25/10/2025: I rediscovered the kohlschag with a real atmosphere of the farm inns of Alsace and good mountain gastronomy, I was happy to rediscover the spirit of the Vosges outings of my childhood.

29/09/2025: Very good farm produce. After a short stroll around the area, a break is a must, and the location is perfect. We were very welcomed. This is our second time here, and it's still just as good and delicious.

10/01/2026: I'm only leaving a review for the restaurant. We had dinner at "Les Trois Sapins" on Saturday evening. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was also very good: the waitresses were friendly and attentive. Personally, I'm vegetarian, and the menu doesn't have many vegetarian options. However, I highly recommend the rather unusual "sauerkraut samosa." Well, it's excellent! It's a combination I found very successful: kudos to the chef, who is very creative.

09/12/2025: I'm only leaving a review for the restaurant. It's always a pleasure to dine at this establishment. The service is young and friendly. The location is ideal, with parking nearby. (I can't comment on the rooms as I've never stayed in them), but I imagine they're similar. Overall, a lovely establishment.

18/03/2026: Good bakery. I thoroughly enjoyed their spelt bread. The 5 stars are for the bread. As for the "lounge" area, it's more like an Alsatian bakery, not a fine pastry shop. The coffee is typical bar coffee, and the pastry I chose was quite heavy.

16/03/2026: It's a place worth choosing because of its friendly staff, cleanliness, and delicious products. I especially recommend their bitter almond croissant.

25/02/2026: We had a wonderful lunch with our 15-month-old baby. Impeccable service, quality cuisine, and a warm, beautifully decorated setting. Everything was there for a great time!

01/03/2026: The food was plentiful and very good, no complaints there. As for the service: the waiter wasn't pleasant; we felt like we were bothering him, to put it politely... A shame.

16/02/2026: Returning to the restaurant on Saturday, February 14, 2026, and just as good as before. Back again at Bratzala, a perfect welcome. Today, a group of 8, we ordered fried carp. A real treat! Homemade mayonnaise, perfectly fried, a lovely salad, excellent fries, and to finish, a superb dessert. Truly excellent! Returning to this restaurant with a group of 19, we were very well received, the service was perfect, the daily menu at €13.90 would put many restaurants to shame, the quality was perfect, and the food was delicious. Well done to the whole team! A very good restaurant, perfect cuisine, good service, a warm welcome at an affordable price. Bravo!

21/02/2026: We dined at Restaurant Meistermann during our stay in Colmar and were absolutely delighted. The quality of the food was outstanding – everything was freshly prepared, incredibly flavorful, and beautifully presented. It's immediately apparent that they use high-quality ingredients and that the kitchen pays meticulous attention to detail. We would especially like to commend the service: very friendly, attentive, and warm, without being intrusive. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived and were able to enjoy the evening in a very pleasant atmosphere. For us, it's one of the best restaurants in Colmar – we will definitely be back on our next visit!

03/01/2026: We made a last-minute reservation and got a table. We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent and well-paced, and the owner had a friendly, witty remark and a genuine desire for quality. We ordered two set menus: starter, main course, and dessert, including gratinated scallops, sauerkraut, and trout, followed by a sorbet with a generous splash of liqueur and a chestnut tart. The large dining room was beautifully decorated with ample space between the tables, creating a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. We have no regrets and will definitely return, especially since the menu changes regularly!

31/01/2026: A superb place to take a break after skiing; the cakes are delicious, the waitress is very kind and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of space, but that's due to the place's popularity, which I can understand—all the tables are full.

27/12/2025: It's a charming little place. They serve incredibly large slices of pie for €5, but I found it a bit lacking in finesse. For example, with the Black Forest cake, I would have liked kirsch, but well, for the price, what can I say? The portions are so generous. I still recommend it, though; it's a good time.

22/12/2025: We were looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon this tea room that also serves food. The decor is lovely. It's small and cozy, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. We enjoyed some very well-prepared dishes. The waiter was extremely polite and offered helpful advice. To finish off the meal, the desserts were simply delicious. Definitely worth trying.

05/02/2026: I came before their annual holiday to a restaurant I know well, of course, the owner and the owner's wife.

27/02/2026: After a 3-hour hike, the welcome and hospitality from the young waitress were appalling. No greeting, a fully booked restaurant despite no indication of this, a lovely terrace closed despite the 18-degree weather and sunshine. We were rudely asked to leave to eat, and when we asked if we could just have a beer on the terrace, we received a curt and unwelcoming "No!" Even when I made a joke, she turned away with an insolent smile... This kind of person has no place in the service industry! Very disappointed, especially since we had hiked for 3 hours and everyone else was in cars! Not the slightest consideration...

25/02/2026: I can only comment on the welcome and service. We stopped for a drink on the terrace. No table service, order at the bar. OK. But then, "It's self-service, come back to the bar in 5 minutes. Payment in advance," when no one else was there, well, that was a bit much. Another family ventured onto the terrace and left empty-handed. A shame, given the beautiful setting, it has potential...

04/02/2026: Good Alsatian cuisine. Fast service. Generous portions. Perhaps a little pricey...but it's Kaysersberg...

12/12/2025: We tried the traditional mountain fare and sauerkraut. Everything is delicious at this inn, with very pleasant and friendly staff. I highly recommend this establishment.
