18/07/2026: I recommend this restaurant. Everything was perfect. The house aperitif was a delightful surprise. The dessert was very refreshing, served in a glass of sparkling wine. A very warm welcome.

02/08/2026: There was only interior seating available in July 2026 due to the infrastructure construction going on outside. There seemed to be quite a lot of locals or French-speaking clientele inside. The quiche with salad was very generous. It came with 2 slices of quiche and a salad with a huge assortment of vegetables and coleslaws. The kidneys had a really nice bite to them and came with a side of spaetzele. The cream sauce was mixed with a mustard which really cut the richness. The AC was very strong which was much needed during one of France's many heatwaves. They also seem to offer a modest lunch buffet for around 20 Euros which includes a handful of proteins and several vegetable options. It is extremely small compared to North American standards.

19/07/2026: At 5:30 PM, we arrived to order ice cream. The manager informed us that we could only take the ice creams "not smoothed" by the saleswoman since the shop was closing (in 30 minutes). A shame about the service... however, the ice cream was very good, it's a pity there wasn't a wide selection.

29/10/2025: Two nights in a room with half-board. Everything was perfect. The evening meal was comforting after a good hike. Breakfast was homemade and everything was delicious. The staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend this farm inn, whether for a simple meal or an overnight stay.

21/07/2026: A brand new pastry shop has opened in a truly unique location: the former Munster train station. The desserts are exquisite, and you can order custom desserts for your events (birthdays, family celebrations, etc.) from Chantal, who will advise you like an expert. A big congratulations to Willy and his entire team!

04/08/2026: 🥨 First discovery in Colmar: a great place to remember! For my first time in Colmar, the hotel recommended this restaurant, and frankly, I wasn't disappointed! 😍 First of all, the setting is very pleasant, with a lovely terrace—and remember, it's the middle of August! ☀️ The staff is very friendly, attentive, and takes great care of the customers. As for the food… a real treat! 😋 I highly recommend trying the Alsatian specialties, perhaps accompanied by a good wine or a Crémant d'Alsace. 🥨🍷 💶 For 2 people: €75.50, including: 2 aperitifs 1 bottle of water 2 main courses 2 desserts Honestly, excellent value for money! If you're ever in Colmar, I highly recommend stopping by this place and trying out their dishes. And as they say in Alsace: "When it's good, you don't count the pretzels!" 😂🥨 A wonderful discovery for me... and certainly not the last! ❤️

12/07/2026: We stayed one night. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a very early morning commitment, a big thank you to the hotel for preparing my breakfast in advance. I recommend it.

Enjoy gourmet, high-quality cuisine prepared by a chef in an authentic and welcoming setting. The added bonus? You can even spend the night in rooms that have also been decorated with authentic charm.

29/07/2026: Good food, excellent service from the girls, clean. A bit too rustic and dark inside for my taste but I guess that is part of the charm. Finally a French restaurant and not some pizzeria, when did France become Italy.

12/07/2026: One word: absolutely top-notch! Such attentiveness and kindness. We were charmed by the service. The menu was typically Alsatian; we didn't know what to choose! There must be an angel in the kitchen, it was so delicious, truly. Long-time regulars confirm the sincerity of my comments. The paintwork and decor are perfectly in keeping with the style. Pleasant fans, comfortable temperature, and friendly customers. Spotlessly clean restrooms with toilet paper and everything you need. Enough said. BRAVO AND THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
