In this charming restaurant steeped in history, you can take the time to savor sincere dishes made with local, homemade ingredients. A special mention goes to the farm-raised pork, locally sourced and fed on herbs and flaxseed 😋😋😋 The meat is remarkably tender, flavorful, and full of character, reminding us what real pork should taste like! We also greatly appreciated the wine selection, particularly the magnificent Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, which perfectly complemented the meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting; you can feel a genuine passion for the local produce and respect for the ingredients. 26/04/2026: A wonderful visit! Tickets were purchased through Booking.com, eliminating the need to go to the ticket office and making it slightly cheaper. The visit was quick, with or without audio, and the guide was comprehensive. Food, a small farm, and a wine cellar were available. A beautiful place, though the visit was a bit rushed, offering a truly immersive experience with authentic furnishings.

03/05/2026: A superb restaurant not to be missed! What an excellent time I had at Q de Bouteille in Azay-le-Rideau! First, I must emphasize the exceptional quality of the food: it's truly "homemade" with superb ingredients, an authenticity that shines through in every bite and is sadly all too rare these days. A real treat! Next, a very special mention and a huge thank you to the waitress. Working on May 1st, she was completely on her own managing everything (dining room, service, etc.) and yet remained remarkably available, efficient, and kind. Genuine cuisine and top-notch service: I highly recommend it!

10/04/2026: Perfect! While passing through Villandry, we had lunch at this small, ideally located restaurant right next to the château (4 adults and 3 children). The homemade dishes, prepared with regional products, were excellent! A warm welcome and friendly conversation, a convivial atmosphere—don't hesitate to book!

I first came with my mother, who suffers from severe food allergies (dairy and peanuts), and the chef came directly to us to find dishes that would suit her. He was very attentive and perfectly adapted to her needs, which touched us deeply. So I went back, and it was delicious once again! The food is excellent, as is the service. Thank you for your warm welcome and attentiveness! I will definitely be back for a third time and more :)

13/05/2026: We had dinner and stayed one night at this establishment and were delighted with our choice. The meal (a seven-course menu for us) was served in a beautiful, contemporary dining room with a view of the surrounding nature. It was flawless, both in terms of the cuisine (refined and inventive) and the service. The only slight criticism was that the portions were a little too generous to truly appreciate the end of the meal and the petit fours offered with coffee. We opted to stay in the cabin-style rooms: an excellent choice! They are very spacious, beautifully decorated, and one of the two had a view of the surrounding nature (unfortunately, the other overlooked the back of the neighbors' house at the end of the garden). The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. Absolutely fantastic!
