08/07/2025: Thank you for this wonderful evening in front of your closed doors, even though your website proudly announces that you're open every day of the week in July and August. A seemingly overly ambitious detail, obviously. We had the immense privilege of traveling over an hour by bus to come here, in the middle of the night, hoping to spend a pleasant time at your place. The result: alone on an empty street, wandering like lost souls, with no explanation, no sign, no respect. It's always a rare pleasure to pay for transportation to admire a closed door. If you can't keep to your own schedule, the least you could do would be to update your website or warn customers, so as not to waste their time, energy, and money. But perhaps rigor isn't part of the atmosphere you offer? In any case, congratulations on this exemplary management. From now on, we'll know that "Le Bastion" is not a fortress of reliability. 03/07/2025: A very nice culinary experience, not much choice on the menu but only very beautiful and good dishes, especially the lamb and tuna, with superb juices. Fast service just what you need, music maybe too "club" for dinner but since we are enjoying ourselves, it's okay. And at 10 p.m., sunset, one of the good spots on the island

01/09/2024: The pizza at Pascal was a recommendation during my stay in Châtelaillon-Plage, I always ate extremely well during the several times I ordered, impossible to get tired of them. I would have liked to put it in my suitcase for my return to Paris but I don't think he would have accepted. I recommend with your eyes closed for a tasting that you will not forget. 19/08/2024: A manager who talks badly to his team. Tasteless truffle ravioli and balsamic vinegar added to them without any use and which distorts all the dishes. Want to try again despite everything because it's not that bad there were a lot of people.

19/08/2024: Once again passing through La Rochelle this August 15, we always enjoy coming to taste an Italian pizza: the pizza dough is excellent thanks to the Italian oven that you can admire. The staff is pleasant and attentive to make us happy. The room on the first floor is discreet, a little noisy. The terrace is in the shade during hot weather. In short, I can't wait to come back...

30/08/2024: Blah blah in real life, very little sauce, no taste, a basic kebab, without an explosion of flavors. An emergency kebab yes.
