04/04/2026: We absolutely loved everything about L’Passage. Epic burgers, great music and most of all an incredible team who are the most welcoming people with endless energy and charm. We went back three times in one week as we had so much fun there. An absolute 10/10!

18/05/2026: Located on the west side of Lake Annecy, the hotel offered rooms with excellent views of the lake and the mountains across the way, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. It was wonderful to be able to leisurely enjoy the magnificent view, which was even better than the view from the city center. When I needed to get around the city, I could take a city bus, ride a bicycle, or walk, as the buses ran quite frequently. Walking along the lakeside was particularly enjoyable as I could take in the scenery. The staff at the front desk, bar, restaurant, and fitness center were always friendly and smiling. In particular, on the last day, I had no choice but to make an unreasonable request due to transportation issues, but thanks to their willingness to help, I was able to resolve the situation successfully. I will never forget my experience at the Black Bath Hotel Annecy. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.

25/07/2026: We visited here for lunch while exploring Annecy. The staff spoke mostly French, which was perfectly fine because we were able to get by in French, but I imagine it could be a little more challenging if you only speak English. The food was good, although the portions were a bit small for the price. That said, I think that's fairly typical for restaurants along the main tourist streets. We ordered two open-faced sandwiches, and both were very good. As we were finishing our meal, we noticed other tables ordering charcuterie boards, and they looked incredible. In retrospect, I think we would have enjoyed ordering one of those instead. The restaurant is located right beside the market, and they also have affiliated stalls out front selling what appeared to be their own cheeses and meats. Overall, it was a good experience. I just wish we had ordered something different.

25/07/2026: The welcome was unusual but friendly if you're not too rough around the edges! The food was good and the place very welcoming. However, the charcuterie/cheese sharing platter was a bit of a letdown. There were four of us, and not enough slices for four people, which was a shame as we had to go without to leave some for the others. And considering the price, I think they could easily have added more...

Everything was absolutely delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. Quality ingredients, flavorful dishes, and cuisine prepared with great skill. A huge congratulations to the chef, working alone in the kitchen, who does remarkable work. And a big thank you also to the server for their warm welcome and kindness. An authentic, simple, sincere, and heartfelt place. Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will gladly return.

08/04/2026: I spent one night at the hotel with my two children. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite small, but perfectly adequate for one night. Unfortunately, the shower drain wasn't working properly, which made it a bit difficult when three of us wanted to shower together. Perhaps that should be looked into. We had to book breakfast separately, but we knew that from the start. The buffet was ample and good. There was really nothing lacking. The service was also very good. Overall, we were satisfied.

07/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Les Alpgaes. The location is ideal, just steps from the slopes, with the option to walk there. The view is also beautiful. The room had everything you need for a good, quiet night's sleep. Finally, the welcome was excellent.

We're regulars and have ALWAYS been very well received with a warm, friendly, and highly professional welcome. We've always eaten extremely well.
