Les meilleurs restaurants en Charente-Maritime

15/10/2026: A fantastic lunch with friends at this self-service restaurant! The food is plentiful, delicious, and above all, incredibly varied compared to other restaurants of the same type! I highly recommend it!!! 😉😜👌

12/10/2026: We love going there, but several times now we've found it closed! Out of respect, it would be helpful to specify when it's closed!

20/06/2026: Disappointed with the service. With the new owners it's... different...

03/04/2026: (Lunch between noon and 2 pm with a 1 hour 15 minute break) We were served quickly and it was very good!

28/10/2026: Absolutely fantastic! It was generous and delicious! We received a super warm welcome from Sagamore 👍

28/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! The warm goat cheese salad was fantastic, and the breaded goat cheese croquettes were delicious. The burger with Comté cheese and onion confit was simply excellent! We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

25/09/2026: Good value for money, nothing exceptional but for the price you can't complain, especially when you're just passing through for a day.

24/09/2026: I ate three different kinds of mussels, all too salty, which was a shame. The service was friendly.

25/09/2026: Pleasant service, a little slow, but the dishes were generous and very good.

18/09/2026: Very poor service. The restaurant is well located, but charging an extra 5 euros when you ask to share a children's menu when there are five of you is shameful.

20/09/2026: We wanted to order two pizzas to take away before service (the manager was watching TV), but he categorically refused, claiming we'd never eaten in the restaurant before. He can rest assured, we'll never be back. New residents of Royan.

04/09/2026: Excellent service. Fresh products and a fabulous pizza dough recipe.

25/08/2026: Excellent pizza with a very thin crust. Tastes fantastic! The service was very attentive and we liked the atmosphere.

25/08/2026: The average of 4 should be higher! Super friendly servers, generous and delicious portions. We had a wonderful time as a family, thank you!

29/09/2026: A pizzeria I used to go to often. But I won't be going back. We ordered 20 pizzas for my dad's funeral. As a way to pay our respects. In the end, there were far fewer people than expected. I called to cancel the order. The funeral was at 11:00 AM, and the pizzeria opens at 11:00 AM, so I called at 9:30 AM and left a voicemail. When she arrived at our place of remembrance, she realized we no longer needed them. We offered to do her a favor (since I think it's their fault for not listening to their answering machine). She said yes, we could probably resell some. But her boss on the other end of the phone wouldn't hear of it. A money-making machine. Disappointed, they won't see me there again. I regret it (and judging by the comments, I'm not the only one). The former owners.

27/09/2026: I came on a match day and the welcome was perfect. The pizzas are excellent, with a wide selection available.

21/10/2026: A McDonald's like so many others, open when you need a quick bite to eat.

14/10/2026: Check the smell, cleanliness and toilet doors.

04/09/2026: Very good pizzas 🍕 we thoroughly enjoyed them!

02/06/2026: Very good pizza, nothing more to say.

06/03/2026: Over the weekend, we came as a group of six adults for lunch on a Saturday. We hadn't been to this restaurant before… what a great choice!!! A friendly and welcoming team, quick service! And the food… Whether it was the starter, the main course, or the dessert: all EXCELLENT!!! We ate incredibly well, and you can be sure that not one of us left the restaurant hungry! The value for money is unbeatable! Quality ingredients. Outside of peak season, they offer a set menu with a few choices, including meat and fish! There's something for everyone. We were delighted! And we'll definitely be back if we have the chance!

16/02/2026: Perfect from start to finish. Warm welcome even without a reservation. Good value for money. Generous and very tasty dishes.

23/08/2026: The service isn't great, there's too much waiting.

07/08/2026: Now called Le Balteau, thank you for the warm welcome! Delicious mussels and fries by the Sèvre river... they are very friendly!

04/11/2026: Amazing team, fast service, friendly staff

02/11/2026: Excellent service, the welcome and order processing were very smooth. Well done!

30/09/2026: Honestly, for the price, there's nothing to complain about! The staff is very friendly, and the lady who handles the evening distribution is fantastic. However, the quantity and quality have really changed since the meal price went down to €1 for everyone. Sometimes it's so crowded that we don't even have time to eat, and for students who are really struggling, it's difficult… Unfortunately, I really hope the meal price goes back to €3 for non-scholarship students. If that could restore the quality of the school cafeterias, it would be great.

18/09/2026: Dedicated to my coach Alan Tchiki brr

10/09/2026: Best kebab in Rochefort. Great atmosphere.

31/08/2026: I've called several times for delivery and there's been an error with each order, and tonight my partner found a wire in the kebab. This is the last time I'll order from here.
