16/09/2024: A nice surprise in the Basque Country, this family hotel, run by a couple, in a charming location... The restaurant is extraordinary and very reasonably priced. You have to take advantage of a place like this while it exists!!!

24/08/2024: We very much enjoyed dinner here. The man who helped us, I assume the owner, was AWESOME. We have very limited French so we met with Spanish and it was great. He recommended our dinner and it was delicious. We have Veal, salad and potatoes. The wine was also very good. With his recommendation we received a very good meal. Close to the airport and the best western hotel where we stayed. We walked after a long travel day.

11/09/2024: Having been here pre-flood and pre-pandemic we were keen to return. It did not disappoint. Wonderful food. Super pizzas.

09/09/2024: Small family restaurant. The place is nice but the opening onto the untidy back kitchen leaves something to be desired. The energetic and friendly servers are very appreciated. The pizzas 🍕 Berenx are very sparse and the pay deserves to be better. We had the beers at the end of the barrel…. So soup without bubbles… I think that improvements would be welcome and would enhance the establishment. Ah yes, not enough variety in terms of desserts (3 in total including 1 cheese platter)… too bad THANKS I posted the review an hour ago (I'm changing it now!) the boss and his wife called me threatening me on the phone, insulting me! They don't accept criticism, I gave it 3 stars though. I smoke so I don’t have a puck! They invent an unpaid Ricard! They ask me to come to the restaurant to talk about it 🤚 it seems like a dream!! I recorded the telephone conversation in case the gentleman persists with his harassment and threats!! He even wants revenge by posting a defamatory opinion on my company 😦 please I'm dirty my friends run!!

El pueblo, perdón el Principado de Laas merece una visita.Un sitio curioso (si puedes pasar la frontera) en el centro del mundo. No es la última vez que cenamos aquí. Seguro. Acuérdate de reservar con antelación
