11/08/2026: Ideal and very pleasant location right on the beach. The staff is as friendly as ever. The owner, however, is frankly not very customer-oriented and rather unfriendly. We were very disappointed by the menu, which seems to shrink year after year and whose offerings have lost their originality: no more salads with fried eggs and no more bowls. The sangria was too sweet. On the other hand, the waffles are excellent. It's a shame, we used to really like this place.

05/08/2026: I don't know this restaurant, but I came across an Instagram video by gluten_libre that shows the chef's kindness and attentiveness, carefully adapting to his customer's needs to ensure she was completely satisfied. This kind of initiative really makes you want to encourage and support this type of restaurant.

12/07/2026: A real gem in Bayonne 🧡 We recently tried this restaurant and it was a truly wonderful surprise. It's run by a fantastic couple; the husband in the kitchen, the wife in the dining room, just the two of them, and it shows in the best possible way. Everything is homemade, with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and you can taste the care that goes into every dish. The menu is intentionally short, which shows that everything is carefully prepared. We took our time choosing, and everything we tasted was truly delicious and beautifully presented. As for the atmosphere, the place is super cute and welcoming; you immediately feel at home. A real fan of the vibe here after 10 pm ;) The service is fantastic. They are both lovely, smiling, and available without being intrusive. You can tell it's a genuine project, done with passion. In short, if you're looking for an authentic spot in Bayonne, run by people who do things with heart, go for it. We'll definitely be back!

We have had the pleasure of coming to this beautiful establishment for many years. We have seen it evolve, grow, earn a well-deserved Michelin star, and now, write a new chapter. More than a renovation, it’s a true evolution. The kitchen is now open to the dining room, the décor is magnificent, blending modernity with a few retro touches, and the atmosphere is more relaxed and welcoming, all while retaining the elegance that defines the place. The restaurant’s lunch service and takeaway options also demonstrate a strong desire to evolve, surprise, and continue reinventing itself. But what keeps us coming back, year after year, has never changed. Exceptional quality ingredients, remarkably precise cooking, and a creativity that surprises us with every visit. Behind every dish, you can sense an immense amount of research, thought, and technical skill. Yet, nothing seems complicated: everything is just right, balanced, and puts the ingredients front and center. And then there's Sarah. 14/08/2026: We spent a completely spontaneous evening at this restaurant and were immediately welcomed by the team with great friendliness and a great sense of humor. Even though the kitchen was still closed, we were able to sit down and choose our meals at our leisure. The view over the beach is beautiful, and the team goes out of their way to accommodate everyone's language needs. The mussels and tuna tartare were delicious, and we were also lucky enough to have a Creole band playing that evening. We felt the price was very reasonable!

A perfect dinner, from the food to the service! The local produce was bursting with flavor. The best mussels marinière I've ever had! I highly recommend this place.

21/07/2026: Excellent from start to finish. A feast for the senses, both visually and in terms of taste, and a very warm welcome. A must-try for a truly enjoyable culinary experience. The interior is more pleasant than the terrace, which overlooks the parking lot, and it's cooler inside.
