11/09/2026: I've been several times and always found the place a bit shabby, but I got drawn in by the team lunches. Sure, the prices are cheap, but the food is really not great and the freshness of the ingredients is very hit-or-miss. I came for sushi rolls and skewers for lunch today and I've been starving since this afternoon (coincidence?! I think not...). This will be my last time here.

25/05/2026: For me, it's the best Japanese restaurant in the area; I've never had any problems with the quality of the food. It's every bit as good as any Japanese restaurant in Paris.

31/01/2026: A clear decline in quality and service. I used to really enjoy this restaurant, and in addition to the quality of the food not always being up to par anymore, during my last visit a while ago, the person who served and took our payment made a comment about the weight of the people present, asking if we were going to the gym afterward? A strange way to attract customers…

20/01/2026: I go there very regularly, the manager is super friendly, the California rolls are good, the decor of the place is great, nothing to complain about! And the prices are reasonable!

27/08/2026: They don't even bother to reheat the dishes that are supposed to be hot; my gyoza were freezing cold, and since I don't have a microwave, it was difficult for me. Disappointed

30/05/2026: I really enjoyed my meal at Sushi Sun: the sushi was good and the price very affordable. It's excellent value for money for an inexpensive and delicious meal. I recommend it!

23/08/2026: All-you-can-eat buffet at lunchtime, food was decent when ordered, but the cleanliness of the bin and toilets needs improvement.

19/08/2026: Very negative review The staff was extremely unfriendly and the service was appalling. The dishes presented as specialties are absolutely terrible. The beef with onions was far too salty, and the meat clearly didn't seem fresh. As for the spicy shrimp dish, it was served cold, with a mushy texture that strongly suggested it had been reheated several times. A truly disappointing experience. I just hope I don't get sick after this meal.

17/10/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. A terrible experience at this McDonald's. We waited 16 minutes for a simple Happy Meal, with no apology or gesture of goodwill. The staff barely even looked at us: shameful! I'll never set foot in there again.

11/10/2026: A Sunday afternoon in the dining room… At the entrance, the bins were overflowing, there was a pile of dishes, only one of the eight self-service machines was working, not a single clean table, and the restrooms smelled awful. An order placed at 2:59 PM was received at 3:21 PM. Three people were preparing the order, two of whom were planning to leave before their colleagues arrived, with four drive-thru orders pending and five people waiting in the dining room. Due to staff shortages, they closed the dining room at 3:20 PM.

24/05/2026: We just bought a black box with another box of sushi; we were supposed to get a free mochi, but it was forgotten. Edit: We ordered 7 wasabi, but there were only three.

23/04/2026: I ordered chicken gyozas for lunch today, but they arrived raw. The California rolls tasted like soap. I threw everything away, very disappointed!

23/10/2026: The bouncer was very unpleasant and that wasn't even the worst part, there was no atmosphere inside, without a doubt the worst club in Saint-Etienne, the wait at the bar was long and the club emptied out by 2am.

10/10/2026: A little more salmon and cheese in the California wouldn't hurt, but it's good. Preparation was very quick and everything was well packaged.

08/10/2026: It was a truly wonderful experience, the quality of the food and the cleanliness were excellent, in short, incredible.

21/09/2025: Calm atmosphere, however the quality is normal or even poor at times. For the price I think it's reasonable anyway. You really can't expect better for this price, but if you're aiming for quality, look elsewhere. On the other hand, the price-quality ratio is good.

07/09/2026: So, the woman at the counter, the only woman there, is about as friendly as a prison guard; she's downright unpleasant! Not a smile, and it's like she's bored! As for the food, it's okay overall, but twice now my giozas haven't been freshly prepared, they've been overheated, and the edges aren't crispy, they're hard. So, the two things combined don't exactly inspire a good opinion, and it's clear that if the woman had been more pleasant, I wouldn't have left this review. It just goes to show how important customer service is. I won't be going back just because of her.

27/07/2026: The service was terrible, and the maki were very poorly made; they didn't hold together and were impossible to grab.

23/06/2026: Very disappointed, especially since the price is relatively high for this type of establishment. The fried rice was okay, but the shrimp were disastrous, swimming in a tasteless, watery liquid. I do not recommend it.
