16/01/2026: What a lovely find this place was. Fairly small and cozy, but very nice atmosphere. The waiting staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly and spoke English. They took their time to explain the menu thoroughly to us, all of which was delicious. 3 options for starters, mains and desserts, so not an overwhelming choice, but somewhere that focuses on quality over quantity. All courses were delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the giant profiterole dessert! Thank you for such a wonderful evening

08/01/2026: We had lunch for 23 euros per person (starter + main course or dessert + main course). Everything was very good, only the lentil stew was more like an appetizer, not a main course. In general, the portions could be a little bigger and more generous. But all in all, the service, interior and food are top notch.

07/01/2026: A very warm welcome from the Alsatian owner and a very friendly waiter. The meal was excellent and the food was lovely. I'm sure we'll see each other again this summer. (Alsatians who visited the Christmas market in this beautiful setting)

30/12/2025: Passing through Eguisheim during the holidays, I glanced at the menu outside. A plate of frog legs for €28? Wow! I'm going to have to improve my English; soon I'll be able to eat in restaurants more than the Americans. Don't forget that locals, myself included (and I was a customer back then), also come to your village during the holidays, but the others won't be here during the off-season. I can afford to treat myself, but in that case, and at that price, I'd choose a Michelin-starred restaurant.

20/12/2024: A great spot for brunch or lunch. The menu is small but features seasonal ingredients for balanced and original meals, and the portions are generous. The waitresses are very friendly and efficient.

18/12/2024: A very nice place to take your breakfast. Not a lot of options with eggs, but what they have is easily made and very tasty. A good place to enjoy your brunch and your morning coffee.

12/12/2025: Bistrot des Lavandaires is a charming spot in the heart of Colmar. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy interior that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the moment. Service is the real highlight: attentive, friendly, and genuinely professional, without ever feeling intrusive. The food was good and well prepared, enjoyable and consistent with the bistrot style. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially thanks to the excellent service and the lovely setting.

11/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! We received a terrible welcome, the waitresses were incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional, not to mention the minimalist dishes that arrived cold at the table, tasteless and uninteresting. Paying 35 euros for this kind of menu is inconceivable!

16/09/2024: The refuge with a 5-star co-fort! Excellent welcome and very pleasant stay in this very charming (and clean) refuge. We stayed in rooms which were comfortable, clean and well insulated. The evening meal is excellent and the setting MAGNIFICENT!
