19/02/2026: I wanted to book for 2 adults and 1 child under 2 years old. In the background of the conversation, I heard, "Is room 1 still available?" The answer was, "Yes, for how many?" "2 adults and 1 child!" No! Deplorable behavior, and they didn't even have the sense to hide the phone. Pathetic.

07/02/2026: The food is excellent; we come regularly and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately, the service isn't always up to par: on several visits, the blonde waitress's attitude was rather cold and unprofessional. A shame for an establishment that deserves better in terms of service.

02/02/2026: A disappointing experience at this restaurant! We arrived at 7:30 pm for a dinner party of six… to be sure of getting parking by 9:45 pm on a Saturday night!! Despite the quality of the food, I won't be returning… The service was very unpleasant and rushed!!!! I think the fact that we didn't order alcohol didn't work in our favor with the owner, who, by the way, had already set up the wine list (which was quite extensive and of high quality) on a small table at the end of the table. It was unpleasant to feel like we were apologizing for ordering six soft drinks and two bottles of water with our dinner… From there, everything happened very quickly!!! They refilled our glasses before we'd even finished them, the courses were served at breakneck speed, and the tables were cleared just as fast (I still had cheese in my mouth in the parking lot). Not to mention the owner's lack of discretion; she spoke (to put it mildly) very loudly! For a bill of 420 euros, I've had much better... It's a shame because the quality of the food was excellent, but the service was lacking.

25/01/2026: We tried the restaurant for a birthday! The service was impeccable, we had a wonderful meal. The portions were generous.

02/01/2026: We came in for dinner, and a woman approached us. When I started speaking English, she began waving her hands aggressively in front of my face. It was far too aggressive, and my child was frightened by her behavior. She was shouting that she does not speak English. I believe this may be the reason why the restaurant was almost empty, unlike other places we tried to visit but couldn’t because they were fully booked. Such behavior is very strange for service staff in a tourist city. Colmar welcomes tourists from all over the world. If you don’t want to speak English, that’s fine, but it can be communicated calmly. Her behavior ruined not only our evening, but also our impression of the city itself.

24/02/2026: Everything was perfect. We were greeted with a smile, and the service was very fast. Despite a table of nine with different dishes, we were all served at the same time. The meal was excellent and generous. A special mention goes to the waitstaff, who were exceptional in their kindness, humor, and helpfulness. We had a wonderful time.

05/02/2026: This is a legitimate first class restaurant! And boy, it’s great value for money!! The food is also very good and never disappoints! and unlike the other villages nearby, the restaurant is located in Leymen, France 🇫🇷. This means you can use the euro! 💶 this is great because other villages in the area are Swiss and only accept Swiss franc.

18/01/2026: New restaurant in a quiet, predominantly residential area. Large dining room with tables of varying sizes. As a pre-booked group, we were able to enjoy the different tarte flambées. They were all perfect! Instead of dessert, we were served a tarte flambée topped with thin strips of fresh apples with cinnamon and sugar! 😋 Very friendly and competent staff.

02/03/2026: A beautiful establishment dating back to the 16th century. The hotel has a lot of charm. The courtyard and terrace are full of flowers and beautifully decorated with antique tools. We received a very warm welcome, with a tour of the premises and helpful explanations. Our room wasn't very large, but it was perfectly adequate! Clean, comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, and two bottles of water. Excellent! The spa isn't very big, and the pool is a bit chilly, but the hot jacuzzi was wonderfully relaxing! And the massages! Absolutely fantastic; we left feeling completely zen and relaxed. We had four massages—pure bliss! The only slight drawback is that the massages are consecutive, as there's only one masseuse (but her hands are magic and well worth it!). So, you can't enjoy the spa together, but rather take turns. We really appreciated its location, with free parking. All the hotel staff are very kind, helpful, and always smiling! It felt great. Breakfast was simple but fresh, and had everything we needed to start the day right. Sweet options (breads, jams, pastries, cereals, yogurts, fromage blanc, fresh fruit salad...) and savory options (cheeses, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, bacon...) were perfect for us! And the waitress was fantastic! The restaurant: we had dinner in the beautiful cellar with exposed stone walls. Delicious flammekueche, good desserts, and again, the staff was excellent. The town of Bergheim is very pretty and ideally located near Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Kaysersberg... It's really great! Thank you for everything, we'll be back!! 🤩🙏

04/01/2026: The meal was excellent and refined, the staff were attentive. The only downside was that we were made to understand that the evening was ending by being served onion soup at 1:00 AM (it's not dawn). Furthermore, the tables were being refilled for the next day's service as people left, which was a shame. And it also lacked atmosphere.

04/12/2025: They serve everything (croisants, bread, etc.) by touching them with dirty hands. They touch coins and bills, and then the food. Nothing could be more unhygienic. Nice bakery, friendly staff. One day I had a baguette and the next a pain au chocolat, but I touched both with my hands after giving the previous customer change. I never went back.
