02/10/2025: I don't know why it's labeled "artisan ice cream maker," but it's the worst ice cream I've ever eaten in my life. 100% low-end industrial. Nothing but sugar. The music is super loud and unpleasant, just like the waitress. Stay away.

19/04/2026: Excellent restaurant overlooking the sea. Original dishes made with local produce. Very efficient service and friendly staff. Friendly atmosphere.

11/11/2025: A great meal with family and friends, but the service was incredibly slow, with very limited choices. Two seconds of enjoyment followed by a three-hour wait. The mashed potatoes and risotto were also very small portions. The staff were pleasant, it's true, but they didn't bother to have a drink or chat. One item they offered was out of stock, and there was mold in the grated cheese. Otherwise, the beach is right next door.

08/04/2026: A wonderful experience! The service was welcoming and attentive in a pleasant setting. We shared an appetizer and several main courses. Everything was delicious!

07/04/2026: I came to eat last night with two friends. We both ordered salmon tartare, and we were sick all night and the next day. I strongly advise against it.

16/04/2026: No extra blankets, and the weekend was cold, so we were cold at night.

03/04/2026: The hotel offers a clean room with a standard bed and a sink. The shared showers and toilets in the hallway are functional, although the flooring is mediocre. However, the soundproofing is poor: you can hear the neighbors until late at night (midnight) and again early in the morning (from 6 a.m.). Adequate for the price, but difficult to get a good night's sleep.

01/11/2025: 😡 Great club EXCEPT for one of the bartenders who accosted a young female customer who politely asked for a glass of water (after she'd already paid for her drinks): "Those (rude words) who want glasses of water can just drink from the fountain outside"... Very classy 😡😡😡 !!!

25/03/2026: Tiny mussels, less than 1cm, and of dubious freshness. The curry sauce had no curry flavor and was definitely store-bought. Appalling! The fries were served on a dessert plate, and for me, who doesn't eat that much, there was a green salad! €35 for two people without coffee or drinks because we fled this restaurant to have dessert elsewhere! Never again!

23/03/2026: Warm welcome, very good value for money, we had a pleasant time with a lovely view of the Cordouan lighthouse.

27/03/2026: €10 minimum charge to sit outside. No wonder there is no one here. Find somewhere else if you’re on your own and only want a coffee. Disgraceful. It does warn you on tables. But still.

22/03/2026: Okay. Just had a drink. So it was alright. But I agree with most of the comments. In 2026, don't accept cards for orders under €10. I'm a restaurant owner too. This nonsense has to stop. It's something you can negotiate with the bank. Unless it suits them to have more cash on hand... Luckily my friend had cash. I only had my card on my phone. What do you do when you've ordered and you discover it's a minimum of €10? It's definitely pushing for consumption and it's really bad for business. Luckily you're in a tourist area, otherwise that little joke might have backfired. You have to move with the times. It's a shame. The bar is very well located. But next time I come to St. Martin, it will be at a different establishment.

05/04/2026: Don't trust the Rough Guides on the facade; if they haven't had them for three years, there's a reason. We waited almost an hour between the oysters and the main course, after already waiting 30 minutes just to be served the oysters. They also had to swap my fish and chips with the one from the children's menu. To top it all off, we seemed to be bothering the waiter more than anything else. They didn't even offer us a coffee as an apology. Definitely don't go there.

02/04/2026: Lunch was delicious, the fish and chips were very good. The homemade profiteroles were excellent. Friendly service.

01/03/2026: Not very interesting. The waffle wasn't good and the chocolate had a strange aftertaste. Skip it; there are much better places.

15/03/2026: Terrible. The waitress had a hysterical fit and was screaming in front of everyone... apparently having an argument with her boss. Ridiculous... So, after waiting for 15 minutes, we left without ordering anything, the atmosphere was so awful.

15/03/2026: Disappointed by the atmosphere and some aspects of the service. There was tension between the waitress and the manager, and it was very busy. A shame, as it was well located. This will be our only experience there.

27/12/2025: We ordered two homemade hot chocolates that I suspect weren't homemade. The owner's trousers were sagging, practically exposing his bare backside! He was unfriendly and made snide remarks. It's high time he changed careers. It wasn't even crowded at this time of year (December 27th), so imagine what it must be like during peak season! Go eat somewhere else, dear readers!
