Moi je me suis régalée avec le Berthout Chablaisien ( abondance fondu) et ses accompagnements : très copieux Un grand merci à l'équipe qui est très accueillante et souriante, nous nous sommes sentis en famille

06/09/2024: What a wonderful discovery. Super pleasant and kind staff And the meal...exceptional Well done. Homemade aperitif a real discovery. The little frying and its tarragon sauce was a real delight. The scallop skewer melted in the mouth. The perch fillets took me back to my childhood... rice pudding and tiramisu to finish this succulent meal Everything was excellent Congratulations again to the entire drunk boat team. 08/09/2024: So the server Alex, AWESOME! But the food……. We ordered a Savoyard fondue, the cook changed the cheese 3 times but nothing helped, the fondue was thick. A little disappointed.. But thank you anyway for the gesture

12/09/2024: The staff is welcoming and very friendly. We rented bikes presented as "gravel straight handlebars". However, what was my surprise seeing that they were VTC or versatile utility bikes called them whatever you want, but the Polygon path 2 and 3 are in no way flat bar gravels! This is either a deception or a lack of knowledge of the staff, your choice... But if that was only the problem... The so-called gravels had a faulty transmission. In fact, the front and rear derailleurs were malfunctioning, it was impossible to shift the small chainring for our 2 bikes and the gears skipped regularly... I might as well tell you that on the hills it was sporty to say the least... In addition, renting a bike with only XS, L and XL sizes available (in our case) is a bit limit. However, this did not prevent us from taking a pleasant tour of the Lake, a magnificent walk of around 40km.

10/09/2024: What a pleasant place at the edge of the cycle path with a view of the mountain! The place is pretty, the staff super welcoming, and the food is very good at all times. Salads, toasts, elaborate and generous sandwiches, pancakes, various snacks, daily offerings such as a huge quiche with homemade salmon and spinach... A special mention to the salmon toast on chive and avocado cream, a delight! Ideal both for a cycling break and to come and spend a moment passing by by car. Free parking is also available. We've been there several times and we'll come back! THANKS

08/09/2024: Shocking restaurant. Food below average and the owner is rude and ignorant. How he works in hospitality is beyond us. Not a nice person at all. Best advice would be to walk straight past. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby with a far better attitude to paying customers. Needless to say no tip was left.

07/09/2024: We went there around 3 pm and were just looking for a kid pizza for my daughter and a cappuccino for myself. The waitress didn’t quite seem to like it that we didn’t place a bigger order. She took our order. After a minute or so she came back and quite sternly asked me to remove my personal water bottle from the table as it was “against restaurant’s policy”. It was a standard 500ml water bottle. We asked her to not bother our order then and that we can go somewhere else. I came out and too a picture of the restaurant, so I could record the restaurant name. It was then, the restaurant owner came charging towards me with a clear intent to intimidate me. He brought along the same waitress to help translate between French and English. He asked me how dare I take a photo of his restaurant. I told him this is so I leave a review of my experience. He said few things in French and continued to try to physically intimidate me with his body language; as if he is going to strike me at any moment. My daughter and I just walked away. The owner is clearly a goon.

20/09/2024: We first chose the restaurant based on the distance from the hotel. And we were super pleasantly surprised. Both by the atmosphere and the welcome. Reading the menu is difficult while the good smells of cooking tickle your nostrils: choosing is a difficult choice. The best thing is that everyone takes a different dish to share 😀 Ah the profiteroles, sooo good. An address to remember and return to

09/09/2024: Very cozy little restaurant with good mountain specialties. We ate very well, the onion soup was delicious and so was the fondue. And to top it all off, a very caring and friendly waitress as well as a attentive chef going around the tables to see if everything had gone well. Thank you to them for their welcome. The only downside is that unfortunately we are from Toulouse, it’s a long way to come back and eat 😁😘

09/08/2024: Great welcome, moreover, without reservation and also outside... usually, without reservations in other restaurants it's inside! Best beef tartare in the world served with fries and salad and in good quantity, super well seasoned… great appetizer with a carpaccio offered by the chef I came across this restaurant by chance and it's nice these days to come across such welcoming, friendly staff, and lunch a meal made with the heart I can't give more than 5* unfortunately... In short, I recommend the address… 😍

07/09/2024: Very good cuisine. Everything is very good, fresh and homemade. Pleasant service with a touch of humor that feels good 🤩 However, I advise you to check your bill carefully. We took 2 complete menus with dessert included and at the end we paid for the extra desserts we took. Unfortunately we only noticed this once we had paid and left the restaurant. So, check your invoices carefully!! 😱

15/08/2024: Nous y sommes arrêter manger une glace car nous avions de l avance pour prendre notre hôtel et superbe découverte , les serveuses et serveur très sympa , du coup nous y sommes retournés le lendemain pour y déguster un repas , qui était très bon . Une adresse à retenir malgré les méchantes guêpes … ( astuce = mettre du marc de café ds une coupole et y mettre le feu ) ça les éloigne en tout cas pour les guêpes suisses ça marche 🤣

It is advisable to reserve this very good address in Les Carroz, which is often full

31/08/2024: Not a single main vegan option on the menu. All the burger buns were coated in egg so even with the veggie patty, you still couldn’t have the full burger. The veggie patty didn’t even taste good. €17 for veggie mush and vegetables with no bread bun is outrageous! The only reason I gave a 2 rating was because the onion rings were actually very nice! But much needed vegan options! It’s 2024!!!

31/08/2024: Disappointed... I was looking forward to the burger that I was going to taste, but was ultimately quite disappointed. A burger requested rare but which arrived well cooked and in which I did not smell the gorgonzola at all (Toronto Blue) The fries were uninteresting and undercooked (worthy of the work canteen). In short, too bad because the atmosphere and the beers are good.
