09/05/2026: Discovered during a bike ride, very friendly welcome and excellent quality food, very affordable. I recommend it.

26/04/2026: Nice setting, but the fries were overcooked for the price. The children's menu was also overcooked. We only dined at the restaurant and waited an hour for our main course without ordering a starter. The desserts were very good. Too expensive for what it was. I won't be back.

18/05/2026: The best bakery on Île de Ré has become the worst. Its baguette is ridiculously bad in taste and texture, and its specialty breads are declining in quality every day. A disaster!

16/05/2026: Excellent bakery with quality bread and superb pastries. The service is warm and the products are always fresh. Special mention for the croissants and the traditional baguette. I highly recommend it!

30/04/2026: We arrived at the end of service, but honestly, the welcome was excellent! The snails are a must-try—they're very original! The oysters are delicious, and the dessert (strawberry and mint soup) was divine! If we ever return, we will!

The hours are not indicated on Google or on the door (just "open lunch and dinner" without any details). We also called, without answer. Passing through La Rochelle, we were disappointed not to have been able to try it.

25/05/2026: A beautiful, well-maintained garden. A few minor issues in the rooms (no light in the bathroom, toilet paper holder poorly attached, wall lights not working). We apologized when you explained that you had just taken over the property. The restaurant offered excellent food. The welcome was very friendly.

25/05/2026: The hotel is charming, quiet, surrounded by trees and flowers, next to a wood perfect for walks, not far from the sea and its fine sandy beach. The restaurant offers pleasant, homemade cuisine with beautifully presented menus that are very good and reasonably priced. Among the desserts, the crêpes are particularly delicious, especially the salted caramel ones with or without ice cream – a real treat! The young staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you for this delightful experience.

16/05/2026: My boyfriend and I came here. I ordered tagliatelle with salmon, which was good. My boyfriend ordered curried mussels with fries, which he enjoyed. We both ordered a purple mocktail, which we liked much more.

06/04/2026: As a couple from Châtelaillon, we've tried quite a few restaurants, but this one stands out: our absolute favorite, our two favorites... 👌 A little gem and a very pleasant surprise. The setting and interior decor are magnificent, the owners are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the quality of service, with its very friendly and pleasant waiters, contributes greatly to the overall experience, ensuring we always have a great time. As for the food, it's flawless. The cocktails are superb (I recommend the Barbie Spitz and the Porn Star: absolute gems!), and the cuisine is simply divine... A delight! For the menu, I recommend the small salmon and shrimp casserole as a starter—a real treat. The food is as beautiful as it is delicious, both the à la carte menu and the daily specials... Special mention goes to the vegetables of the day, always original and delicious... Bravo and compliments to the chef and his sous-chef... The value for money is truly excellent as well, allowing you to enjoy delicious homemade dishes and a wonderful experience. In short, everything is perfect... Thank you again for everything 🤗

12/05/2026: This bar is a fantastic find. We had an amazing time there for my bachelorette party. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and approachable. The music was great, and the cocktails were excellent. If you want to have a good time, you absolutely have to stop by! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

02/05/2026: A pint of Guinness was a staggering 9€, more than París or London. Probably the most expensive Guinness in Europe, I dont know how they can possibly justify that. A pity, because apart from the extortionate prices, it is a lovely bar

05/01/2026: We booked for 5 in the summer of 2025. It was one of the only restaurants open on a Sunday at the end of August with available tables. The pizzas weren't amazing, but we were happy to find a table that day. The owners gave us a warm welcome. Dogs are welcome.

14/05/2026: We had a very good meal; the service was attentive and pleasant. Kudos to the waitresses who were clearly very skilled. The starters and desserts were perfect. The supreme was also very good, with flavorful morels. The only slight drawback was the cooking of the ribeye steak and the fries, which weren't up to par. However, I thank you for offering us coffee and passing the feedback on to the kitchen. It's a great team that communicates well, and it's a pleasure to see. Until next time, we will gladly return. 10/03/2026: Very warm welcome, very pleasant staff. This was our second dinner at Le Comptoir restaurant, and we were once again disappointed with the "fries"—mostly greasy, overcooked bits in the basket! It's also a shame that the waitress sprays her table cleaning product, which is very volatile, close to the customers who breathe it in while eating. It's very unpleasant, and a non-volatile product should be used. We were also seated at a dirty table! Visited in March
