18/07/2026: I went twice with my daughter. The first time was great, and the second time we ordered two Vietnamese pho bowls, so I know pho well as my wife is Vietnamese. It was a very pleasant surprise—pho just like homemade, super delicious, very good meat, perfectly seasoned with all the flavors of Vietnam. Just so you know, pho soup needs to be ordered the day before. We are very happy with our discovery of this restaurant. The owner serves alone and is very friendly. Thank you.
17/07/2026: I think the prices are outrageous. Compared to here in Belgium, it's 1.5 times more expensive. 16 euros for noodles????

01/07/2026: Exceptional location, the tasting menu was almost too generous but excellent. We go once or twice a year because we have the meal with champagne, and obviously the bill reflects that... but no regrets, everything is perfect.

07/05/2026: Hello, I went to this establishment on Tuesday, May 5th, to have a drink on their beautiful terrace, but it was empty. I went into the restaurant to ask, and I was told that Mondays and Tuesdays were reserved exclusively for hotel guests, and for others, it was only from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM! I wonder how this very restrictive establishment operates!
27/04/2026: We ate at Albatros, on a friend's recommendation. Good atmosphere, very good food, friendly and attentive waiters.
However, we waited over 40 minutes for our desserts, probably because they were defrosting... What a shame!

And what can we say about the welcome? Smiling, polite, and very pleasant. The service was impeccable, the restaurant spotlessly clean, and the meal simply excellent. No menu. Simple but expensive dishes. Nothing exceptional except for the porcini mushroom sauce.
The waiter was very pleasant and professional, but the same cannot be said of the manager.
28/06/2026: We ate at the inn for our wedding and honestly, it was fantastic! The service was impeccable, you were incredibly attentive, and the strawberry cake was to die for ❤️❤️
