22/09/2024: Beautiful setting in the Urrugne countryside, we chose the 5-course tasting menu. An appetizer, two starters, two main courses and a dessert. We had a great time, foie gras, smoked tuite, hake, pork confit and candied apples. A good address

Exceptional quality food and cooked, in my view to a Michelin star level.
Very well priced with good wine and service was polite and warm
Not had food like this for a very long time!
I'd be back in a heartbeat but alas only on holiday

18/09/2024: Superb typically Basque restaurant where you are welcomed as at home with smiles and delicious and very generous dishes! I highly recommend with a group of friends, but in a small group it also works. Very nice wine list and special mention for the homemade sangria!

15/12/2024: Llegamos a este restaurants y el ambiente terrible, sillas y mesas de plástico, incómodos. Mala mesera, actitud terrible. Llegamos 2 personas y queríamos probar el caracol, estando en Francia, y por solo pedir una cosa con 2 personas nos recogieron el menú agresivamente y nos dijeron que nos vayamos. Que no podíamos ocupar una mesa solo pidiendo una cosa (no había nadie más comiendo ahí, no necesitaban la mesa para nada!). Eventualmente lo pedimos para llevar, y se les cayeron los caracoles entoces les tocó hacer otros, y se demoró muchísimo. Para turistas no lo recomiendo!
08/12/2024: Es un local muy pequeño,regentado por un matrimonio encantador que parlochean el español.LA señora sirve las mesas y el señor cocina.Pedimos un menú infantil para el niño que consiste en patatas fritas,lomo frito ,zumo y helado y un filete con patatas y una tabla de embutido ,dos cervezas ,pagamos unos 50 euros y como están las cosas en Francia es un precio muy bueno .La comida satisfactoria y el servicio magnífico.Tambien tienen hamburguesas.Lo recomendamos.

29/09/2024: For me the best restaurant in the village. The service is very nice and I found the food to be extremely good and fairly priced. Unfortunately we couldn't sit in the garden due to the weather, but the inside of the restaurant is nice too.
23/09/2024: A restaurant like us would like to find more. Simply excellent, crispy black pudding and squids, braised octopus salicornia caprons and small vegetables, local cheeses, plus the discovery of a white wine aged underwater in Socoa. And all this for a very reasonable price of €49 without wine and coffee.
Add to that a perfect welcome and service.
Well done, I will come back to enjoy other dishes like the duck roasted with Japanese Bb and garnished with summer truffle. Hmm!!!

29/11/2024: Superb place with an incredible view of the interior Basque country, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable... possible walk on the heights from the domain and towards the Pic d'Iparla.
Very welcoming and attentive staff.
It's a shame that the establishment's commercial policy is not up to the standard of a five-star hotel...

Everything is perfect, the setting, the facilities, the contact of the staff, the restaurant of a very good standard....
Special mention for the electric golf carts which add a little spice and originality.

20/10/2024: Ouvert en Hors saison, quand tout est fermé autour. La planche duo en guise d'apero à ravi les papilles des fans de fromage. Pour la suite nous avons été plus classique avec nos entrecôtes. Cuisson respectée, sauce béarnaise, c'est du local. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux, les conseils sur les artisans du coin. La mascotte à 4 pattes nous a bien amusé.. Leur intérieur est plus grand que ce que vous apercevez par la fenêtre...la déco participe à l'ambiance chalet montagnard. Mon dessert a la châtaigne était léger et parfait. Merci. Adresse à garder.

Nous avons aprecié notre repas mais que soit l'entrée, le plat ou le dessert nous sommes restés sur notre faim.
