08/11/2025: Wow! We had dinner at the gourmet restaurant and it was… absolutely flawless, from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours! The five-course dinner was truly exceptional. Beautiful ingredients, indescribable flavors, dishes truly worthy of a Michelin star! Special mention to the vegetable starter and the scallop dish 🤤 Thank you again and congratulations to the chef and the team who gave us a truly timeless experience in a friendly setting in the Basque Country 🫶

11/10/2025: Very nice hotel! Very well located! The staff is more than pleasant and very professional!! The €92 discovery menu with wine pairings is sublime! We had an unforgettable time as a couple! The room is very comfortable with a sublime view of the Basque countryside. The breakfast products (bread, baguette, cheese, eggs) you can tell they come from nearby or from their own farms! The only downside (if you're a bit annoying) is that the breakfast is quite limited, but I think this is explained by the exceptional quality of the products, and the "automatic" coffee machine which somewhat cuts off interaction with the staff! But thank you a thousand times for this sublime stay!

12/09/2024: Un accueil des plus souriant pour un dîner de qualité. La cuisine y est excellente avec des produits de qualité et cuisinés à l’instant. Les poissons sont frais et les plats copieux, et le conseil est lá pour nous éviter de surconsommer au vu des tentations de la carte proposée. Bref ! Nous y reviendrons c’est certain !

09/09/2024: Si vous recherchez un restaurant de poissons et crustacés courrez y !! Les cuissons parfaites, le produit très frais est respecté. Un délice ! Rapport qualité prix au top. La parrillada avec des supions délicieux, des gambas gouteuses et un poisson parfait. En entrée des couteaux très tendres... J en ai rarement mangés d'aussi bons. Les desserts ; je recommande la glace au pamplemousse. Nous reviendrons.

18/01/2026: When everything is homemade, everything is bound to be good. Delicious garbure (cabbage and bean soup), perfectly cooked beef, tender and expertly prepared. Excellent tarte tatin for dessert. All this is complemented by the kindness and simplicity of the owner's service. It's such a pleasant place to be. I highly recommend it. Stop by, it's worth the detour.

We consistently received a warm welcome and excellent service, for which I would like to express my sincere gratitude to William and his team. The ingredients are impeccably fresh and prepared with passion, reflecting the chef's dedication to his culinary art. I highly recommend LMB for a memorable evening, whether as a couple or a family. We sincerely thank you for the evening of December 31st, during which you showed remarkable consideration for my allergies, and the chef was able to improvise a dish adapted to my needs at the last minute. 25/12/2025: Christmas Eve 2025: the room was decorated in a soft, intimate style, but the service by the extra staff wasn't always perfect, especially since the menu was the same for everyone and easy to serve. We had to wait for the fourth person at our table to be served their main course, then dessert. We lost patience and asked for our plates. The dishes were very generous, the foie gras terrine was a bit too peppery, but the capon/chestnut ballotine/gratin dauphinois was excellent, as was the Yule log dessert. The Rioja was perfect. The cocktails were very elegant. A lovely experience to repeat outside of special occasions.

27/01/2026: Very nice. The setting is magnificent and the staff very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, but not enough to share the dishes as it's still a bit pricey.

25/01/2026: The place is very nice, the decor is great, the space is spacious, and frankly, it's super classy! The food is good and well-seasoned (at least the dishes we ordered). However, the portions, which are meant to be shared, are a bit small. The prices inevitably add up quickly given the portion sizes and the fact that you tend to order more. We had chicken skewers that were delicious but arrived lukewarm, which was a shame. But overall, it was good.

12/12/2025: Atypical hotel, very friendly staff, magnificent location, beautiful view and the perfect room on the top floor, large comfortable bed, air-conditioned room and above all clean with air conditioning.

20/08/2025: We stayed here spontaneously because we liked the place so much while passing through. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The staff is very friendly. The price is absolutely reasonable for the hotel and the location. I highly recommend it.
