This restaurant is eatable, but just not what you would expect.

02/05/2024: I'm so sad that my favorite sushi restaurant has become one of my biggest disappointments.
To start, the portions of salmon in the sushi have been reduced. Conclusion we only eat rice and cream cheese (California smoked salmon, chesse and pink tataki)
Secondly, the “new” store manager is unprofessional, she shouts at ALL the employees in front of customers constantly.
And to finish, I highly recommend the Asia Keo in Mougins which does justice to the brand and where you will taste sushi like those from Asiakeo in Cannes a few months or even years ago.

The seasoning of the rice and to review, we only smell very little vinegar. The fish did not seem very fresh to me because it had a somewhat strong smell.

05/04/2024: Used to eating my sushi exclusively there for three years, it was a surprise to discover that we only pay for rice, nothing a little piece of chicken plus fried onions plus nothing, but on the other hand the price remains the same It's shameful I will never order from you again. Beautiful à la carte culinary offerings that you won't find elsewhere: beyond the sushi which are divine. If you are a fan of real Japanese cuisine or if you want to discover it, this restaurant is for you.

05/06/2024: This is not the first time that I have ordered from SushiShop. However, I must admit that it is easy to find much better quality and quantity in other establishments. Sushi and pokebowls stand out for their glaring lack of content. For example, the salmon pokebowl only contained five pieces of salmon, which is, you will agree, very insufficient. Although this may help in exceptional circumstances, I assure you that you will find much better choices for a similar price in other houses.

04/05/2024: Ce petit restaurant familial à Vernon est vraiment charmant. Leurs raviolis grillés sont tout simplement délicieux, et leurs plats de bœuf aux oignons et de brochettes savoureuses. Le service est extrêmement convivial. En bref, c'est un endroit à ne pas manquer et il très abordable.

15/08/2024: It's no longer sushi planet but sushi side. The taste has nothing to do with it. I ordered maki with crispy shrimp on the inside and grilled salmon on the outside.
I don't feel like it's fresh because normally it's a bit hot (because saymon has to be grilled before and tempura shrimp has to be fried.
The salmon is bad range full fat and not at all cooked inside (I don't eat raw fish that's the reason I chose this one).
Frozen mochi is just an industrial frozen product.
No interest except at Picard.
The young man is very nice and welcoming, that's the only positive thing.

The service is excellent, but the food is very lacking for the price. So certainly the products are of quality but the preparation of the dishes is really not up to par.
We wondered if this was a health food restaurant or if we were in the “luxury” canteen of a nursing home?
No joke aside, no dish is worth the detour, not to mention the dressing...spending half the minimum wage for that: what a waste.
04/06/2024: Dinner here was a highlight of our visit. The atmosphere is quite comfortable and toned down. The dining experience itself was very enjoyable (great selections, wonderful presentation, high level of service) and the taste particularly agreeable for me. I found the price to be very reasonable overall. Chef Nakayama and his team do an excellent job.
Additionally, a final thank you to the kind woman who initially seated us and checked on both me and my wife throughout our meal. I am better with Japanese than French but not fluent and she was quite patient with me as we navigated the language barrier.
