Probably the best restaurant in Tours today, in my opinion.

19/12/2024: Magnificent castle to visit, I highly recommend it, it is classified as a UNESCO monument and we know why when we visit the price is worth the visit I went there during the Christmas holidays, and it was truly magnificent. Very little waiting to buy tickets and self-service terminals are available

27/01/2025: What can I say about this experience other than that everything was perfect! Our girls' lunch in the "VIP" room went very well. The dishes are tasty and well prepared with fresh, quality products. It's very pleasant to taste simple recipes that are sublimated. Our taste buds appreciated it! The server took great care to make this moment even more convivial! We recommend and will come back with pleasure!

16/11/2024: Très déçue. En réunion de famille avec nos parents sourds, mélange de langue des signes et de conversations. C'était une belle occasion dont nous nous réjouissons tous. Pourtant, arrivant à la fin du service, le personnel nous a clairement fait sentir que nous les dérangions. Froids, voire très agacés, nous sentions bien que leur souhait était de vite nous voir partir. Quand je l'ai fait remarquer à la fin, la réponse était "effectivement, c'était compliqué, surtout que c'était la fin". La fin du service ne justifie pas l'impatience du personnel, surtout dans un restaurant qui se prétend de ce standing. Bref, n'y allez pas si vous ne recherchez pas un silence de cathédrale

09/07/2025: The meal was okay overall but not exceptional. I didn't really want to go back because there was nothing wow-worthy. The gizzard salad was bland, with boiled gizzards, boiled potatoes, and a bland sauce. The skate wing was overcooked with a lack of sauce, bland vegetables, and fries that weren't homemade.
