08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! 💖 Our room was perfect. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the gourmet menu. The service, the food, the welcome—everything was perfect. The breakfast was truly comprehensive with a wide variety of choices and excellent products.

08/03/2026: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The restaurant is simply excellent, a delight, and the staff are incredibly attentive – well done and thank you! Regarding the relaxation area, it lacks a proper rest room, and the overall space needs improvement (sauna and hammam), which is a shame. However, the pool is fantastic. I recommend this hotel and we will definitely return.

01/02/2026: A superb experience. We were warmly welcomed by the chef in a simple yet refined setting and enjoyed a three-course meal worthy of a fine dining restaurant. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the service and the dishes we were served. The seasonal menu offers perfectly balanced flavors and textures. The chef suggested wines to accompany each course. As I am gluten intolerant, he was very accommodating, offering me gluten-free bread and paying particular attention to the presence of wheat in the dishes he prepared for me. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

14/03/2026: Rude staff behind front desk. Some of us were from the United States and didn’t speak French.made to feel shamed by it. We were told we had until a certain time to check out. With 15 minutes left left that same woman came to get the key from us. Was so rude about it. never have experienced such rudeness from a hotel. The rooms were okay. The breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. Head hotel staff behind desk was incredibly rude.

The rooms are beautifully furnished, and everything is very clean and in excellent condition. The restaurant is highly recommended. The service, food, and drinks were all outstanding. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

26/01/2026: I highly recommend this establishment... a very pleasant welcome... we came from Franche-Comté this Sunday... we discovered this place quite by chance and I guarantee you won't be disappointed... a very kind owner and the chef, her husband if I understood correctly, who served us very generous and truly excellent portions... we will definitely be back... keep up the good work, many should follow suit

31/12/2025: A truly horrific stay! We booked a two-night stay at the hostel. Between the stifling heat and the plumbing problems... Not to mention the unsafe atmosphere! We came here to relax, and instead, we experienced the worst moment of our lives! The dog the innkeeper was keeping on the terrace attacked our 3-year-old daughter in the face! She may be disfigured for life! If you have the chance, run away!

27/02/2026: A perfect stay in Alsace. The hosts are welcoming. The food is incredible, both at lunch and dinner (half-board). The drinks menu is extensive. The setting is idyllic and the view over the Munster Valley is breathtaking. This is my third stay at the hotel and I definitely plan to return.

17/02/2026: Right in the heart of Grand Rue. The veal was incredibly tender, and the fries weren't from the refrigerated section but freshly made from potatoes. The Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) were delicious. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

07/03/2026: Birthday meal Very good, but I was disappointed because it was my birthday and there were no candles, and the dessert was changed at the last minute. As a resident of Eguisheim, familiar with the place, and having recently visited with 12 colleagues, I'm wondering if I'll come back.

12/12/2025: We had a great time at the Christmas market. The food was good and the service was quick and friendly. Admittedly, it was crowded and there was a queue for a table, but that's to be expected at this time of year.

12/12/2025: Centrally located in Colmar, it's also great to dine outside during the Christmas markets, immersed in the atmosphere. Super friendly service. The food is just average, fine. Please keep a closer eye on the restrooms. Some people apparently don't know how a restroom works these days 😉.

01/03/2026: We were looking for a meal not far from the center, with parking nearby and in a clean area. Of course, remember to make a reservation. We wanted to try an Alsatian specialty, fleischnaskas, and it was delicious—a must-try!

23/01/2026: After our hike up the Col du Bonhomme, we stopped at this establishment. Even at 3 pm, we were able to get a typical hot meal, and then we had a very wide selection of desserts (lemon meringue pie, flan, blueberries, plums, tiramisu, rum baba, etc.). The owner is incredibly welcoming and answered all our questions about the local wildlife, explaining the wolves and foxes in the area.

15/12/2025: After a wonderful weekend in Turkheim and Riquewihr, my husband and I had lunch at the Relais Vosges - Alsace before a long 4-hour drive, and what a lovely surprise! We started with a rich and generous soup, then my husband had the Munster quiche, which was absolutely delicious. I had fries (delicious, perfectly crispy and plump) and two knackwurst sausages—it had been so long! I loved it; everything was perfect, right down to dessert (lemon meringue pie and custard tart). The staff is lovely, incredibly friendly, and very pleasant (I really don't understand some of the negative reviews; you must be incredibly picky... or a bit too self-important...). We will gladly return to the Relais on our next trip to Alsace. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

21/02/2026: We had a really good meal here there was no english language menu but the waiter was more than happy to explain every dish . I had a very good potato and cheese salad and my partner had a fantastic salmon quiche. And we finished off with maybe the best lemon meringue pie I've ever had. Overall a great experience
