13/09/2024: The cocktails are super good and the waitresses are very friendly, but the dishes are not at all satisfactory for their price. My "falafel salad" at 12€ was more than light with its 5 falafels (overcooked and above all, very very dry) and raw vegetables composed mainly of vinegared salad leaves...(A few pieces of cucumber/tomatoes only) . The sauce is very good though. It's really limited for a "dish"... The people who had a burger seemed satisfied, but the one who had the potato pancakes had the same inconvenience as me.

31/08/2024: I 100% recommend this restaurant. Attentive and welcoming staff. Always giving you good advice. The tartiflette and... really very good. Play area for little ones. Clean toilets. Warm and welcoming place. Very affordable value for money. Ideal restaurant for families, but also between friends or couples.

18/06/2024: Belle adresse à découvrir pour son très bon rapport qualité / prix. Produit frais et de qualité fait maison. Petite carte qui prouve que le chef porte une attention à sa cuisine et au plaisir du client. Si vous aimez les rognons à la moutarde c'est ici qu'il faut les déguster (excellent), maitrise parfaite de la cuisson. Des gambas au steak de veau en passant par le foie gras et la lotte avec au final un tiramisu aux fraises, tout est fait pour que vos que vos papilles et vos sens se régale.

01/10/2024: Really disappointed, a couscous dish of the day with burnt merguez, meatballs as well and semolina with too much harissa. A good cook does not cook as badly. Too bad for the reputation of the restaurant.

15/09/2024: Au terme d'un séjour en Alsace et entre amis, nous avons eu un immense plaisir à déguster choucroute, rognons, ravioles excellents et à déguster des vins recommandés par Michel. Accueil remarquable, couple adorable qui se démène pour maintenir une cuisine traditionnelle de qualité dans une salle très agréable. La soirée s'est poursuivie par une chaleureuse discussion avec Nadine et Michel sur leur beau parcours. Un grand merci à eux deux avec tous nos encouragements. Le club des 8.

02/09/2024: Incredibly cheap! We came back from a hike lasting several days and wanted to take a shower. Hotel is very clean. Interior "with patina" but very clean. Shower in the room, but in our room the toilet was in the hallway - you have to like it. No problem at all for us. Super nice service, great tarte flambée and local wine. Again and again! Oh yes, and the Chateau Neuf Windstein is within walking distance (a bit sweaty) and in great condition... Can you discover something...

13/09/2024: We had a great time at the Bistronome. The setting is warm, the welcome and the service are perfect, the value for money is unbeatable. And on the plate, well that’s cooking! Thank you for this experience. We will come back, and not just once!

23/08/2024: So then, there are 13 of us eating tartes flambées (a specialty of the restaurant I think) after 6 flames we are told that there are no more tart bases, well nothing serious in itself but quite surprising given that it is barely 9 p.m. A mistake in the kitchen perhaps, but when we are left for more than 30 minutes without offering us an alternative or nothing other than apologizing, it's already annoying. Then we order other dishes and that's when we regret the tartes flambées, burger with: frozen bread, frozen steak, frozen fries, but in fact give me my money back and I'll go to Picard to make the same dish In short, unhelpful service, which does not communicate, extremely long wait and the kitchen and try to order fresh products and the dishes will be much better

12/09/2024: Personnel désagréable, nous étions des personnes âgées accès extrêmement difficile à notre table.... escalope immangeable quand à la bavette à l'échalote on cherchait vainement ces dernières. Par contre St Jacques et rognons de veau excellents.... A l'avenir on évitera

15/09/2024: Very good address. We were able to reserve a table for 7 a few hours before coming. We had a blast! The setting is typical Alsatian and the service is top notch. We will return on our next visit. 😋
