16/04/2026: Yesterday, we stumbled upon this charming little restaurant while strolling through Colmar. We asked for a table for four without a reservation... no problem. The interior is very elegant and tasteful, which might lead you to expect high prices... but no... drinks were reasonably priced and the food was inexpensive. We didn't want the obligatory tarte flambée or the greasy meat with heavy sauerkraut that's so common everywhere in Alsace. We ordered: chicken with sauerkraut, pike-perch with sauerkraut, and chicken with mushrooms and spaetzle. It was nothing like the food in tourist traps. The dishes were harmoniously combined, delicious, not greasy, and the flavors complemented each other perfectly. I would never dream of serving chicken or fish with sauerkraut at home. Here, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was apparently provided by the owners themselves. Always attentive, efficient, and with a smile – perfect. The surprise came with the bill: aperitif, wine, water, meal, digestif, and espresso: under €200 for four people. Go there and have a good time. Thank you for a lovely evening.

15/04/2026: Excellent restaurant. The pike-perch on sauerkraut is delicious, with original flavors like the chicken supreme with honey. The sauerkraut is perfectly cooked and mild. The kirsch mousse is worth the trip alone. Discreet and efficient service. No wait. A great experience, highly recommended.

03/04/2026: A superb little farm inn near the Amic flight. Everything is, of course, local and homemade. The traditional mountain meal is delicious and everything is well presented. They have one of the best Siesskass (a type of sweet bread) and especially the best crème caramel in the Vosges mountains – it's exceptional. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. A wonderful experience, I highly recommend it.

03/05/2026: A warm and friendly welcome. A small, shady, and quiet square near a fountain. Excellent cuisine. We recommend the sauerkraut with three types of fish and the Black Forest cake. If you're ever in the area, you'll definitely be back!

18/03/2026: Always a pleasure to return, very well-maintained, with cloth napkins and tablecloths. If you order a glass of wine, they bring it in a carafe. Frankly, it deserves a star. Reservations are essential.

23/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, with a very warm welcome for both children and adults. We came with our two children to discover regional cuisine and we loved the tarte flambée. The atmosphere is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

05/04/2026: The fried carp was quite good, although there wasn't quite enough carp inside. The vol-au-vents were really disappointing, lots of quenelles for just two small pieces of meat. After complaining, we received a small bowl with even more quenelles and a tiny bit of meat. And I'm not exaggerating... If they're only made this way, they should warn people (no meat, no mushrooms...).
