01/04/2026: I'm always satisfied. The staff is always smiling and efficient, and so is the owner. The food, from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, is truly well-prepared in the traditional way, meaning everything is homemade—nothing is frozen. EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE!! My steak was cooked perfectly rare 😋 I come back regularly with pleasure and I'm never disappointed, especially since the daily menu changes frequently. I highly recommend L'Entrepôt; this restaurant is truly excellent 🤗

03/06/2026: What can I say... nothing... don't change a thing... the setting is lovely, the staff are very pleasant and kind... as for the pizzas, they are excellent, and so is the dessert... we have never eaten such excellent, flavorful, and delicious pizzas... our only regret is that you are so far from our home. Otherwise, everything is perfect! 👍👍👍👍

19/07/2026: I ordered a Parma buffalo mozzarella pizza and was very disappointed with my experience. The mozzarella di bufala was dry and only half full. Furthermore, the waitress was unable to deduct the amount from my loyalty points balance on my bill. She told me that Del Arte had changed its loyalty program, but I find it regrettable that the benefits I was entitled to couldn't be applied.

14/07/2026: Avoid at all costs. We were the only group of Asian tourists in this restaurant. All the other customers were locals. Our group was seated at the very back of the restaurant, in an extremely cramped space, with tables crammed together and no air conditioning. When we asked to be moved to one of the many available tables, the staff refused, claiming they were reserved for other customers. Yet, for nearly two hours, these tables remained completely empty. No one ever sat down. The most shocking thing was the lack of air conditioning. The staff explained that it was impossible to air-condition the entire restaurant to avoid a power outage. As a result, all the local customers seated at the front benefited from the air conditioning, while our group was left at the back, in stifling heat, without any fresh air. We spent the entire meal sweating while the air-conditioned seats remained unoccupied throughout the entire service. Under these circumstances, it's hard not to feel we were treated differently. We clearly felt like second-class customers. I don't claim to know the reasons behind this organization, but that's exactly the impression this experience left us with. A restaurant that caters to tourists should offer the same level of comfort and respect to all its customers, regardless of their background. A deeply disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

01/07/2026: Getting better and better… I went to get two set meals with my daughters, aged 3 and 5. For €19.60! I politely asked for two cups, and they told me it wasn't possible, but that they would exceptionally offer me one. With the salad set meal, I asked after paying if I could have cutlery or if that wasn't included either. I then had to pay again to get cutlery for an extra 50 cents, and had to ask for two cups for an additional 50 cents to get it. Once I had the cups, I said I would gladly discuss it with the owners, and strangely enough, they gave me 50 cents back… so even after spending almost €20, you have to beg for cutlery by thinking of it yourself since it's not offered! The look on the saleswoman's face as I left said it all. After the managers replied, I understood it was her first day, in which case perhaps the training should focus on how to speak to customers and replace the very curt "it's not up to us" with "I'm sorry, I'm in training," in which case I could have shown understanding rather than annoyance.

16/06/2026: Pizza takeaway with small seating area to sit in on ground floor. On our first visit they managed to fit 10 of us in, so could fit in more if they have the space. Second time around ordered 6 pizzas to takeaway. Great pizzas made by an artisan.
