30/05/2026: Impeccable welcome and service, generous portions. It's a shame the salmon tartare was bland (lacking onions, spices, or seasonings).

25/05/2026: Serving beers that expired two months ago.

28/05/2026: Prices are displayed on the shelves, but at the checkout, they're different, and of course, higher. I noticed an error at the checkout: "Well, we can't do anything about it..." That's a serious mistake; normally, the item should be the same price at the checkout as on the shelf. It's a shame, because otherwise the store is quite decent.

19/05/2026: Beware, don't buy your fish from the fish counter without checking the delivery date. I bought 1kg of salmon fillets on Monday, May 18th, and they were rotten after 24 hours. I had to throw it all away, €20 down the drain. I suspect the fishmonger sold us an inedible product. The skin on one of the fillets had come off on its own in the bag, clear evidence of a product that wasn't fresh. I won't be fooled again.

20/05/2026: We came to eat as a group of three, as we do every time we're in Châtellaillon. The menu is still excellent, and the waitress, who has been there for a long time, is always very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, we can't say the same for the bartender who served us; he was extremely unpleasant. A shame, and we hope we don't encounter him on our next visit.

18/05/2026: Reservations are highly recommended, and you'll quickly see why! Despite its large dining room, the restaurant fills up fast. The pizzas are excellent: thin crust, fresh and flavorful toppings. The desserts are generous, indulgent, and truly delicious. The service is quick, the waitresses are lovely, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!

10/07/2026: Family atmosphere, quality service, having eaten there on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, around 10 pm. However, we were disappointed with the food: - We were very happy to be served despite the late hour; they were professional in that regard, no complaints, and thank you again! - Mussels marinière with classic sauce, frozen fries—perhaps better, but it was acceptable. - Being the gourmands we are, we wanted to finish our order of chocolate mousse, and we were unpleasantly surprised to find it very salty. I don't know if it was a mistake by the chef or a local culinary specialty, but in any case, we didn't appreciate this treat, which was more salty than sweet. In the end, we probably came on the wrong day and at the wrong time, judging by the previous reviews. Make up your own mind. Thank you for reading.
