificent potential (a place full of history) but unfortunately too many things to improve. We look forward to coming back to see you for the next edition of the Flyin Club! 05/07/2025: Excellent meal! We ate there with a Martinican acquaintance, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The service was impeccable and very friendly. We enjoyed lamb colombo and flambéed prawns. Everything was truly wonderful; I highly recommend it. 🙏🏼 It's a shame that some people don't know how to recognize authentic Caribbean cuisine and took the liberty of disrupting our good time.

22/06/2025: Authentic Creole cuisine, flavorful and generous! Cocktails, coconut ice cream, and top-notch accras! Everything is homemade! Perfect welcome. The outdoor area could use a refresh! As soon as we return to the island, this will be a must-do.

17/12/2024: Accueil à revoir impérativement! Malgré notre réservation notre box n aurait pas été éligible. C est l intervention d une seconde personne qui a infirmé ces dires! Mais le ton négatif était déjà donné. On peut se tromper, et s en excuser. Cela n a pas été le cas. Les box permettent de découvrir de nouveaux lieux et de partager nos expériences. La salle est froide, autant que le personnel. Service pro sans émotion. Dommage, le repas est bon, avec de belles saveurs à découvrir. Merci aux chefs et cuisiniers/ères🤩 Tout se passe dans votre assiette, mais finalement cela ne suffit pas, un repas dans un restaurant bien coté comme celui ci, mérite mieux. Un peu de chaleur humaine serait un véritable plus.

Notre facture s'est élevée à 174 euros pour un déjeuner à 2 un samedi , sans excès (2 repas, pichet de vin rouge d'Alsace et café) . Et surtout rien d'extraordinaire (le filet de merlu ou le "carré" de porc bien gras et frites au four/touche de légume terre ressemblant à de la mayo...
