23/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, with a very warm welcome for both children and adults. We came with our two children to discover regional cuisine and we loved the tarte flambée. The atmosphere is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

25/01/2026: Discovered this restaurant open on a Sunday in Kaysersberg (during the off-season), with non-stop service for a small classic or reimagined tarte flambée 👌💯. We stopped for a quick coffee and snack. The welcome was warm and professional, the atmosphere calm and relaxing, and the service quick. We ordered two coffees (nothing extraordinary), but I had a homemade lemon meringue tart 😍💯👌😍. The price was truly in line with the overall quality. We'll be back for a meal because the menu looks tempting. I highly recommend it.

29/11/2025: We discovered this wonderful place thanks to the Passe-Gourmand guide. The restaurant's entrance alone makes you want to explore the interior. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who let us choose our table. The setting is lovely, with carpeted floors and tastefully chosen decorations and furnishings. Cloth tablecloths and napkins were provided. All the dishes we chose were delicious. For starters, we had foie gras and pumpkin soup with truffle oil. Then came the original and delicious Pretzel Burger. The beef fillet was incredibly tender. I really appreciated that each dish was served piping hot, especially since I'm a slow eater 😅 To finish, the fruit panna cotta and vanilla crème brûlée were delicious! The coffee was also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome, the ambiance, and the food. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back to try the vol-au-vent with morels. Outside, there's a lovely terrace for sunny days. Thank you for this enjoyable time!

03/03/2026: We had the five-course menu in the evening. The amuse-bouche was a trio of pickled onions, smoked wild boar, and herbs on moss—nothing particularly stood out. This was followed by potato mousse with a wonderful consistency and lightness, a very delicate flavor, and a lovely sensory experience thanks to the tiny garlic croutons. The subsequent pickles—various pickled vegetables—were too acidic for my taste and not a suitable start to the meal. The catfish from the Rhine with vegetable broth, pine aroma, and radicchio was somewhat bland in flavor and too natural in its aroma. The main course was a very good cut of beef, accompanied by Jerusalem artichokes prepared in two different textures. Here, too, a bit more flavor would have been desirable. As preparation for dessert, an interesting "Eau de Plantes" infusion with a medicinal-tasting oil was served. Not sweet. For dessert, fennel with chocolate—a very tasty combination. The other small desserts were also very successful. The evening brought surprises with highs and lows; overall, all courses were prepared with great care and effort – however, there remained the feeling that the naturalness of the ingredients was emphasized too much and the aromatics were lacking.

22/11/2024: Very good pastry shop in Colmar I went to this pastry shop with my girlfriend during a Colmar day. The restaurant is located along the avenue that leads from the train station to the historic center. Outside there are tables and some parking with parking discs. The interior is large and displays many pastry products. We had éclairs and a sweet chocolate escargot. The pastas were delicious and very tasty. The prices are honest considering the high quality of the products.

23/02/2026: A great hotel for a stopover. Good, spacious rooms with seating in the hallways. Good bathroom facilities and firm beds with firm pillows. Delicious, luxurious breakfast and a small bar in the evening. Unfortunately, there's no restaurant for dinner, but there are plenty of restaurants in the charming village (lots of storks too🤩). Good, secure parking.

23/02/2026: A very pleasant hotel. We stayed for one night and were very pleased. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, and parking is available in the courtyard for an additional fee.

23/01/2026: There's a great selection of beer and wine, and other alcoholic drinks I haven't tried yet. The burgers take a little while to arrive, but they're really, really good, and the atmosphere is great 🍻

19/01/2026: Great atmosphere, the waiters and waitresses are super friendly and pleasant. And the tarte flambée is good and good value for money.

26/11/2024: The boutique is a bakery with delicious cookies and desserts. Even though it is in a touristic location, the prices are reasonable. You can choose macarons and cookies.
